This store is outstanding! Very clean very well laid out and Willow was extremely helpful! I love when my expectations are exceeded and this store absolutely was way better than I expected!Not to mention that I'm very pleased with the pricing, I'm just hoping the quality is good... I'll follow up with a review on the quality ASAP.Update. I just drove here and they are supposed to be open but no one is here. I tried calling from the highway and just figured they were busy which was why they were not answering their phone. Terrible customer service! How do you not put a message on or a sign on the door or something?

I stopped in because you had good reviews. I am from Virginia and needed a vape. The girl that helped me this afternoon was great. She showed me exactly what I wanted. Your prices are really good compared to where I live. I will definitely visit you guys again

Large selection of juices and disposables. You have to ask what the prices are, as there are no signs, but she is nice and patient as you decide what you want.

I have had the best service at this shop over the past six months. Was in the market for a RDA today and bought an Alliance V2 quad. They did my build for me and I was blown away with the performance. Will continue to do business with them regularly!

Customer service is pretty good. However the juice burns coils way to quickly. The seven seas brand has ruined my coils within a day to 2 days. Def wouldn't recommend.

I have worked for Sinbad vapor's now for 4 months best place ever to work we are all a family and treat each other with respect and the owner is the kind of guy who'd do anything for anyone I mean the guy has fought for our country and believes in paying it forward to everyone all in all great place to work and the nicest kindest group of people you'd ever meet hands down!! Sinbad strong for life also thank you too all our loyal customers for doing bossiness with us!!!

Best job I've ever had and I've had many. Boss is one the most down to earth people I've met who really knows how to push you to do your best I'm proof of it. Smoked cigarettes for over 20 years and was able to quit within week of starting my job with Sinbad and haven't had a cigarette in 5 months and counting. Had no knowledge of vaping but was taught a lot by my trainer Eric and did lots of research myself, now their isn't to much I don't know about vaping. I've got plenty of sales experience but my boss helped me out in a lot of ways to get me out of my comfort zone and be able sell a product without being too pushy and to build rapport with the customers you see everyday. Now I'm successfully running a store by myself and loving it everyday seeing people who like to now come to Sinbad after having past bad experience to now coming in and being happy and satisfied with my service and products. Wouldn't ask for a different job or boss nothing but mad love and respect.

I've been going to sinbad vapors for over 4 years now. Since then i have gotten to watch the store grow and grow to the midwest brick and mortar power house. The staff is super friendly and professional and will have a good chat during the buying process and even after the you buy which is amazing and doesnt really happen with other shops. As far as selection they have a great selection of mods and tanks in the display cases. The juice is mostly house juices but they also have some other premiums to choose from which is always is nice and refreshing. the house blends in my opinion is amazing, MJ (owner) has really out done himself with his house blends and the atmosphere that he has made with sinbad vapors. i have no intention on making any vape shop in the area my go to.

Went in yesterday for a spark xl, had an issue with the auto firing and they quickly and easily replaced it and made sure the new one was in working order, the staff is great, couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Steve was great! Professional in mannerisms and dressed like a true salesman. Was impressed to see a vape shop manager/salesman wearing a collared shirt and tie. Prices were awesome!!! Thanks

Staff here have never steered me wrong. When they said "this tank has great vapor production" sure enough it did. I have been happy with every purchase and they will have my business whenever I want a friendly, knowledgeable staff with an unparalleled selection. Thank you Sinbad!

Unfortunately I will not be shopping at Sinbad vapors they don't bother to ask you any questions they just do what they want to do they don't bother to ask you if you purchase with a card if you have the same card or anything they're just going to make the decisions and it's going to be final no matter how you slice it they are going to make the decisions for you nice try though I'll shop somewhere else....

Negative experiences all around. Bought my first vape stick from them. That experience was great. After that it was downhill. Wife broke the tanks glass on her stick, and he upsold her for an entire tank kit she didn't need. Three times my wife went to get smok m4 coils for her stick, and he sold her Q4s instead. The third time i didn't open the pack, took it back to exchange it. He informs me they don't have nor sell the M4. I ask for a refund and i was told he won't refund once we leave the store. At this point i refused to deal with them anymore. Total upselling crooks that purposely will sell you the wrong stuff knowing they won't exchange nor refund anything

I knew nothing about vaping when i first stepped in to sinbad vapors. On a gamble, i applied for a job. Against all odds, the owner gave me a chance. It is a rare thing indeed to find a business who believes in its employees as much as its product and clientele. The staff and management are supportive, understanding, and willing to do everything to make one feel comfortable. There is never a reason to feel regret when dealing with sinbad vapors.

The new guy sucks, doesn't know anything about vapes or coils. Said he's going to get all juice in 0 nic and nic them. Which makes no sense.Display case is all messed up.never have juice or coils in stock. You need to have stores at the end of the week email you or the warehouse with a list of what they are out of so they can have it by next week. BRING BACK STEVE!

Wonderful liquids and terrific staff. I even send this stuff to a buddy in Indiana. He cant get a better butterscotch than Sinbads Butterface. My current fav is Caspian of the Sea. So freakin' good. Give them a try.

Don't recommend got a big bottle of the strawberry kiwi and not even down to quarter of the bottle yet and already has no flavor and that's with a brand new coil that's never been used. won't be back again.
