Worst place to service your car. They changed a tail light for that lasted for one month. I brought it back and they acted like they had nothing to do with it. If my car broke down right in front of their business, I'd push it right past them.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Val for the past 10 years and he provides excellent timely service, I've suggested him to my friends and co-workers and all of them had no complaints only compliments.

Vals was recommended to me by my mom. Val and his associates are honest hard working men who have never in years took advantage of my mom or my family. Worst service ever! When they changed brakes they locked my rotors and I've found it a month later. When they changed oil - what could be easier - they failed to remove oil filter but cracked it and left in place to leak and damage my motor. On top of that there is no advantage of scheduling an appointment; if you come in you'd wait in dirty garage a long time even if one lift is free. Good luck if you go. I had to pay around $1000 to undo their service....

Our car broke down after hours at the BP Gas Station located on same property as Val s Automotive. Out of convenience we used the mechanic (VAL). Next day mechanic called and said the car was out of antifreeze - he filled radiator - then charged $50 on top of cost because he had to diagnose the issue. The diagnoses fee was never discussed prior to solving the problem. Already frustrated with the questionable tactic and poor customer service and communication - they refused credit card payment and demanded cash payment to release the car. I had two phone conversations with Val to discuss his practices - he was unprofessional and put blame on me, stating he communicated all fees and payment options. NOT!! Buyer (customer) Beware!!!!

The worst service ever. They replaced my mom's break pads without the shims and also installed fake rotors on her Lexus. After obtaining a statement from Lexus, we went back to Val's Auto Repair to explain why her breaks(probably) are not working properly. Instead of that we met a mad ex Soviet dude aka the owner speaking mix between English and Russian who started throwing on us his racial slurs. We couldn't believe this criminal runs business. See you in court dude!

Always greeted by a smile a friendly auto repair shop that tells you what needs to be fixed and what doesn t. Val the owner goes above and beyond to take care of his clients and I am happy to have found such a trustworthy place.

Rude and unprofessional.They give you a quote and than they act like they are working for free. And don't you dare to pay with a credit card. One time I had to leave him my ID and go to the bank to get cash because he didn't want to accept a credit card.
