My first experience at Moore Tire and I had such a positive experience. They open up early at 7am which was so convenient. Kyle was professional and explained everything clearly. Service was fast. Everyone was smiling and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the same day service they provided at the Dixon location. I received updated text messages from Moore Tires keeping me updated on my vehicle. I had a flat tire and they patched it right up. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the care they took with my son's truck and the aid they gave by installing new tires on his truck. A thorough inspection was done and reported. We have been Moore tire customers for a long time, and with the recent fire of rock falls was looking to stay with the company so came to the Dixon facility. Very happy with our choice. Thank you for your time on this.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Always love it here. Respectful, fast, good price, good quality, great work... I have absolutely no negative review to give. Oil change, anything tire related... doesn't matter, they are the ideal place for me and my family.

They got me in right away, changed my battery quickly and I was out within a very short time. Kyle was amazing with getting me the product information and letting me know what all the charges were for. All in all everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Moore's in Dixon! In & out in less than an hour. The text updates from Chris were very convenient, quick, and it was easy to pay via the link. Brad was very welcoming when I dropped my car off. I asked if he could check out my tire sensors & replace the bad ones, and he confirmed with me before replacing all 4. Will was also very personable. There are some of the friendliest people at this location! The inside is also super clean and the snacks are a plus ;) so glad I cancelled my Wal-Mart tire appointment & switched to Moore's last minute. Highly recommend

Called needing tire service on a steer tire on a road tractor, Gage had a tech. on-site in less than 45 minutes when we were almost 30 minutes away from their shop at the end of day. Impressed with the service and promptness of time frame. Will definitely use in the future.

I had a 4pm appointment. Employee radioed back to mechanic to ask how much longer before they could pull in my vehicle? Answer was a few more minutes. I waited over an hour more before they put my vehicle on the rack for wheel alignment. Why make appointment?

Had a punctured tire, called Moore Tires hoping to get an appointment in a day or 2, but they were able to get me in right away. Ten minutes after I called, I was at the shop getting the tire fixed. Great service, and shout out to Sam, who provided professional and courteous service. Will definitely come back again next time I need service!

The service was phenomenal! I took my car in for a tire leak and they fixed it right up in no time. They also checked our the other tires out of courtesy and found an additional leak I didn't know of and repaired it as well. Highly recommend Moore's!

I ve come here every time I had a problem with a tire, and it s been a few. They make everything quick and I trust them to get the job done right. I have never had an issue here. The staff is also very friendly, a couple to mention would be Gaige and Greg!

Amazing service when Wal Mart wouldn t touch truck tires. Customer service above and beyond. Only place in Dixon we will go now for our tire needs. Prices very affordable too! Couldn t have been more pleased with our experience especially since we were in a time pinch!!

I received my car after a full break job. One of my tires was smoking when I got home and my break pedal was going almost to the floor. I returned my car and was told it was a defective product. The parts took longer to get to them to fix which is understandable. I was compensated with a free tire alignment, which is fine. In total my car was with them for three days. When I called to see if they could drop my car off at my house due to them being closed the next day, I was told that they are too busy. My biggest concern is that my car wasn't properly checked before being given back to me, which is very dangerous. I also suspect that one of my hubcaps being cracked was their fault but have no way to prove it. This was a $2000 job. Though everything seems to be functioning, I have been driving in anticipation that something else may go wrong at any moment which is not a good feeling to have while driving. I had planned on making this business my go to for maintenance as I have never heard a bad thing about them but I do not believe I will be putting my trust in this establishment from this point on.

Quick, didn't take long, but I asked why my tire was losing air & was not given a reason. The guy also told me that the "low tire pressure" light was still on but should go off within a couple minutes. It's still on 2 days later. My tires are supposed to be set at 36 (says right on the dash) & none of them were set, which I think is very unprofessional. They were at 35, 34, 34, & the tire losing air was at 32. Still, none of them are at 36, and the light is still on so I will be going to fill them up myself for the 3rd time. I never had any issues at the Rock Falls location, but I was not super impressed with the Dixon visit.

The service was great. The communication with Sam while making the appt was top notch. Made it as easy as possible. The only con I would say was the wait time. Still sat for an hr but they were spectacular to deal w. I would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend the Dixon location at all.I bought 2 Otani tires at $75 per tire and an oil change at $63. They tried to charge me well over $400. I asked to see the bill and they added a $108 alignment that was not needed and a tire warranty that I did not ask for. To make matters worse, they left the lights on while servicing the car, drained the battery and quoted me over $200 to replace it.They are definitely padding the invoice and hoping that you don't notice.

Five stars because I couldn t give 10. Got a flat on highway 88. Tow truck driver recommended Moores. Drove in and was met with happy salesmen dressed in Christmas sweaters. Identified a replacement tire and was taken care of in a very timely manner for late on Friday afternoon. Professional prompt and courteous! Highly recommend Moores!!

The young men that waited on me were patient, courteous, polite, and explained everything really well. I used to manage hardware stores and recognize great customer service and received it here at Moore Tires!

Will Deuth was excellent! Used him for tires on two vehicles. Great guy and definitely helpful when selecting tires. Shop was fast and everyone seemed knowledgeable!

Moore tires has helped me for years with all of my tire needs and other repairs too. They have worked on my wife's car and both of my grandsons vehicles. I will be using them for many years to come.

brought my car in for a simple oil change. they said I HAD to replace all my tie rods and my shocks and suspension. estimated at 4,000 dollars. brought it someplace else they estimated me for 300 and only 1 tie rod with no problems with my suspension. they upcharge for parts and labor. definitely taking my business elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
