they've done okay work but they are incredibly expensive and do NOT answer their phones. got a flat tire? sorry, can't call them. need an oil change? too bad, they won't answer. need a whole new engine!!? they won't answer they're phone. so if you're looking for a place to call, just go ahead and look up the next placen if you're looking for a place to never answer their phone and scam you nd not do the job they charge you for then this is definitely the place to go!

I stopped in on a Saturday morning hoping i could get help with some trailer tires before heading home to Idaho, great service thanks for making it happen last minute before closing and changing the wheels in the rain, i made it home safely with zero service because of these folks!

Great customer service! They gave me the out the door price without hassle for 2 tires! Great price. In and out as promised! Took Roger longer to write out ticket-haha! Carl was great. Love the old time garage feel of this place too. They don't jerk you around. Definitely going there again!

They were the only place open on a Saturday morning. Had my tire as a used which was great. Showed me what I ran over. Very friendly and price was very reasonable!

I stopped in one day expecting to make an appointment and come back. They were kind and helpful. The guy went out to my vehicle and looked at my tires to determine what I needed. I was only getting the front tires done. They got me right in and my wait was minimal.

My 1st visit here but won't be my last. Everyone was super helpful not only with my tires but when a welding problem came up they contacted someone to come over and help . Higbly recommend buying your next tires from Roger.

Horrible experience. We had an appt and dropped our car off first thing in the morning. After multiple attempts at calling Dixon's Tire we just decided to come over and check on the status of the car since they were closing in 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes to speak with someone Roger finally told me that they were not able to even start on the car. He did not even apologize or try to fix the situation. Extremely disappointed. Please avoid this place. They refuse to answer their phone and have no customer service whatsoever.

This was my late husband's " go to " place for tires. They were very helpful, didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires when they could tell I had no clue what I was doing! Friendly people - great customer service

A nail was in my vehicle's tire causing air to leak out. I went to Dixon Tires to get it fixed. Service guy got the problem taking care of quite quickly; reasonable price.

While they were quick and effective at repairing a tire I brought in, they failed to mention that the treads were so worn out I might as well have bought new tires in the first place.

I went to get a little problem fixes and the little guy with the was piercing was so rude! I had something in my hand that was from my car that I had asked him about and he raised his voice at me to put it down like it was a bomb or something.

The service is horrible we ve been here waiting for nearly an hour and no one has even came to the front desk, there are others In here that have been here longer than us and they still haven t been waited on, prices are good but customer service is bad!!

Had to get a wheel/rim from Dealer, took it back to these folks to get put on car because I Trust them- all 8 tires on 2 cars serviced by them.
