Bob Carter's is the best in the business. I have been to their shop a few times for work on different cars. They are always helpful, honest and accommodating. Josh went above and beyond to help me with a small repair and once again I appreciate the service. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Wish I could 10 stars!!!

Bob Carter's Auto Body, Inc is an excellent body shop and has been for many years. I highly recommend this place for any body shop work on your vehicle. You will not be disappointed! They are highly knowledgeable and skilled, fair priced, and very importantly will not cut corners to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly. They make sure that your repair is done correctly with the best parts available and stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company formerly owned by Bob Carter and now owned by his son, Mike Carter. Mike and Josh, who works him, have helped me with several body shop repairs over the years and have most recently overseen the repair of my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid. They communicate clearly and frequently. Their repair staff are also excellent and customer focused. I always choose Bob Carter's Auto Body, Inc. for all my body shop work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our Jobsite Supervisor took one of our work vans over to this business to receive an estimate., from what we learned, this Bob Carter's Auto Body was a waste of time, after going by to get an estimate for one of our vans. They pushed our body work and paint work/business away., we believe simply because it was out of pocket and not an insurance claim where most shops make their $. based on their actions., They lost any and all future business from our fleet of cargo vans.

These folks always do a top notch job repairing car body damage. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. They provide fast detailed estimates and have the car fixed and ready on time if not early. They work well with my insurance company, State Fstm. I highly recommend them.

I am very very appreciative of the owner. He was extremely helpful to me today, I was at the bank across the street from his business & got locked out of my car. I walked over and asked if anyone could assist me, without hesitation he stop eating his lunch and said let's go take a look. After a few minutes of him trying he finally was able to get me in. I offered to pay and he said no thank you Merry Christmas. This has really made my day after having a really rough morning. Thank You again from the bottom of my heart. I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my Jaguar. I knew while going over the car to determine all the areas needing work that the work would be done with great attention to detail. We took our car in to replace the bumper after my husband hit the side of the garage. They did a great job and even cleaned the inside of the car as well as the outside. That was unexpected, but much appreciated. The guys in the office are really nice, too.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

A tire place had broken my door I went to Bob carter's to see if the could fix it. There were able to temporarily fix my door even tho they don't work with my insurance but gave me a solution until I can get it fixed. Really great place the guys were very nice.

After my sienna was hit by another motorist, it is amazing how many options you have to pick an auto body shop. Ones your insurance recommends, dealer options, and even national chains.After scouring reviews and making phone calls for about a day, Bob Carter's was my pick. And my goodness how happy I am to pick them.They always answer the phone, they keep you up to date, and the best thing....they are an honest shop. First, we had a tow issue (my insurance was dragging their feet) but Bob Carter's took care of it. Then, they had me down for a ton of damage and told me they don't want me driving this car around because they don't feel like it would be safe for me and my family. They said they would work with me if for some reason the insurance company didn't total the car.I never got work done by them, but they were the one place I could trust and count on in this headache of a situation I was in. I'll definitely be coming to them for all my car needs in the future.

Bob Carter s provided amazing service for me when my car was hit. They were very helpful, responsive, and informative. They made sure we had all the information we needed to claim the accident and helped to get my car up and running as quickly as possible. They are very professional and I was impressed that they even took time to clean the interior of my car after working on it to be sure it was not left with any dust or dirt following their labor. Excellent shop and staff. Highly recommend.

Bob Carter s body shop is a professional, friendly, efficient business. They really care about their customers. Being in a car accident is very stressful, especially when it s not your fault. I am extremely happy with the service I received at Bob Carter s. Mike and Josh were very friendly and answered all of my questions about repairs. They were able to get my car in immediately when other shops wouldn t even look at my car for 2-3 weeks. If your car needs any repairs I highly recommend Bob Carter s auto body inc. They were the easiest part of my car repair process. The work performed was excellent, I can t see any sign of damage. My car came back ahead of schedule, shampooed and clean! I had gotten in an accident for the first time and was new to the experience of a repair shop and getting a rental. It seemed very daunting from the get-go. Bob Carter s was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Bob Carter s was very helpful from the start answering all of my questions related to my car repairs, but also rental and insurance questions. I was not sure of the process and Mike laid it out very clearly and simply for me. Bob Carter s had gone above and beyond for me, and for my car. Everyone at Bob Carter s had been so friendly and helpful thru the entire experience. My car looks better than new, and I m very pleased with the repairs they had done. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone I know. We have used Bob Carter for body repairs on several occasions. First off, their customer service is fantastic! Josh and Mike are both super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and communicate in a way that makes you feel comfortable and informed. The shop holds to their estimates, both in terms of money and time. They do excellent work! Our cars aways come back looking sharp and like new. They call to keep you apprised of progress. They do great work whether the problem is small, like a couple of dings, or large like a major collision. And they warranty their work! This is a really outstanding shop!Service: Body & Trim

I was recommended to Bob Carter's from my insurance rep and I am so glad that I was! When I brought my car in after an accident, it needed A LOT of repair and everyone was soo empathetic and helpful. They finished my car and it is better than new and in perfect condition! They were professional, kind, fast and affordable. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! We have used BC Auto Body over the years a number of times and the experience has always been fantastic, however the most recent job they did for us was "Above & Beyond". Dealing with your insurance company and being your advocate to get the best / most comprehensive work done for your car after an accident is just as important as the quality of the actual work; BC did a fantastic job with both. My 2008 Honda Fit got rear ended in front of my house. We had also been having problems with water leaking into the spare tire well and rear passenger floorpan that seemed to be getting worse. I read a bunch of reviews of local auto body shops, liked what I read about Carter's, and added them to my list to call. Josh was the only person at the several shops I called who seemed familiar with leaky cars and had a plan to diagnose and remedy the situation along with an upfront price estimate, so we brought the car in. Carter's repaired the bumper damage and buffed out the paint so it is now hardly noticeable, then set about to disassemble the trim inside the car, seal every seam, and put it back together good as new, all for under $800. With the storms we've had the past few weeks, not a drop of water found its way inside the car. Not only is Josh friendly and great to work with, but the shop does excellent work for a fair price. Carter's is now my go-to spot for autobody work in our area.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Bob Carter's Auto Body yesterday to inquire about scratches on my Toyota Rav 4. Josh Blondell was friendly and professional. He answered my questions, gave me an estimate and applied paint to the scratches. Used Bob Carter's recently for some work that I paid for out of pocket, as opposed to through insurance. Worked mostly with Mike. Mike was great to work with. I never write reviews ever but I had such a positive experience here that I felt compelled to write one. Mike was great about explaining everything in detail to me. I'm not a car guy, but he was able to put everything in terms I could understand. They completed all the work in a timely manner and I could tell that they were not trying to overcharge me. I will continue to use this business in the future, but given that this is a body shop, hopefully that won't be too often.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Just picked up my car and it looks brand new I took it in for auto repairs as my car got hit and it came out looking shiny and brand new they even cleaned some of the floor mats as well and left a free car scraper in my car. Their customer service was amazing as it was my first time going their and they were quick to help and very friendly and patient! 10/10 would recommend to go there for any car troubles. There was no problems between the insurance company and the auto shop which made it an easy process.
