Came today and it was my first time there. I brought the work van in as it was overdue. It's got lots of known issues and they were awesome about those. I got new air filter too. I had just come from getting groceries and didn't have enough cash on hand. Went to use my card and I couldn't find it. My roommate used it at the paint store yesterday and forgot to give it back. The guys were super about it as I was having a nervous breakdown haha. After a crazy phone call It was in his jacket pocket that was sitting in the van so I used what cash I had gave them and the card for the balance. These guys are awesome and my van is quiet and running smoothly again. Thanks you guys have got a new regular customer. I'll bring my car in too when it's due. Plus your closer to home than where I used to go. Luckily I stopped by as it was my day off and I was in town running errands. Thought I'd give jiffy lube a try. So glad I did. Thanks guys you rock and so gentlemanly too.

Great service with awesome people! Even when they're busy, they really do get you in and out in a Jiffy! They also take time to go through everything with you at checkout and explain what they did and the cost for it. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Second time coming here, both times horrific. First visit, I waited over 1 1/2 hours (with only one car ahead of me) for an oil change, and nobody knew what they were doing - very unorganized. This time they didn't put my car in park after 'parking" it and it literally rolled off of their ramp and almost hit the garage door-- they said "it's just that time of night" while laughing. When I asked them for the corporate number after they lied about who was their manager, they said they couldn't give that number out. Definitely avoid going here, 10/10 do not recommend.

I had an oil change with a cabin filter change. (Air filter had been recently changed.) Polite, friendly staff. Quick service included topping engine fluids, checking all tires and re-inflating 2 tires, vacuuming front seats and floors. In and out quickly.

This was my first time here. These guys were absolutely TRUCKIN IT to get my oil change done. And they were so polite, opening doors and even going so far as to open my car door for me!They were so friendly and so fast, in and out in about 15-20 mins. Definitely will be back!

Started off good, but went down hill quick. Took 2 1/2hrs to do oil, fuel, and trans filters. They pulled wires off the fuel filter sensor and had to replace it. Then put the filter on without the rubber seal, and fuel was leaking out of it. Not a positive experience

This team is stellar! I went in on a very busy day. Understandably, they missed my wipers. 2 days later after realizing I didn't get new wipers I went back. They were on top of it as soon as I showed them my receipt. They made it right without a squabble. That's great service in my eyes. 5 stars!

Terrible service. I attempted to get my oil changed there. Team told me that my car was missing a freeze plug and actively leaking oil all over the motor. Told me if I kept driving it like that it would die. Of course I was freaked. I took it to a trusted body shop, only to find out that I indeed was NOT missing any freeze plugs and my car was in tip top shape. Except that it needed an oil change. Very unhappy

Excellent service. The staff was super friendly and I couldn't believe how quickly they performed the oil change while busy with a full waiting room of customers. I will definotely be going back.

Always do a good job for me with oil change in my 6.7L Ford diesel pickup. Have done trans, trnasfer case and both differential lube changes too. Good job, no leaks and reasonable cost. I recommend them!

I was so pleased to have an honest answer when I asked if my tires needed to be rotated. I was told, "No, we don't recommend that for your car." That makes me trust Jiffy Lube.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my service at Jiffy Lube, this time. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. The manager was knowledgeable, as well, and very polite and respectful. The Dixon Jiffy Lube is always there to assist me. They do my oil changes, give me top offs and fill my tires when needed. As soon as I drove in I felt taken care of,I was self conscious of my back window that's taped up be ayse the motor dosent work on it,but they were so kind and we laughed about it.Also they worked as a perfect team together.Also I'd like to give a big shout out to the Awseome young lady that works there,she also gave 5 star treatment. I took my 2007 Mercedes Benz for an oil change after a month the it started making a clicking noise I took it to a Mercedes Benz dealer after investigating they found out they used a Chinese oil filter and they didn t put the seals in correctly once they put in the right filter the noise went away.They were very respectful people but I won t take any cars there againService: Oil change

This is the worst oil change place in the Sauk Valley area. 1 star is way too high for them due to the dishonesty that have shown to my mother on two occasions now. She recently took her newly purchased vehicle to them for an oil change. Once again, they damaged the vehicle and flat out lied to her about it, while taking no responsibility at all. (She gave them another chance after the first time they damaged her previous vehicle.) We have been told this is a regular occurrence with them. My recommendation is to NOT use them. I will be sharing this on social media as well.

I had the worst experience here at Jiffy Lube. After I got my oil changed and my tires rotated, I had two gentlemen tell me my brakes were metal on metal for the front brakes and my back brakes were mediocre. They instructed me that I needed to have them changed at Jiffy Lube. This turned out to be a lie as my car is brand new and only had 13,000 miles on it. I took my car to my local dealership and they told me my brakes were in great shape. I was an attempt by these employees to scam me out of money to change good brakes off of my car. I will never come to this location again and I would recommend to everyone not to go here due to these employees that may try and do the same to you.

I just wanted an oil change, after arriving the tech took off my air filter (which I understand is standard operation) to see how bad the filter was and then he couldn't get the air cleaner lid screwed back on. While struggling with it he dropped the air cleaner lid screw into the engine compartment not once but twice. The second time he just left the screw and put in a new one that didn't seal the air cleaner box correctly. This was all while I watched from the waiting area. I confronted them when they pulled my van outside and had them fix the air cleaner lid correctly and I ended up finding the missing screw for them. They were just going to send me driving away with the air cleaner box jacked up had I not caught and confronted them to get it fixed right. I had gone in yesterday for a much needed oil change as my car had been sitting in my garage since last fall. I had leaves under my wipers even.. they not only gave me VIP service on my oil change but even vacuumed my leaves off my window and fixed my headlight! Very friendly, super nice people & a wonderful experience!!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you soooo much!!

Last visit was very disappointing. Was told my wait would be 15 minutes. One hour later I was driving away with no apology or explanation as to why. I get things happen but the most disturbing thing was when the manager came in to go over my vehicle and told me my back brakes would be metal on metal any day now and they could replace them for $250. I however knew full well I just replaced the back brake pads...they were brand new. Beware of this place trying to upsell you on things you don't need. It's very unfortunate...I will never take another vehicle there againService: Oil change

This place was great. Super clean. Excellent waiting area. TV's, wifi, coffee. Super attentive staff. Not a better oil change shop in Rockford..I can not imagine a more enjoyable experience while getting your car worked on. The waiting room was excellent. The coffee was hot and fresh. Wifi password was posted everywhere. It was very fast with three bays. Super clean.Not the old mechanic shop with guys wearing onesies and grease under their fingernails. Top notch. Makes me happy I don't have to change my oil myself any more. Enjoy! .

Good place for oil change. $$$ pricy. I just wish that the workers were quicker. All 3 bays were open but only 2 cars. At least 6 or 7 guys were working there... The waiting room was very hot. The coffee maker didn't work. Had to go sit on the picnic table to cool off. Manager didn't seem to care.

I went to get my teenagers oil changed . When the pulled the dip stick they noticed the oil was clean but neglected to tell me that. They change the oil and then told me your oil was clean. It didn t need to be changed. As of now I will never go back there. My money is too hard to come by to be paying for something that I don t need.Services: Battery, Oil changeServices: Battery, Oil change

Honest people and great service. Just bought my car and I heard squeaking coming from the breaks. Thought it was break pads. They took the tire off and showed me the brake pads are brand new. No need for new ones.

Zero stars...Took my truck in for service. One day later my truck lost all its oil due to a lose oil filter and ruined my diesel engine! Company refuses to pay for their fault. So far costing me over 8k in Repairs !! Very unprofessional business!!!! Everyone hides behind someone blaming the outcome of your situation on the next hire up that you cant speak with. This is a own risk type of business they stand behind nothing at their fault!!!Service: Oil change

Outstanding, quick service, I hardly ever have to wait. Prices are a little high for the full set with synthetic oil, but overall with everything they do, I don t mind it,They do more than just oil changes too, 4 x service is available, as is transmission service and rear differential.The free top off service at any Jiffy lube is nice too, overall great place for a oil change
