If you need any automotive or specifically tire work done, go elsewhere! They like to charge customers for services they didn't even want. If I hadn't looked at the receipt they'd have ripped me off $30.

I found everything that I was looking for on my list and then some!! There was one item that I had difficulty locating. I found an employee who was able to find it for me. She and I ended up talking for 15 minutes about a bunch of different things. She definitely made my shopping experience that much more pleasant. I used the self checkout and experienced a problem. One of the employees came to my rescue and solved it for me. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience!!

While having an issues at checkout on account of a new c�rd. The lady thAt first arrived to help me was very kind but what made the experience disturbing was the way she said I don't know to and I meAn Every question I had!!! So when all was said and done With she turns to me and says With a smile" Will that be all sir? " I looked at her �nd With a smile I replied " well mam , I don't know!" And walked towards the door. No she didn't realize the reason I said that but I l�ughed under my breAth all the way to the car with th� woman that i dream of marrying. D.M.W! ILYB!!!

The nicest Walmart in the Dixon/Sterling/Rock Falls Area. They have a Murphy's but the Murphy's doesn't accept gift cards for gas anymore.

Besides ME finding everything I need, the associates are never helpful, never around when needing help, etc managers don t seem to care when you tell them associates have earbuds in when your asking them for help the list goes on here phenomenally unprofessional workers.

Tired of being harassed by solicitors for your comed bill while I am trying to shop. I wouldn t answer my front door if they showed up and I shouldn t have to go out of my way to avoid being harassed.

Found everything I was looking for! It was moderately busy, but as I got ready to check out, there were 2 cashiers waiting at the front of their respective registers and lanes as a signal to customers. I love it when they do that!. I was able to check out with no line or wait, and the attendant was very pleasant!

It's Wal-mart, great prices, I love the choices and with all the customers on Sunday, they kept the lines short. When I checked out, my cashier was slow and a tad unfriendly.

Walmart automotive.My vehicle was up on the lift getting 2 new tires which was estimated at 45 minutes. Then all 3 employees had to stop working on all vehicles to unload a truck. Over 2 hours later my car was finally ready which I had a scheduled appointment for.

Typical walmart. . No complaints really. It was clean, I found everything I was looking for, used self checkout so didn't interact with many employees but the brief interactions I did have they all seemed friendly and willing to help. Prices were good and what u would normally expect at Walmart. . Their clearance section leaves a lot to be desired. I know the walmart in Sterling (the next city over) has an impressive clearance. . Better prices and wayyyyy more stuff. . But overall I have no complaints.

I placed an order to be shipped. One item was shipped. The rest of the order was marked as a pick up. Then, I was sent an email that one item had to be substituted. If an item was out of stock, I should have been told that before placing the order. At this point I was fed up. I tried canceling the order. It was a mess trying to cancel the order. For 3 days I had no idea what was going on with this order.I later canceled my online account. This was my first online order and my last. Will never shop Walmart again!

Driving home to Omaha from Chicago, we experienced a flat tire that needed to be replaced. It was 6:45pm and the Tire & Auto Center was about to close. I called and spoke with Megan and she said to come in and they will see what they can do. I get there and Megan was so accommodating and the technician (sorry I didn't catch his name) stayed past his work hours to replace my tire and get us back on the road. Without them we would've been stranded for who knows how long. I greatly appreciate you guys and the wonderful work you did for myself and my family. Thank you

Alot of empty shelves. They need to be able to order what they need to stock their shelves . But was told they get whatever is on the truck and that's it.

I've shopped at probably 50 Walmarts, and this is one of the nicest (now). Very spacious and welcoming when you walk in. Clean store and not cluttered like many are. Conveniently close to I-88 for travellers. Good shopping experience!

Had great experience here as store was clean and shelves full. Never used self-check out but as there were long lines a very nice employee, Janice, who offered to help me. She was so sweet and patient with me. It's actually pretty easy and I'll definitely use in the future. Then as I was taking my emptied cart to the "corral" and it had just started to rain and a very nice young employee Isiah took it for me. So...guess there are nice people and it's time to acknowledge that. Thanks Janice and Isiah!!!!

Walmart has changed a lot in the last couple years. Prices have risen and they no longer stay open 24 hours ! My bank is there so I have no other access to my money after hours. Outrageous ATM fees so I have to change banks. Also Walmart doesn't carry all the products I need so have to go elsewhere to finish my shopping.

When I need to find an item in there store they don t know where anything is and send me on a scavenger hunt on trying to find the item. Which they should know where it is if they work there. I got a Hamilton Beach blender and to my surprise once I got home to use it. It doesn t work! Absolute ripoff!

I had a few returns, total under $30. Hassle - free compared to how the Portland stores do things. No line, friendly service workers. In and out in just a few minutes.Due to limited funds and transportation issues, I have to shop Walmart more than I'd prefer to because I really disapprove of their labor practices, but I have to get prescriptions there, and since I'm indigent, I can't shop at a more ethical chain.But I do get great service when I need help or refunds at the Dixon Walmart..

Large store. Most of staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Never have enough check out lanes open, and senior citizens do not like the self check out!

Workers in electronic have been very good at knowing their jobs. Bought a tv. Decent amount of cahiers when going, and friendly. Find what i need with more variety of several items.

Love the Pharmacy employees, know them by first name basis, very friendly and caring and knowledgeable. They all go the extra mile to get your prescriptions filled or if you need something done pertaining to your medicine. They all deserve a great big pat on the back!! Thanks guys your very much appreciated!!

Cleanest Walmart I've seen in my life. The fresh produce quality ( I brought banana,pear, peach and cherries) was farm picked fresh. The washroom ( ladies) did stink. Loved the kids clearance and although not very big but quality was commendable.
