I would have gave them a 5 star but salesman didn't offer to look up the truck I was looking for and the one on the lot had issues. Ended up buying that day from another Chevy dealership. Salesman found exactly what I wanted on the auction page and I prefer to support my local dealers. Salesman was very helpful answering all my questions on there inventory they had though.

I had a great experience with Ken Nelson Auto group I purchased a 2024 Chevy equinox recently. Morgyn was my salesperson she was very helpful on answering all my questions she was very friendly and was a great person to work with. She went above and beyond her job. My sister had come with me to purchase my new car and she had bought a new car from Ken Nelson less than a year ago and she was having problems with her Bluetooth so Morgyn went and got someone to help her fix the problem . And it was great working with Nick and Holly through the financing process they were very friendly and vey helpful. And a very friendly staff at Ken Nelson

We are so very happy with Ken Nelson's service this is our second car from them and they have always made it easy to buy. Both Chad and Isaiah we are great to work with and Chad got the car we wanted and held it for us which most places don't do for there customers. Isaiah did a great job with selling us our car for being a new member great job keep it up. Thank you all again for making it easy on us.

I needed a trailer hitch installed ASAP. Was leaving town on a Monday. Discovered on the Wednesday before that my vehicle was not equipped with one. They were able to get one in and installed the next day. Saved our trip schedule. Thank you

During the auto strike parts were not available and although I was very frustrated Morgan kept his cool and didn't hold my persistent inquiring ways against me and was very helpful during the service to replace the broken catalytic converter and even when the check engine light was still on after the service and I brought it back to the shop he took the time to test it out and determined it appear to be my cars way of getting used to the new part. Thanks Morgan

Brayden Lovett was my sales rep. He is awesome - patient, knowledgeable, good listener, good teacher. I need all the help I can get with tech and he didn't get impatient or frustrated with me. If I know of anyone who needs a car in the future, I will send them straight to Brayden!

If I were you, I would make sure you do not lose them to people out there when we pull our car in to get fixed, Anna and the other guy behind her that s the reason you re so busy you have very good and respectful and polite people working for you that s why I don t take my vehicles to anybody but her and him

My experience was very personal and memorable. My sales agent was close to me in age and I think that helped make me feel more welcome and connected. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional but also personable at the same time which made my car buying process that much more personal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any vehicle.

Dealt mostly with Dan P. and he was both professional and personable. Walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. He then turned us over to Clayton for financing and that was a pleasant experience, too. He was very organzed, knowledgeable, and knew when to visit and when to keep progressing through the paperwork. Never felt pressured, thank you.

Kobe was our salesman and to say he was amazing is an understatement. Not only did he help us find a new car he also was so kind to my car loving little 4 year old. I sure hope Ken Nelson got him some food since he wasn t able to eat lunch with everyone since he was busy helping us.

The salesperson I had that sold me my pre-owned vehicle did a great job of selling me a car that needed some work within the first few months of ownership and I'm glad he was confident in presenting it to me when it hadn't been cleaned up or fixed up a bit. I couldn't be happier with a vehicle that for about four months out of the year I didn't get to drive since it was with the "certified technicians" with issues that could've been caught if they didn't just check to see if it turned on. I also needed to drop money on one of the first repairs because it wasn't covered under warranty and nothing says a good pre-owned vehicle without having to drop money on it within the first year. I do appreciate the very friendly and hard working service writer that I have that does the paperwork on my repair jobs since she has to deal with all those repair jobs the dealership has coming back to them. All in all, would I recommend this dealership to anyone? No. Will I come back for another vehicle. Also no. From the reviews I heard about the dealership I couldn't be more disappointed with such a talked about dealership.

A whole different experience in the car buying process! Kade and there staff was very pleasant to work with drove 5 hrs to pick up my new 22 Chevy Spark Activ. I was very pleased by how important it was to them to make sure I was satisfied. Was worth the drive highly recommended them

Had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle the day I stopped with a friend however you just happen to have exactly what I needed. Brandon could not have been more helpful. Not being pushy for me to make the purchase but he did make it the transition smooth. I have had experience with the service department several times in the past and Jeremy and Anna could not be more helpful also.

Anna Jahn was my service advisor. She is top notch! Always very polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable in her position. Mike in parts is always on top of the game for any parts or accessories you need, and very knowledgeable with any technical assistance that may be needed on such parts! Finally, Kristina in the accounting office is always ready to take your payment, and assist with any issues on the GM rewards program, or redeeming your points! In summary with the great line up of staff, in Service, Parts, and accounting. It was a great visit to Ken Nelson Auto Plaza!!

What a great experience we had at Ken Nelson! As we pulled into the lot we were greeted with smiles. Ron is a class act exactly what a car salesman should be. Most of this car deal was done over the phone and Ron made it as easy and streamlined as possible. After entering the dealership I was greeted by the general manager and the finance team has me in and out of there in no time. World-class dealership! You can just tell when a business is run right and this one is running great just like the beautiful new Yukon Denali we bought!! Gold Standard Dealership family run and home town feel. Great Job!!

My 2019 High Country started flashing warnings so I called Dan @ Ken Nelson he advised me to get it in before it shut down , which I did. they started work on it as soon as they could and not only fixed the original problem but took the time to find another problem as well. they were very professional and courteous. they finished the work as the parts arrived and got me back on the road. I highly recommend Ken Nelson service especially Dan and Anna they always are very helpful

Denny Bellows was great to work with! He kept us updated through the entire process while our vehicle was in transit, etc. When the vehicle arrived, he showed us all of the features. It was a pretty seamless process from start to finish!

It's very seldom nowadays to be addressed as Mr. Or Mrs. That's a normal greeting at Ken Nelson. The quality and service were above and beyond. Despite the fact that Ronnie and I are good friends', I believe that all customers are treated equally.

I had the best experience at Ken Nelson! Graye and Mike made the process so easy and were so helpful from beginning to end. Graye walked me through how to use all the features in my car and was overall very knowledgable about the car that had just arrived on the lot- very impressive! They also made sure I got military and Chevy rebates, which I didn t even know were available and I really appreciate that they offered them. I love my car and will recommend to everyone I know to come to Ken Nelson!
