Asked if they were hiring . Lady always said he s busy he will call you back . Getting the run around called back again asking if they were hiring said you can come fill an app . Told lady answering phone .. don t want to waste my time or yours are you hiring then finally gave an answer of no .. I ve been in the towing industry 13 years never got the run around from a company weather they are hiring or not

Takes advantage of people that unfortunately had a car impounded. Picked up not even 24 hours later and $400 charge , absolutely obscene and criminal.

Had me in and out pretty quickly. The only thing that took a lil time was waiting on the parts. They found an issue that another shop didn t. Jeff was knowledgeable and taught a guy from the south how to maintain air pressure in this midwest winter. Good folks!

A friends vehicle was towed, because plates were revoked( he did not know) dabney stated had the general public called it would be $50. But bcuz the cops called it was $300 to tow less then 10 miles. On top of that, on the invoice of what was in vehicle, they had jumper cables only. There was $300 speaker, oakleys etc in the truck. When he called to see if we could forfeit the fee per day( $65) they said if paid for by 4 on thursday it would be $495. He got to shop by 230 and they charged him $560. This is just CROOKED BUSINESS. These convos were on speaker so I heard it all.I would NEVER recommend them.

We recently had our motor home repaired there and really appreciate how Well they treated us.They had a perfect opportunity to make us spend so much more money than needed. They went above and beyond what other garages would have done. Thank you for your honesty we will definitely send others your way

We Had a big broken down bucket truck it would cost a fortune to tow anywhere So I asked him if he could come out and run a diagnostic scan and try to figure out the problem so we don't have to spend a $1000 towing it and he did for a very reasonable price he came out hooked a scanner up Went back to What the problem was and how to narrow it down to the exact problem Not a lot of mechanic shops will come out at a decent price and hook up their scanner they always want you to bring your vehicle to them so thanks a lot hardens auto

I took a radiator from a 1966 T~bird to get checked out. Very good response in getting repaired. Very pleased with the results.

I had my car break down 3 miles till work, and "State police" issued these people to get it. "Monopoly" ? Who knows. My exhaust was dropping but not in two pieces. The back wood illiterate males told me " that's the way the found it" I pray for the owner and their family because karma is real.

They got me in right away as promised, my my air ride leveling rod replaced and back on the road in 45 min. Very professional and friendly staff.
