Mann I had a great experience with these guys very helping and reasonable on prices , that guy Steve is a great man I appreciate him for helping me out on my bumpers and side panels he definitely came in clutch.

They pay their friends and family to leave positive reviews. This shop is horrible!! Terrible location! Unsafe! They did terrible job on my daily driver. I wouldn t think of trusting them with my other vehicles. REAL CAR GUYS choose different location. Save yourself the headache. Steve is a swindler

Excellent customer service, and body work. Steve is amazing. He kept me updated on my repairs, contacted the insurance company regarding additional damages and had my car ready right when he said. Highly recommended. Thanks so much

Never serviced my car here, but Steve was a customer of mine from a previous job I ve once worked for. His customer service to customers n professionalism is by far the best. He s genuinely one of a kind.

First off, very polite and very professional atmosphere. Speechless top notch work done here... Anybody needing any work done I will go to them because of quality work and time estimate and time it took. I'm speechless. My car rear-end and paint both looks brand new again thanks to maaco.... also prices spectacular you not go get no better deal with no other company than maaco in dolton... I'm telling all my family and friends and coworkers....

To start, we picked this shop because of the reviews about the professionalism and quality work. However, today we were greeted by a gentleman who must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. He was very rude and lacked the ability to properly communicate with customers. Once we became vocal about his treatment he apologized only to continue to be disrespectful. We never felt like the apology was genuine because he spoke in a condescending tone. We asked for his supervisor s information to escalate our concerns and he told us he was the owner. I refuse to believe that an owner of a company would find pleasure in mistreating customers. Needless to say, we took our business to another shop because I refuse to be mistreated by anyone.

Slow response Terrible service. If you have newer model, hi-tec vehicle take it somewhere else. The shop is Out of date and equipment is old.

Some one hit my truck and my insurance sent me to them, they where nice, and most importantly they did an amazing job with the repairs and in timely manner. I would ve gave 4-5 stars , because the work was awesome amazingly beautiful!!!!However, the company tried to double charge my account while I was out of town and I don t know if it was a system problem or not but I yet to have someone call me back after the fact of reporting it. So I had to do a dispute. So please make sure you are being charged the correct amount and not a recurring charge all in all it wasn t 100 s of dollars we are talking a few thousand so yea be careful mistakes do happen

This is the 2nd time I've used the location on Dolton, both times the staff was very friendly and professional, great customer service - they replaced the rear bumper after the car was in an accident, they did an awesome job!, the bumper looks better than the original one that was hit - great paint job - bumper looks brand new and they left my car clean!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I scratched the bumper on my Nissan Juke on a ladder in my garage. I took my car to Maaco in Dolton and I got an estimate. I dropped the car off on Tuesday and I was able to pick it up as promised on Friday. They did an excellent job. Great service. We took my son s 2006 Lexus in for hood repair and an overall paint job. We were surprise to find out we could paint the car a different color for the same price. My son was so excited. This was a gift for his college graduation, his birthday and landing a new job. The car turned out exceptionally well. It looks darn near brand new. It is a beautiful blue color (silver before). My son loves the color blue and is so pleased. The team at the Dolton Maaco is awesome and the prices are great! Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My brother backed my car into his a little dent. They looked at it told me the cost, the time it would take and wala it was done, they are very polite, considerate. Had to get my bumper repaired because the paint was peeled off almost completely and I set up an appointment with maaco. My car came back looking like a brand new car. I was embarrassed driving it at first when the paint was peeling now I m in love with it and not ashamed. Also customer service was real great and I didn t have to come out of my pocket with a lot of expenses. The price was very reasonable and my car looks amazing.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. You are able to contact them via email and cell phone with information, and they contact you back. Good business and customer service.
