Austin and Brett were great to work with. They were patient, broke down a lot of different options and explained each of them thoroughly. It was a lengthy process due to my car situation but they both worked hard behind the scenes so I could indeed actually leave with a car even if it was a 4 day process *not on their part*.. I'm loving my new Pathfinder .. Thank you again :)

10/10 experience at Ken Nelson! My sales person Jeffrey took into consideration all of my must haves for features on a new car within my price range. I was set up with a PERFECT new car at a great deal! Everyone was so helpful, professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. Kyle and Brett were also super helpful throughout my purchase from start to finish. Will be buying all my future cars from Ken Nelson!

I shopped around pretty much the entire Midwest before buying. Negotiations were fair, direct, and timely (exclusively over email and text). Once I finally got to the dealership, the buying process was seamless. Thanks the Brayden, Kyle, and Brett for a great experience!

I had a great experience at Ken Nelson! Adam Chapman was my salesman and he did an amazing job working to find a vehicle to meet my family's needs. He was honest about what he didn't think would work for us. Once he found a vehicle that we liked, he arranged to have the few flaws we noticed fixed. He followed up with us after to ensure we were still happy customers. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to check out Ken Nelson and see Adam!!

I have bought my last 4 cars through Ken Nelson. I have been a customer of theirs since they had their dealership in Sterling too. Each car I have bought I have had the best luck with them. I have never had any major problems and they ran wonderfully. The service Ken Nelson gives you is of the highest quality. I work at a financial institution and I always tell my customers that Ken Nelson is the most reputable car dealership in the surrounding area. Not only that, my car dealer Adam Chapman is the most honest, honorable and hard-working car dealer I have ever met. Trust me when I say I will never go anywhere else for my vehicles. There's not a better car dealership or car dealer then Ken Nelson Auto and Adam Chapman around.

I recently purchased a new car from Justin at Ken Nelson. He did everything possible to make me feel at ease and answer all my questions, and I had a lot of them! I had went to multiple dealerships in the area looking at the same car and my decision came down to who I felt would be there for me after the sale and it was Ken Nelson. Chad, Rick and Denny were also very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Ken Nelson. You get the small town feeling from a larger dealer.

My mom needed a new car so I took her to Ken Nelson and it was the best decision we could have made. Service was outstanding! Kyle was very patient and helpful with my mom, who had a million questions and wanted to test drive so many vehicles. With Kyle's help, we got a great deal on the perfect car and I can't wait to back there in the future to get a new car for myself.

I have visited Ken Nelson Chrysler on multiple occasions. The sales representatives and everyone working there have always been very friendly and welcoming. They have a wide selection of new and used vehicles and provide all the information needed on them. I have also had the pleasure of working with Jeff Wilson, Manager at the Chrysler building, in the past and it was a great experience. Jeff was always open to new ideas and he treated customers with respect and honesty, something I admired! If you are looking for new or used car, I would definitely pay Ken Nelson a visit, they will definitely take care of you!

I purchased a Dodge Dart from Ken Nelson Chrysler two years ago and it was truly an amazing expedience. I had my son with me that didn't have nap that dad and was also feeling under the weather. I was completely embarrassed by how cranky he was. The Manager Jeff Wilson was completely understanding as was our sales person Adam. They let my son run around the Chrysler show room to keep him entertained while we purchased our vehicle. The two of them were completely great with helping me understand everything that was going to be expected of me as well as the finance manager Brett! All and all the experience here was just truly amazing! Thanks so much to those guys for getting me the vehicle of my dreams.

The team at Ken Nelson Chrysler aren't only friendly...they will help you through the entire car buying process in order to make it as easy as possible. Was told while purchasing a vehicle that it had been fully gone through by their top mechanic, was told that all fluids were changed and had new breaks, none of it was true! 4 days after i bought the truck my rear break line exploded because of the caliper having no rotor left to brake on, so my rear brakes completely exploded, also got home and the next morning found a oil leak underneath the truck, worst dealership to take your businesses to and do not reccomend anyone wasting their money on a vehicle from them, waste of time and will never send or reccomend anyone to go there again.

I bought a new Ram Laramie . I came in for a plain Jane version but was upgraded to the nicer model. I am so glad I did. I just love this new truck. The sales staff is very helpful and the manager is the best I have ever had. I am a return customer and will be for years to come. Thank you all. I love my truck.

Best place to buy a car! Bob Pilling and Jamie Pratt really came through for us in purchasing our last car, and Bob also helped immensely when we purchased my husband's. They always keep it real and honest, and really try to do everything in their power to get you what YOU want/need. Highly recommend!!

I bought a used Hellcat from this dealer from out of state. Car and price was as described. My sales guy was Kyle Bouland, he was great to work with, and made the buying experience smooth and hassle free. The staff even went out and got me a Red Bull for my 6 hour drive home!

Beware, all this company seems to care about is the bottom line. I took my truck here to get a water pump replaced. The technician installed the serpentine belt incorrectly and caused it to be thrown off the truck while I was driving it. I was 90 miles away when this occurred, and it took 3 days to get my truck back. I was very displeased with the attitude of the service manager who seemed upset that I was so far away when the belt was thrown, and astonished that he informed me the technician who did the maintenance on my truck was not going to be paid for his time because of his mistake, but fully believed I owed them the full $880 for the labor time he spent incorrectly doing work and not getting paid for it! Where did that money go? It only cost them $350 to get the repairs done in the suburbs, and not paying for the mechanic, leaves about $530 in labor charges alone in profit for the company who incorrectly did the work. The only compensation offed was a free oil change but as I live 1000 miles away, I am not sure how whole hearted that offer was. Very bad experience with Ken Nelson. I am not sure if they treated me different as they knew I was a service member who lived out of town and was only home for the holidays, or if that is how they always do business, but would fully recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service.

I just recently purchased a Pre Owned Jeep SRT from Zachary Stamper and had an excellent experience. I purchased this vehicle from Texas and sight unseen. Zachary was extremely responsive and sent me every picture that I requested as well as videos of the vehicle and made this out of state transacting quick and painless! Thanks again man!

I initially was overcome with gratitude by the staff and the products they offered. Upon leaving the salesman was going to set up the Bluetooth. This is a 2019 car with no bluetooth available. By that time you've signed all the papers and I told them I did not want that car and ended up getting stuck with it. I thought they were going to put some GPS in for me but they just told me how to obtain one on my own. The driver side seat does not go back I don't know what's up with that. It only charges my phone in the second seat and not the first seat. This is what was given to me upon sale. I got a generic car for the 2020 price. Fed Up
