So happy to have found Hank and Palmyra Pines auto service. Super friendly and personable staff make for a welcoming environment. They got my battery replaced for me, under warranty. They also delivered on the work done - car is fixed, on time, and cost what was estimated. Highly recommend.

I went to Palmyra Pines Auto Service and was very pleased with their fast service replacing a temperature sensor on my Buick Enclave! Another service center didn t do the job after I asked them because the check engine light went on but was off when they had it in shop. They did fixed a rattling noise by replacing a bolt and charged more for that than Palmyra Pines ! Great service , great price and friendly people!

Service was amazing. Went above and beyond any expectations we ever had with an auto repair service!Friendly and knowledgeable. Understands the cost of things nowadays and very upfront on what is necessary and what isn t!Kept our car, that had an obscene amount of water in it, longer so he could try and dry it out.Hands down the best service we received. Will be taking both vehicles there for everything. Including simple things like oil change

I was having tire trouble, wasn t sure if the car needed a new tire or if the tire could be patched. I found Pat. He was able to assist same day w/ no problem! He found a nail in the tire & was able to patch it up. He also tightened up a piece that was hanging underneath the bottom of the car; for little to nothing! He was very courteous & knowledgeable! I appreciate you Pat! If you re in Dixon, please give him a call for your automotive needs!

Hank and his staff are wonderful. They will pick up your car from your home/work, they communicate every step of the way and then drop off. If you have to go in there is a nice sitting area and you will get some furry baby love. I will be continuing to take my vehicles here as I trust palmyra pines to keep me and my family safe on the road.

I had a car emergency at 4:45 PM so I called Palymra Pines. They had me come right over. My car was fixed within the hour and I was on my home to Chicago! Not only that, everything that a local quick oil service just told me needed to be fixed was incorrect. Thanks, Hank! You're the best!

My husband and I both take our cars here. My husband is a rural mail carrier and needs a lot of work done on his work car. They always get the work done fast and at a reasonable price. I called all around for tire prices from sterling to rockfalls and dixion, I had only needed one, well the women here offered me a Hugh deal for 2 and when I came to pick them up, the man there looked at another one of my tires and gave me another for free, these people were a Hugh blessing to me, so thankful, the man said if I had any questions just call, it was Just all around amazing service
