Stealership. Had a crankshaft code. They claimed I had no codes and needed only an engine decarb. I asked how she knew I needed a decarb and was told they could tell there was carbon build up. I asked if they used cameras or disassembled the engine to check and they said no they could just tell.Never even acknowledged my crankshaft code and tried to sell me on an expensive engine cleaning.When I asked for a quote on replacing the sensors they gave it to me at 1500 plus the 500 decarb. I said no way. Still charged me 200 for an ECU reprogram.Decided to pick up my car and go to an honest mechanic. On my way car stalled with the crankshaft code again. The new mechanic completed it in 1 hour and charged 250 to replace the sensors. (Bill Kay quoted me at 5 hours labor). Problem solved. New mechanic said I had minimal carbon build up.Would not recommend. Definitely my last Nissan and not buying from a Bill Kay dealership.

In the service department, the attention was pleasant. In the sales department, the attention from the sales advisor named Luis was exceptional since he is bilingual and gave me the help I needed in the service department.En el dpto de servicio la atenci�n fue agradable en el dpto de venta fue excepcional atenci�n de parte del asesor de venta llamado Luis ya que es bilingue y me presto la ayuda que necesite en el dpto de servicio
