I was heading to Iowa after break for school when my alternator died on the interstate. Even though it was a holiday, they found time to see me and get my car fixed at a reasonable price. They were prompt and very understanding of the situation and helped me out. I'm just so thankful they were able to get me back on the road and on my way.

A positive experience with Dixon Midas! Spoke with Paul on Friday about replacing some broken and rust damaged flange bolts on my Ram 1500 exhaust. He was very accommodating, scheduling me for first thing Saturday morning. The work was done in an efficient manner, and at a fair price. Before I left, Paul took time for a short conversation, showing he is interested and cares about his customers. Very pleased that I chose Dixon Midas!

Lousy visit, waste of time being told by crotchety proprietor(?), once again, worst time possible to show up seeking auto work. States another car with possibly similar problem has not been looked at for a week-great work Sparky. Offered absolutely no assistance, only provided grumbly proof he's got no business dealing with prospective customers early morning.

My car broke down in the middle of the night in Dixon, 2 hours from home. I was able to have my car towed here and Paul took amazing care of it. He went ABOVE and BEYOND honestly. He truly cared to make sure I would be safe on the road. He even went in on Christmas Eve (when they were closed) to meet me so I could pick up my car as I had a difficult time making it two hours out there prior to Christmas Eve. I am so very thankful for Paul and the services he provided. He was so helpful and honest I would recommend this Midas to anyone looking to have their car serviced. Thank you again Paul.

My daughter went in because the gravel shield on her 2015 Civic had come loose. Paul looked it over, straightened out the metal brace so it would fit flush on the frame, added a couple of fasteners to snug it up, then checked the air in her tires and topped off the fluids. $15. Great service. Must be a dad.
