It was nice enough. Chris, the sales person was nice, he was apparently new to the Nissan family but he did very well. He was hospitable, talkative, not push. The manager was super nice, not pushy. Actually surprised us when he gave us another option incase the first car we were lookin at didn't work financially.

It was very nice. My sales representative Brayden Reyes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the entire Nissan line of vehicle. The sales consultant Jamie Pratt easy to work with and actually made the purchase experience enjoyable for me and the wife.

The hood latch assembly needed to be replaced under warranty. When I was there a few weeks ago they told me it would be a 4-5 hour job, so I said I would call and reschedule a time. I forgot, but the service rep called me and reminded me, which I really appreciate. That is above and beyond!

Bob and Jamie were great helping my daughter with her first car. We love it and most of all I can rest easy k owing her first car has all the safety features. I would recommend buying a Nissan at Ken Nelson Nissan in Dixon IL.

Service was completed. The service manager helped me out by getting the work done in a very timely manner. I was quoted for a 3 hour job but took less than 1.5 hours. Cost was outrageous.

Absolutely hate this place!!! Everytine I have to come here they are idiots!Called 1st do I need an appointment for a recall NO takes 5 minutes to fix. Come in anytime after noon get here at 1220 oh sorry everyone's at lunch. Come back 3 hrs later Do you have an appointment NO I don't need 1 oh ok well it takes 40 min NOYou said 5 min. Well it takes 40.I'd give 0 stars if I could!!!Nine of them know what the he'll they are doing

Most comfortable dealership I have ever shopped. John Schopf was so courteous and professional. The entire dealership is low pressure and has an honest feeling to it. They negotiated fairly and we bought the truck. No gimmicks, no games. We definitely would recommend buying from Ken Nelson dealerships.

Everything was done as expected and done well. The staff treats the customers as if they were family. We enjoy coming to Ken Nelson. After leasing 6 Nissans, when it became time to purchase a new vehicle, we went to Bob Pilling and Jamie and were not disappointed.

Great people. Jamie was the sales person who sold me a 2023 Nissan kicks. I inquired online if the vehicle was in stock. He called me in a few minutes to say yes, and even verified for me that it had the black wheels before I drove there. He was thorough in explaining the vehicle features. It was nice to buy a car and not feel pressured from the salesperson.

The check engine light was on and several warning messages had been coming on and off. The team discovered the issue and did updates. They also performed the usual 40,000 mile checks and got the Altima running smoothly.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our new 2022 Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Jamie Pratt listen to our needs and understood what we wanted in our new car and how important safety was to us. Jamie got with the sales manager and they found us the right car. The salesmanger gave us what we needed for our car and the deal was done in less than a hour. Then the finance manager showed us a way to save money on an extended warranty . He was the first person that didn't try to sell us more than what we needed. Now we have the coverage we need at a fair price. Job well done gentlemen.

I saw a car online and went in to test drive it. I loved it so I bought it. Jamie Pratt is amazing. He's fun and outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. I had endless questions and he was patient enough to answer them all. I hadn't planned on purchasing the car that night, but I felt an instant trust with Jamie and the rest of the staff that I did purchase the car. I have zero complaints what so ever and I will definitely go back and recommend Ken Nelson and Jamie to others. Also the Nissan Altima is cool as hell. I love the car! I have zero complaints!

Took over 1.5 hours to complete and oil change. When I asked the guy where my vehicle was he said give him a few minutes. 30 minutes later and still no vehicle. There was no coffee, or complementary water. Sitting there so long you would think there would be better communication and at least free water. Instead of costing me just a $30 oil change fee > I paid $83. That was adding in over priced oil change and tire rotation. Am not happy with the service nor the pricing. Will go elsewhere.

Traded into a smaller vehicle. They had the smaller vehicle with options I wanted. It was priced reasonably. They gave me a fair trade for my vehicle. Transaction went smoothly. Sherry in finance handled the paperwork very quickly and was very nice to deal with. Thanks Aaron, Bob and Jamie!!

Employees at ken Nelson had the part for some weeks but failed to reach out to the contact number provided once part came in. But at the end the part was installed. So it was good. Just didn't like the waiting game.

We can't say enough great things about this dealership! Aaron and Bob were top notch from start to finish when we decided to trade our Toyota 4 Runner for a new Nissan Maxima. The trade was done in a very timely and professional manner and for the first time in 38 years, my husband actually enjoyed trading automobiles, and that says a lot! We love the new car and we highly recommend this dealership! A HUGE thank you to Aaron and Bob, you two were AWESOME!
