John and Adrianna are awesome. I took my guy because I thought I'd have NO CLUE what I needed but turns out they explained it to me. Even printed out my codes. Went above and beyond providing video links for me as well. Thank God it was a simple fix, but these 2 went way beyond for me. Even kept my son entertained while I got what we needed.

Rude lady at front desk gave nothing but attitude.. gave no grief just walked in with air freshener and asked for a cabin filter . If you going to work in a customer public service setting lteach your staff .. only thing I laughed in store about is that she asked if it s 4wheel drive or two wheel I worked parts counter before their is nothing on the computer or car that states is it two wheel or four wheel drive for a cabin air filter

I had an excellent experience getting my car's battery replaced at Autozone. The girl that assisted was friendly and knowledgeable, and she was able to quickly diagnose the battery was faulty and replace it. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was impressed with the quality of the service provided. I highly recommend Autozone to anyone in need of a battery replacement.

I will say the staff was courteous and helpful. I am an auto mechanic and I am happy to purchase fluids, batteries, exhaust parts and very small things. I do take issue with the quality of their parts. Buy OEM if you buy parts here.

The girl gave me an attitude. She also gave me the wrong parts and overcharged me. Good thing I kept the receipt. Kym the manager acted as if she was the only girl around that knew anything about cars or could lift the parts. She was so smart she gave me parts to a foreign car when I have a domestic. This could have been very dangerous had I not known it didn't look like the same part on install. Rude customer service and the wrong parts. I will be shopping somewhere else for parts.

We was stuck on the side of the road and Autozone helped us tremendously! We called over, got the part and was back on the road in less than an hour. Our caliper had broke off our wheel. Thank you so very much for your help!!!

I called in this afternoon after my husband & son could not get a headlight changed in my son's vehicle. They tried for almost an hour without success to get the bolts out etc .. very awkward. The man I spoke to told me to bring it in and they would do it..even though I didn't even buy the bulb there! I went in and it took 2 guys and almost 30 minutes to get everything apart so the new bulb could be put in. After all that trouble, they didn't even charge me. Thank you so very much for your time and help! I will take all my business to you from now on!

Very helpful people. I was approached as soon as I walked in. Told the guys my list if stuff I needed. Told me exactly where to find them.For my o2 sensors, they knew exactly which questions to ask to make sure I was leaving with compatible parts.Well knowledged, good service, would recommend...

My husband and I stopped in here to get a battery for our sons 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. We were helped by a wonderful gentleman named Chuck. He even went out in negative temps and installed the battery for us. He was so kind and helpful and we appreciated his kindness so much!!!! My husband says that we will drive all of the way to the Auto Zone in Dixon from now on if Chuck is working!!!! That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond for us in such cold temps!!!

Not too long ago I got a 1997 Ford Taurus. Got it in great shape, the only major problem was that it had a bad wheel bearing, not that big of a problem, right? Well, when I found out, I called AutoZone asking if they had a replacement, and they did. Went in, got it, went home and put it on my car, problem solved, right? Wrong. The wheel bearing they sold me was worse than the old one that got taken off. Now I'm not an unreasonable person, I understand defective parts get through now and then, and thankfully this one had a warranty; so I had to take it back off and go exchange it, and then I went home and put the new new one on, problem solved, right? Nope, wrong again. It worked for about a day, and after that it started making a lot of noise. So I jacked it up, and this wheel bearing was SHOT, you'd be better off pulling a part from a junkyard.I wish I could say that the above was my only bad bearing experience at AutoZone, but it's not. My mother drives a Volkswagen Beetle, and we received three junk bearings in a row for this vehicle(because you can't get a refund, you can only use the warranty) before just going elsewhere.This isn't a matter of all my wasted time exchanging junk bearings, well, not entirely; junk bearings are flat-out dangerous. They throw off the alignment of your car causing it to pull you one way or the other, and in severe cases, this could escalate to causing you to lose complete control of the vehicle. You could get hurt or killed, your family could get hurt or killed, literally anyone in the immediate area could get hurt or killed, just because AutoZone sells junk wheel bearings.Getting a battery or something from AutoZone would probably be fine, since if it goes bad you probably won't even be driving when you find out, but if you value your safety, then avoid getting anything that would cause a safety hazard if it were to go bad from AutoZone.

Have good accessory selection and replacement auto parts. Regret to say sales asociate auto knowledge is lacking compared to the traditional parts stores of the past. If a computor can look it up you will probably get what you need. With people especially young people less likely to work on cars these day this help issue is understandable. After all a stick shift tramsmission is considered todays car theft device.
