I'm so happy I found Precision Automotive. They've always been able to get my car in quick and fixed at a reasonable price. On Monday I called about my car shaking. They were able to look at it right away Tuesday morning, sent me a full vehicle inspection and started work immediately after discussing my options. Picked my car up this morning and it works great. I couldn't be happier! I ended up needing a new coil and I had the serpentine belt replaced as well. In the past I've had my ball joints replaced and they've also done brake work for me. I thought I would need all the brakes done and wouldn't have known the difference but they were honest enough to tell me I only needed the rear replaced and could still get a couple years out of the front. I really like how thorough they are with the pre-inspection. They explain everything in a way I can understand and then we discuss which things are urgent and which should be done soon. They're really friendly and great with my car. If you need any work done, I highly recommend Precision Automotive!

Ben has been servicing my vehicles ever since he has started working in this shop. I have always had the best of service. Never a complaint. I had kept Ben very busy with my work vehicle. He has been the best at getting me in as quickly as he could and finished the jobs quickly and has got me back doing my job with as little time missed as possible. I have had to take my vehicle to someone else for unseen reasons and ended up having Ben repair it again and getting it fixed right. I am forever grateful for Ben, Mckenzie and crew.

The only place I'll take my truck and the girlfriends car. Super great team! Usually in and out in a timely manner, they where super informative as to what my options on fixing said problems are. I would definitely recommend the great folks at Precision for any of your vehicle maintenance needs!

Had trouble with a tire on a road trip and they got us in quickly and were incredibly nice. Worked hard on getting us back on the road safely and at a great price. Will always recommend.

Precision automotive is the only place we take our vehicles outside of warranty work from the dealership. The owner and staff are thorough, honest, priced competitively, and efficient. I also like that they will send you a breakdown of what they recommend by text message with pictures and description. I recommend precision to anyone looking for a great local automotive shop. We were referred to take our vehicle here. Took the car to the shop and was looked at. We needed the muffler looked at plus the check engine went on. Thankfully the muffler was a quick fix and just needed a repair, which was promptly done. They checked the codes that were making the light come on. They tightened down the battery and replaced the fuel cap. The light went off. There were a few things that they noticed that should be looked at. A bearing is starting to go so we're taking it back next week. The price charged was far as was the quote for the bearing. This will be the place we take our car to from now on. Thanks!

Such an amazing place! They took care of us when there was HOUR long waits at every other place! Allowed us to sit inside a chit chat while our vehicle was repaired! 10 out of 10 recommend going to this place

Precision fixed the manual 5 speed shift linkage on my 2007 Chey Aveo that I had replaced but couldn't get the alignment correct. Working perfectly now. Very friendly staff,and will be a return customer.

We needed our van looked at the same day, and Precision was able to get us in right away. They were prompt and genuinely caring and kind. We were concerned about the rear brakes, and they were able to diagnose and tell us we just had a plate loose that needed to be tightened. They didn t even charge us for the diagnosis or the tightening. If you need any work done in the surrounding area, Precision should be your first call!

This place Precision Automotive is by far the best mechanic I have had in a very long time. Ben, the owner checked my fault engine light and determined that the fuel pressure sensor (low side) was defective and replaced it. He also found a mouse nest under the hood and cleaned it out and noticed that my windshield wipers were out of alignment and straightened them out. Great service, nice people, and an overall great experience. Precision Automotive will be my new go-to for all of my automotive needs. Had a great experience with this business. They were able to get my truck in, and back the same day as my appointment. They explained how much it was going to cost, and called me to let me how the job was coming along. They gave me a free inspection of the truck and let me know what I might need in the future.I think there a vary honest business, and I ll definitely be going back to them again!The lady working the office was friendly, and nice to do business with!Service: Auto brake replacement

Amazing business and Great Honest People! I can not say enough about how Wonderful our experience was here! My Husband took his truck here to have issues diagnosed and Ben and Mackenzie treated him Great! His truck had more issues than we thought, but they were honest about what it needed and did not try to push a bunch of expensive work on him that would possibly not fix the issue. Ben and McKensey treat their customers wonderfully. They never recommend work that is not necessary at the moment, but let you know about possible problems that might need to be addressed in the future. They are very honest and do everything they can to accommodate their customer's schedules.

Such a great business! Staff is very knowledgeable and lets you know the costs of all the services that are needed on your vehicle upfront. They keep in touch with you during the whole repair process. Definitely recommend them!!

Ben and McKenzie were delightful to work with! I'm from Indiana and needed to have a check engine light diagnostic run---they were so helpful in doing that in a timely manner. Ben's guidance re: returning to my home 3 hours away was spot-on. McKennzie called a few days later to be sure I made it home safely. Super impressed. I had a fuel pump and fuel tank replaced. I asked if I could get my own parts. Theirs were three times the cost. They said ok. I was quoted at around $180 for labor. I got a gas tank kit with new hangers, straps, tank, and the pump all ready in tank. That makes job easy for mechanic. I didn't expect price to go down though. It took three days to order the tank. I asked if I could take the truck. They said if I paid $90 for them to figure out the tank had a hole. I asked if I brought the truck back can I get that towards the cost of the bill. Again agreed. I dropped tank kit off at 10:30 got call at 11:30 the truck was done. Wow great! Maybe I'll get a break on labor. But didn't expect it. Got there bill was $192. I said did you take the $90 off. The mechanic said they had to wait for the tank and had to put old tank back on to get truck off lift. No shop just has a specific tank and pump. So would have had to do that anyway. By the way they didn't even use the new straps. Also I complained that it only took an hour to do job but charged me for 1.8 hours. The owner said that's just how it works. It was very unprofessional. The only reason I went to that shop was old owner. Shop was sold I think three years ago. Next time wait an hour or two before calling customers so they think it took as long as you say.Service: General repairs & maintenance
