I was worried because I was ignorant to what was going on with my car and what i needed to fix it. The manager was soooo helpful and professional and patient with me. She pointed me out in the right direction and provided just what i needed to get my car back up and running. I had a great experience coming in and would recommend this particular facility to anyone. I wish I remembered her name but believe it starts with a T. So shout out to T!!! I appreciate you helping me yesterday.

There are two other Auto part stores on this same strip and this is the only one that has every part I need in stock for my vehicle everytime I come in and they send you discount coupons to your email and they also loan you tools on the lot ( for battery application and mount I actually average around $25.00 cheaper for my parts then all the other stores, very pleased thank you Advanced Auto Parts!

As a business owner I appreciate great customer service and wanted to take time to thank the young man pictured (james) who went way and above to help me to put windshield wiper clearer in to my car. It s winter with snow on the ground burrr.I want to also thank the manager Russel and team (Jordan) for their great smiles and serve attitude

I went here for a new batter for my car. I appreciated the friendly and professional conversation I had over the phone and also when I came in. One of the guys helped me and was very careful to make sure the new battery was working properly.

Russell, the manager, went above and beyond for me! I visited four Advance stores looking for a certain deodorizer. The website showed that they all had only one in stock. Well, we know one, usually means none. So, I stopped at the Dolton store and Russell looked in the back for a bit, then told me to give him a couple of days. He called me and said that he was able to source three for me. Wow, he actually did what he told me he would do. I APPRECIATE THAT! Unfortunately, these days, good customer service is hard to find. Thank you Russell, I will be back.

If this woman was the manager, she was nasty dry and really not interested in providing information. She was called from the back and showed up like a polar bear. She doesn't appear happy to be working at that location. She may prefer a high upscale neighborhood. This occurred @ the Sibley and Torrence location

I went here to get a Lucas product for my car. In speaking to the nice gentleman behind the counter, he was very informative. He gave me some very good advice. Ultimately, he talked me into getting a different product. I put it into my gas tank.

There is simply no understating when you cam identify great service. I was up the street from church and needed windshield cleaner.I was floored by the attention to detail and great customers serviceI would recommend shopping here for you auto supply needs

I enjoy coming to this location , the staff are very friendly and ACTUALLY HELP YOU !! , they are honest and affordable depending upon what you are looking for. I live in the city but drive all the way out here for their services . Highly satisfied EVERYTIME , even when I call and ask questions they make time to answer them well at least one guy does !!

Please do not use their order online pick up and curbside option . Not only did they place me on a long hold for curbside , but once I entered the store , my order was not even ready . The employee had to go and shop for my order . The store was almost empty so I m sure the employees were being lazy . Never again

I usually do my work on my own vehicles and vehicles of other friends that I know and when one of the other auto parts stores doesn't have what I need usually I can find it at Advance Auto Parts so yes if you can't find it at one of the other Auto store chains you can find it at Advance Auto Parts that's from my experience

Just remember like any other parts store people are not experts you need to know or have your mechanic go in near so he could specify on what he needs

THE MANGER OF THE STORE INSTALLED MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS ON MY CAR REALLY QUICK AND WAS VERY POLITE AND I LEFT THE STORE VERY SATISFIED
