Another stress free purchase from Ken Nelson Toyota. James Morath and I have been exploring vehicle purchases for a while with never any pressure from him. When we got ready to actually buy, we only needed to look at two RAV 4s to decide which was right for our needs and wants.

We love our Highlander!And the customer service at Ken Nelson in Dixon IL was great! From Skyler or salesman to all the rest of the managers and other workers involved. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Our active twins didn't seem to bother anyone. At no point did we feel presured to sign something or pressured into hurrying to make any decisions. We would highly recommend this dealer.

I recently bought my new 2022 Toyota Tundra from this dealership and honestly I am very pleased with all the help and excellent service they gave me, the buying process was quick and easy, all the members of the sales team are very friendly and professional , and the person in charge of finances, is also very friendly, professional and a very good businessman. If you're thinking of buying a new Toyota, I highly recommend buying it here.

Just bought my Carolla Cross from Ken Nelson Toyota in Dixon yesterday. It was the best car buying experience in my recent memory. The sales person, Brayden Lovett, helped me match my needs with right vehicle without any pressure. He also was very knowledgeable with regard to all the cars I looked at. Mike Moseley, the Sales Manager, was very helpful with the leased Toyota I traded. I thought it might be a deal breaker but he made some calls which led to a hassle free trade in. Clayton the Finance and Insurance person could not have been more helpful. All in all great people to do business with a very positive experience, Thanks to the whole team.

I had a great experience at Ken Nelson Toyota. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they got me into my new vehicle in a streamlined fashion. I was able to communicate with them before I even stepped on the lot regarding my vehicle. I appreciate the staff at this location, and would recommend it to others looking for Toyota options.

I was looking for a better mileage car. I commute for work. I've owned Toyota previously & trust their reliability. I like the service dept @ my local dealership. However, I dont like the local Sales dept, too pushy, no deals, play games. So I looked for another dealership to buy from. I ended up @ Ken Nelson Toyota in Dixon. My sales person was Katrina Edwards & she's relatively new to car sales. Exactly what I needed. She did a great job. She was patient, thorough & informative. Not pushy, & I didnt feel pressured. What made it even better was the Sales Manager Chad worked along with us & was more than willing to negotiate a fair deal. They werent predatory. I left with the deal I wanted & got the trade value I requested. Overall, my expereince was exceptional.. I will definitely return & give them an opportunity to serve me in the future.

We had a great experience with Ken Nelson Toyota, and especially our salesperson Skylar. He kept us regularly updated on our car, and made us feel respected and welcome the whole time. We live 2 hours away and will drive there again when we need our next car, and we ll ask for Skylar!

I d like to take a minute to thank Michael Moseley and James Morath for all their help getting me into my new 2023 Toyota Venza. It seems like I ve been waiting forever but the car is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth it. Mike gave me regular updates on the Venza as it was in production and shipping. Both Mike and James streamlined the process and made it a pleasant experience. This is the 4th Toyota I have purchased at Ken Nelson and I can t imagine car shopping anywhere else. It would be a waste of time!

Best experience buying a car so far. My sales person was Greye Freeman, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. No high pressure sales. Helped me get the car I was looking for even in the middle of a pandemic and car shortage. They gave me a fair price for my car and there was no going back and forth or making me sit and wait. It was actually enjoyable.

My Wife and I were looking for a second car, used but still with lots of life left and a good price. James Morath was very helpful. We had seen the vehicle we wanted to checkout on FB, called and spoke with James and he had the vehicle all ready for us when we got their. Great customer service, very friendly people and next time I'm shopping for a car I'm calling James and driving the 2 hrs to Ken Nelson Toyota. Great job James! U rock!

Coach Davis is a great Salesman!!! We had gone to other local and out of town dealers and we had the best experience with Ken Nelson. Even my husband who is critical of everyone and everything said this was the best car buying experience he has ever had!

First enjoyable car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Seth Bush took great care of us from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away in our new truck. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, addressed all of our questions and was wonderful through the purchase process. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new Toyota stop in and ask for Seth!

I did several weeks of extensive research and cross-shopped 20 different dealerships before purchasing my vehicle from Ken Nelson Toyota. Not only did they give me the deal I wanted, but I found my point of contact Mike Moseley to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After a few days of email correspondence with Mike, I arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, finished up financing, and was out the door within an hour. That level of straightforwardness and transparency is difficult to find at any non-luxury brand car dealership. For these reasons I highly recommend to any potential customers to consider taking your business to Mr Moseley.

Seth Bush is a great guy. He was really nice and honest along the way. He responded in a timely manner every time I have inquiries. Ken Nelson Toyota is now my go to place for leases or purchases. I still can t believe my lease deal for my Tundra! Unbelievable deal!

Our car buying experience at Ken Nelson Toyota was very pleasant. Justin Altherr our sales rep was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make our decision. Austin took the time to explain and demonstrate all the features on our new Rav 4. Brett the finance manager was very friendly and efficient at finding us our best payment options. Overall a great buying experience and i would highly recommend Ken Nelson Auto Group for your next car.

Love love love Katrina Pasley. Extremely happy with my car, of course, but my buying experience with Katrina was the best I've ever had. Very professional, no pressure to buy, very informative, friendly, caring, very attentive and I felt she had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend you stop in to see her. Purchased a vehicle from James morath at Ken nelson in dixon Illinois. To say he was most helpful would be an absolute understatement. He answered every question addressed every concern and went above and beyond to accommodate my wants in a vehicle.
