This is what all car buying should be like!Other dealers should come here to see the right way to sell cars and treat buyers. From the time I came in to look at a off-lease 2021 ID.4, negotiate the price of the car and my trade-in, it totaled less than 45 minutes. I got what I anticipated for my trade and the dealership did fine as well. (Obviously, or I wouldn't have the car.) It had a recall to complete, so the dealer provided a loaner until it was completed.There was no sitting for a long time during negotiation, pressure to buy add-ons, or an extended warranty. Everything was quick, professional, and a pleasent process. I can't say enough good things about the team at Castle. Mike Mizwicki obviously values honesty and great service skills in everyone at the dealership.If you are in the market for a new or used VW, I can't reccommend Castle VW of Downers Grove enough.

Just purchased 2024 Atlas and couldn t be happier with the experience. They were fast in the transaction and no pressure!! Will be coming back for next car purchase for sure! Very friendly staff and sales.

I love this dealership. Everyone is so helpful and nice! I have now purchased 4 vehicles here and won't ever go anywhere else. The sales department fantastic (Robert Cruz) making sure I found exactly what I wanted. The service (Alex) and billing department (Tina) has always been so efficient and on top of things. Erick Barraza in finance had me in and out in no time. Odis Horne oversaw the entire transaction and ensured it was a seamless process. Fantastic experiences all around!

l called Alex telling her I missed our last appointment to fix interior lights and asked when I could come in - She said, can you come in now. I was there in a jiffy. They replaced the center overhead console. And mounted my front plate, installing Castle Frames. Absolutely Pleased!

We were pleased to have all of our vehicle concerns addressed, however we were never contacted when all the parts on order arrived. This was well after our initial appointment and diagnosis. Everything seems to be working perfectly otherwise. Having the car washed was an added bonus....but it wouldn't have taken but an extra 2 minutes to get rid of excess brake dust on the rims.

Had an oil change tire rotation and a cabin filter replacement.The cabin filter access three of the five screws that hold the bottom of the enclosure were missing access panel to the filter was installed wrong and hanging open.The tires had been rotated as the tire pressure was not set correctly after rotation.The front is supposed to be 33psi and the rear 42psi.I will take care of the air pressure my self.As for the service personnel that checks you in she was great very accommodating she addressed the issues with the screws and ordered replacements.As for the mechanic he gets the two stars for lacking any kind of service skill, I don t like peoplethat have a that s good enough mentality . He at least got the oil change correct, I hope, all I can do is check the oil level.

Service Department is always accommodating and pleasant to work with. I do not think any enjoys the hassle out of removing one's mode of transportation and the inconvenience but there is something to say about just being treated right and feeling taken care of. Alex is primary person in almost all the cases and has just made it feel like one of the family and has my back. World class customer service.

I bought a new GTI at Castle and can't say enough positive things about my sales person, Raj. He was really professional and super friendly. I was apprehensive about the whole negotiating process but Raj made it easy by working with me in a genuine manner. He is an excellent listener and communicator. Thank you again Raj ! If you are in the market for a new car I highly recommend Hyundai Tuscan. It s a hybrid and very fun to drive. First time I ve ever purchased something that was not a Chevy, Ford or Pontiac. Also, make sure you ask for Ron Lubben. He s so knowledgeable, made sure my car was ready at my appointment time, sat in the car with me and set it all up and showed me how to use all my new features. Ask for him, he s the best!

Tina, Dominic, and the service staff are incredible. Every time I come here I have nothing but a positive experience. Recently they helped 2 minutes before closing. Two lights popped up on my dashboard and I panicked but I was close to this location. I pulled up pregnant and panicking. They serviced my vehicle so I could feel safe on the road again. Thank you team.

Fantastic service!!! I took my car in today and was helped by Alex she did an amazing job super friendly and helpful. I felt well informed through the whole process about the issue with my vehicle, she explained about my warranty and got me scheduled up for next week to get it fixed. 100% painless. I'll never bring my baby anywhere else again.

Very disappointed in the service department at Castle. I bought my car 7 years ago when it was still Pugi and always brought my car here for service. They are Castle now and my experience has been awful. I had an oil change done in November and they found a leak in the coolant thermostat housing. Estimated cost was $1200 which wasn't in my budget so had to decline repair at that time. Then I brought it back in December to put my winter tires on. Pugi used to store my other tires which was a nice. When Castle switched the tires I was told that they can't store the tires anymore and if they don't fit in my trunk they would have to throw them out. I probably looked shocked and was told I would get a week to pick them up before they throw them out (thankfully they fit). Two weeks later my neighbor sees my car and asks me who put my tires on because they were put on the wrong way (my winter tires are directional which I didn't know, but would expect the service department to know!). He also tells me about an extended warranty from VW for thermostat housing and that my car should be covered. I drive my car back to Castle and tell them about the tires and they don't even apologize, they just put them on correctly. Then I tell them about the warranty and they dismiss me saying it's only for the water pump. I call them back and tell them this is not true because I can read the warranty document. They still dismiss me and tell me a story that the water pump is a different part from the housing in my car and I'm still not covered. I read the warranty to them and they ask for the document number. Then they tell me they can see it now and my car should actually be covered but they are having trouble putting it into the system. They would have to call me back on Monday to see if they "help me get this taken care of". They never called me back so I finally went to a different dealer and it was not even a three minute conversation with their service manager who told me that my car is absolutely covered under this warranty and asked when I wanted to bring my car in! They fixed it last week (under warranty) at zero cost to me. They were amazing. I will never go back to Castle.

Robert A. was a an amazing salesman. Eric got me approved quickly and everything else went very smoothly. I bought on Thanksgiving Eve and even though they were closing soon they still took care of me without rushing me out the door. Very pleased with everyone here

Better communication from Volkswagen customer care is needed. My problem with my car is in the battery. And I don't have any word yet. From Volkswagen on what they plan to do with this problem. Mommy getting approximately 200 miles out of a full 100% charge and this was due to a reprogramming of thesoftware back in October. I don't understand. Why if it's the battery? Why doesn't it show ? What is the plan either replace the battery or take the car back as lemon .

Kyrie Crenshaw was the best salesman I have ever encountered! He made our deal so easy. He was well versed about every vehicle, polite, respectful and attentive to all of our needs. If it wasn t for him going ABOVE and BEYOND I would have rated this experience a 1 star.The dealership did not submit the necessary documents for our license plates therefore the temporary plate expired. Thank God Kyrie drove all the way to Indiana to give us the temporary dealership plates.Please ask for Kyrie if you are looking to buy a car. You won t be disappointed!

Odis and Dennis helped me with a Maxima SR. Buying a car can be an intimidating/unwelcoming process but after 15 minutes they made me feel like a friend and they recommended what was best for me and not their commission. I will buy my next car from them!

If you want a dealership that communicates poorly, and will sell you a brand new car with unbalanced tires, this is your place.Edit: had to call and beg for my certificate of origin for my new vehicle as well. You'd think people who sell cars for a living could manage putting the proper paperwork together. Wont return, wouldn't recommend anybody to return, this place sucks.

Really snooty B on the phone with appointments. I had a callback from yesterday. She just introduces herself as Castle . Doesn t say Volkswagen. I didn t catch who it was, and she acted like I was an idiot for asking who it was. Train your phone gals that they are not royalty and can easily be replaced. Anyone can do their job. In this case, hopefully better. And job security can come with being polite, upbeat, and helpful.

After searching for countless 2021 used Mazda6 Carbon Editions on the internet, I came across Pugi Volkswagen in Downers Grove. They truly have great prices and customer service. The Mazda6 I purchased from them has a little under 11k miles, no signs of wear and tear, and it cost me the same amount as other dealerships that are selling the vehicle with over 30k miles on it. Thanks to the Josh over at Pugi Volkswagen, the process for purchasing the vehicle went very smoothly. I truly felt like I had someone looking out for my best interest. So, if you ever go to Pugi Volkswagen of Downers Grove to look at vehicles, I highly recommend asking for Josh when scheduling an appointment.

overall smooth experience! I was helped by Robert (assistant sales manager) and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions & had very good patience, didn t rush or push us. I understand it s business but he worked with us & not against us. I forgot his name but the finance guy was also very nice & awesome, working with you to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Very good service. Highly recommend if you ever need a car or want trade in! super duper happy!
