If you are looking for a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend Austin!!Austin from Ken Nelson has been amazing through my entire process. I went in just looking and he was patient the entire time. He did not push or try to put me in a vehicle that was outside of my budget. He asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and what my must haves were. He only showed me those vehicles and nothing else. He was honest and to the point. When I found the vehicle I wanted and knew I wanted Hope and Austin worked magic to make it the numbers I was happy to work with. Hope worked diligently to make sure the bank had the interest rate and payments I was happy with. They were pleasant, friendly, and willing to work with me all the way through the process without any sketchy business or pressure to buy something I would not be happy with after leaving.Thank you, Austin for making my car shopping experience wonderful and being amazing!! Thank you Hope for working your magic!!

Austin was very willing to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The whole family has purchased vehicles from him for this reason. He cares about what he sells you.I am a very satisfied customer and won t go anywhere else to buy again. I will recommend Austin to anybody looking for a car or truck. The girl in the finance dept was very good to work with also.

We had a great experience with Ken Nelson today buying our New car, our trade was fair and Brandon & Hope did a great job working our deal in a timely manner!! There was no pressure at all and everyone we talked to was so nice and friendly!! We will definitely be back and refer our friends and family!! We love our new car!!

I went in with little experience in buying a car from a dealership. Austin was not only super helpful and insightful when assisting me in purchasing my car, but extremely friendly and approachable throughout the whole process. He made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and answered any questions I had. He definitely made the experience of buying a car that much more delightful! Hope was also wonderful and made the financial aspect of purchasing car less intimidating and scary. Pleasant experience all around with Ken Nelson Auto Group!

One of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Austin went above and beyond to keep track of my truck through the build and shipping process all the way to the dealership. Everyday for 3 months straight Austin monitored the progress letting me know what was going on. I wish I had more experiences like this. Thank you Austin and the Ken Nelson team!

My salesman Austin deserves a 5, & his boss Kyle for getting problem with windshield taken care of. Detail deserves less stars, because as a detail manager I would make sure that even a used car that someone paid a good amount of money for with cash and added an extended warranty to would be cleaned and shined to make it look as good as possible the first time it went through, not wait for the customer to point out things that were not cleaned correctly.! Again, 5 stars for Austin Sheffield and for Kyle his Boss and 5 stars for the gentleman that did all of our paperwork on our purchase.

I recently leased a 2024Jeep Compass from Ken Nelson. I wasn t set on a specific car when I went in, and Austin was great about pulling multiple Jeeps and Nissans for me. He was a good sport when I test drove all of them. Kyle in sales got me a fantastic deal on my lease. Brett and finance answered all of my questions about the nuances of leasing. At no point was anyone pushy or condescending. I will definitely go back to Ken Nelson when my lease is up, and I recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car.

This was the first time for me and my wife using this dealership! It was a pretty good experience. The dealership made sure we were sent home with a safe and reliable car. Also James Morath did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with the vehicle before we purchased it. Also James was very honest about everything we asked about. We drove over a hour and half to buy our vehicle, if we were in the market again to get something we would definitely make the trip back again!

Went into Ken Nelson knowing that I wanted a Rav4 on their lot. I met with Austin and he made the process of purchasing a car easy and seamless. He answered every question with professionalism, helped meet all needs and addressed any concerns I brought up. I Highly recommend seeing Austin for all of your car purchasing needs!

I had the best experience working with Kobe St. Pier, he recently helped get me a good deal on my trade in so I could get my first SUV which I have been wanting for awhile! He was very honest and had great info/pros and cons of all the vehicles I was looking at. Which made it very easy to weed out the ones that were not for me and helped me pick the one that was! He even helped me out with my son while I was signing papers! Thank you for all your help!

First of all, 6 stars!Austin was my agent and he answered all my questions and concerns knowledgeably and in a friendly manner. He seemed frank and forthcoming, shared my favorable attitude towards Toyota vehicles, and corrected my misunderstandings in a pleasant and helpful manner. Austin was so amazing as a salesman in my purchase of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ. I was starving and ready to run out on him waiting on financing and he bought me doordash McDonalds while I was waiting. Not a good experience at all . Smoke and mirrors asked 3x for trade in value of current car and interest rate only to be told at signing hours later . I've purchased 3 cars from there and I just purchased my last . I was emailed a survey from Nissian, and I was honest on the survey it wasn't till then the dealership reached out and claimed to want to make things right to only ghost me for over a week .Get 2nd and 3rd offer on trade in very shady in my opinion.

This one dude Austin is cool as HELL in there, if you need anything and I mean ANYTHING I would highly recommend him as your sales person. I ve never seen such a nice person who s passionate about what they do.
