This car wash is honestly the best in the area. Great staff and my car always comes out clean. The interior cleaning is like a mini detail and my car is spotless after it's done!

Got the fast pass for both cars. It's worth the monthly fee of $17. Just make sure to turn off your wipers auto sensor, mine was on and the blade popped off! Thanks to the manager there he was able to find it and put it back on within minutes

I have an unlimited pass here for car wash and I do that twice a week, and today I stopped to clean my car first, and I parked the car opposite way, but it was still perfectly in the spot for vacuuming. One employee man came up to me and he was so rude asking me to leave, because other people were waiting, and that I m just wiping my car. Hey, I was wiping and vacuuming my car, that s how I clean it. And I m paying money for their service. And I don t have to be in rush. And no man can allow himself that attitude towards me, he needs to learn how to be nice with their own customers and to find the best approach to explain something if it s wrong and respect women. I feel so humiliated by man. Very dissatisfied

This place is amazing! The owner is super sweet, free vacuums with a wash and a great price. Unlimited washes too for a monthly fee. Best car wash in Chicago!

I went today to wash my car and get the membership. The guy in the front who helped me with the membership did a great job. I finished washing my car but the top of my car was full of ice I wanted to ask them if I could wash it again they didn't even give me the chance to ask them to try to wash it again the old lady was so rude even before I told her anything and just walked by me the the rude guy just said it's below 0 we can t do anything. When I asked them to cancel the membership again the old lady was so rude!

So I got a basic wash at 2:28pm on 8/21/23. About three quarters into the wash I felt my drivers side wheel shift and heard a loud clunk.Later realized after looking at the wheels that their was significant damage. Took pics and contacted the mgmt., they never responded so I went in person to speak to the mgr. He immediately got defensive and made every conceivable excuse in the book even after I showed him the wheel damage.The mgr and this establishment is absolute trash.Pics for attention

The buisness looks like it's organized and ran smoothly looks clean. They do a horrible job . The wash barely cleans Nothing I've seen $3 gas station clean more. Then it's like 20 bucks extra for interior. It was bottle caps push down as not to remove the Lil trash bags. Cleaning cup and sides of floor should be standard. They didn't even clean dash properly it was still icing on it from kids party. I spent 30 bucks and regret it. Won't do it again. I remember stopping here years ago and they wasn't this bad.

I love this place. My car loves it too, it s always shiny and ready to hit the road. Prices are reasonable compared to other car wash and service is great. I got ripped off so many times from other car wash when it comes to full service, which costs almost 200$, till I found this place and started saving up money on that. If you want the best deal ask for a membership with them. It costs 29$ a month and you can get your car taking care of once a day at no additional cost.

Don t waste your money. I washed my car and it was dirty as it was before. There was a guy I showed the car to him and told him look it s dirty and he told me you can t clean it you have to wipe it by yourself. He ignored me by saying have a great day and walked into the shop. I will never come to this place.

It's a car wash, but the best one in the area. Usually get the premium wash and an interior cleaning and am consistently pleased with the results. Can get very crowded on sunny days but so can every car wash. Recommended.

Machine wash is decent so for that it's 3-4 stars. But inside cleaning is a rip off and bad. I paid for the best car wash (15$) they offered inside cleaning for 18 dollars extra (33 total) . That was just basic vacuum and light wiping of the inside. In my usual place that comes for free with most expensive wash. Here fine they charge more but at least clean it up and do not make it worse. This (see picture) was not there before cleaning. Just wish I had noticed it before I left

They turned off the vacuums as I finished my wash with an hour and a half left until they closed. Only managed to vacuum one side. They didn't give a fair warning. Did it as I was vacuuming.

Just went there today and paid $34.00. $14.00 for exterior plus $20.00 for the interior upgrade with tire shine .. vacuum...wipe down etc. The attendant let's me know the car is done well at my next stop I find out that the back wasn't vacuumed and the interior was not wiped down. The price went up here but the service isn't worth what you pay for. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I always chocked it up to people having a bad day. I think I was wrong.

I got a deluxe wash and literally they're still dirt and stains and bird poop still on my car. I spent like 12 bucks. I didn't ask for a basic light wash. I asked for deluxe so I am expecting a bird poop to come off

This place has gone downhill. Super overpriced. They charge $20 for interior cleaning but won t clean the inside of the truck or clean the trunk mat? Bad customer care. 4 pieces is covered for mat cleaning but if your back seat has one long piece it still counts as 4 pieces? Bad customer care.

The best there is!!!! 1994 eldo. 27 yrs old. I am a regular customer for 25 years. 30000 miles. Looks new inside and outside. Please post these pics.

First time visit today, very helpful staff with First timers. Had Royal Touch car wash, added interior detail which includes vacuum and all windows. My car was filthy on inside (smoker and haven't had it cleaned in2+ years) guys who worked on my car didn't miss a thing! Took close to an hour but well worth it. Looks brand new will definitely be returning for more washes and detailing.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

It s great service near to my house and I am in monthly pass . I wish they can have a better manager or whatever this Freddy is . Most rudest person in service industry. Had multiple encounter being yelled and asking higher price for same service. I wish owner will take action against him before he ruined loyal customer because of his rudeness . I would give Royal car wash 5 stars if they take out Freddy out of it .

The exterior wash did a really bad job. Dirt remained in numerous places. I saw barely any soup being applied.

Excellent work. I had both interior and exterior detail service on my car at Royal Touch. I dropped the car off for several hours. It was ready on time. The staff there were very professional. My suv came out spotless. Not one water or missed dirt/dust spot. received the car from Royal Touch in mint condition. No dirt. Really. Not anywhere. Every part was returned. 4 people worked on the car. Worth every penny. Definitely going back and have told others.

This place is terrible. The wheels are always still filthy after a wash yet it says that wheel cleaner is part of the wash. I wish my limo company didn't use them. This does not happen anywhere else I go.

Horrible experience with this company, they damaged my car and even though the video camera showed clearly the damage done, they bluntly refused their responsibility. Manager was arrogant and didn t seem to care AT ALL about customers (I have used them before and also bought the monthly pass). If they continue this way they will definitely have no customers and close down. Never going back!! My experience was very upsetting and I was hugely disappointed with their arrogant reaction! I surely will be doing down a different route but just warning other potential customers about this place!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

What a pleasure to have my car washed here. The machinery does a great job and the staff is helpful. But one thing i noticed this weekend, after 3 years of having my car washed here, is that the twin pay-gates actually remember who paid first, no matter how busy the line is. Though this is no amazing fete, it is a welcome differentiation! An extra level of relaxed atmosphere.

I came in and got the cheapest car wash with the $15 interior mini cleaning. After the Chicago winter, my car floor mats were coated in Salt and these guys took care of that right quick. For $15, they do a good job, I'm not expecting perfection. I brought my mom's car in the following week and she too was pleased. Good place.

They charge me $15 for a car wash and when a wanted to use the vacum for inside the told me i need to pay $14 more, $15 for outside washing ? Plus outside washing it s very very bad. I don t recommend this car wash at all

This place was super cool I mean they had a really extensive high-tech wash and it's really nice when your car is parked nearby in one of the O'Hare parking lots to get it cleaned after your trip service was exceptionally courteous and professional. They did my car on a really cool day and not a complaint or lack of attention to detail. They do have some nice wash package is inside. And prices were very competitive for the area I would definitely go there again.

This car wash is amazing. The only downside to this car wash is that this closes early at 6 P.M. There are times when I want to wash my car 6 P.M before going out. I think this business would benefit tons from being open slightly late, till at least till 8 P.M

I took the car there, they charged me 28$ including wheel cleaning.. They did not even touch the wheels. All wheels i had to clean at home. Another thing they broke me wiper blade and not say anything, when left them i realized i am missing 1 wiper blade, so i called them right away and they are like there is nothing we can do. So if you wanna take the car there and miss some part from the car, go ahead.
