This is the worst place you can take your car. They didn't listen or pay attention when I described my problem. They performed and charged me for services I didn't come in for, ask for, or need. What they did do was done incorrectly and my car needs more repairs before it drives normal. And the employees won't put me through to a manager I just keep getting hung up on.

Absolutely terrible. They hung up on me 4 times when trying to call them. The 5th time I tried to call they picked up and immediately put me on hold to get me to stop calling. I tried again an hour later and they continue to hang up on me. I left 2 messages for them over the past week and no response to get a tire replaced that is less than 6 months old with 1k miles on it. These guys are as bad as it gets for service. Go somewhere else

Decent price. They are very busy. Got an appointment after 45 days of purchasing the tires. Make sure the final invoice reflects the price that you were quoted (if tires were bought in advance). Prices tend to go up. I had to ask them for an adjustment for the price I was quoted versus the the price on the installation day.

Today is Monday. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just for the employee to tell me that he does not know how to inspect my tires and file a Michelin warranty claim. I have to wait for his boss to come back to work on Friday before I can even order new tires.Summary: Michelin tires are extremely overrated and Sam s Club is worthless. From now on, I will only buy Bridgestone tires from Costco.Update: Both Michelin and Sam s Club claimed the other party was responsible for honoring the warranty. I put them both on a group call and the guy from Sam s Club admitted that they are responsible for the warranty. I went to Sam s Club with all the paperwork showing my car service since purchasing the tires. I had driven under 26,000 miles, gotten all the rotations, and they had offered a 60,000 mile warranty. The guy from Sam s Club said that my tires were at 4/32nds and the warranty doesn t activate until my tires are at 2/32nds. TL,DR: Sam s Club s 60,000 mile warranty is a lie. They ll waste your time and then tell you the warranty doesn t activate until your tires are completely bald.

The fact that they have 4 people working on 1 car at a time is ridiculous. watching them through the garage door taking their sweet time and talking to each other acting like people aren't waiting on their cars. Worst part is 80% of the time I go in trying too get a tire rotation they state they are to busy although they just stand around with there hands in their pocket. Only reason I go there is to get my tires rotated so my warranty won't get voided but seems like just tires might be the next place I go to get my next set of tires. Wish I could give them -5 stars but Google doesn't have that option. Step your game up Sam's club, try to get employees that actually want to work and not get paid to stand around

Went over to get a leaking tire replaced. They took my car in and then I was told by one of the workers that said they couldn t do that because my TPMS (sensor) was broke and that was the reason as to why I was getting a low air warning on my dashboard. Since they don t fix those, they couldn t do my tire replacement. I Took it too my mechanic in Schaumburg, and they said my TPMS (sensor) wasn t broke, and that a NAIL was in my tire causing a slow leak.So SAM s Club workers tell me my sensor is broke when it s not. Then use that as and excuse to not fix and not even bother LOOKING at my tire to see if there s a problem with the tire itself. Sounds like some lazy workers at this place Either try another Sams Club or go to a trusting mechanic.

I like services of Sam's club. I changed all 4 tires and received $80 instant rebate. It is good to have warranty for your tires. They would fix them for free.

They hang up on you when you call, they won't help you when you are there. I wasted my time dealing with these people and if you can avoid not dealing with them I recommend you do!! Go to Just Tires down the street on Oakton who helped me right away and was honest.

I went today to try to buy my tires and the guy who was is in the tire shop has really bad attitude So we cancel the service .He doesn't have a excuse be stressed out he didn't have many costumers waiting in line. I went home really disappointed with the type customer services this Sam's club gives their customers.

What is the point of having phones in Sam's Club Auto Des Plaines when they DO NOT ANSWER or just put you on hold indefinitely until you hang up!

Shorter lines than Costco, but staff are not as helpful (typical wal-mart experience)
