Walked in for an alignment, rotation, and balance. They began working on my vehicle immediately, which was very considerate. The business is run by a father and son, I had no problem communicating clearly with them, therefore, I had no misunderstandings when it came to the bill. I will do business with them again in the future.

Walked in for drilling out the rusted bolts of rear license plate. Thy started the work right away and completed the work professionally at a reasonable cost. I also got rear indicator bulb replaced there. Very happy with the service

This was my first visit to Meineke Car Care Service Center at 3402 MilwaukeeNORTHBROOK IL 60062.I called here first to make an appointment because this place was very near to my home and a couple of my friends have recommended this place.Gineen was friendly and attentive to the needs of my car. She inspires confidence in the quality of the work.Had brakes/rotors/pads/break fluid/steering wheel fluid replaced on my 2013 Porsche Cayennes GTS in addition to an oil change. When I picked up the car Gineen brought out the photos of old parts to show what was wrong and was repaired. They did a thorough job, fairly priced and excellent service. Highly recommend!! Trustworthy! Professionals, complete explanations of work to be performed, reasonable prices. Will not sell you what you do not need. Would recommend to all of my friends and family . Absolute peace of mind that the work will be done right.You have a new customer. Gineen!!and will definitely come back here with comfort and confidence.

I ve taken all 3 of my cars there and they always do fantastic work, the owner Bharat is very knowledgeable and honest and will also get his hands dirty for you, outstanding mechanics definitely recommend

Came in to have a strut mount replaced. This is a 15 minute job I get done for $25 at my usual shop. They charged me $55 after some haggling down from $65, then tacked on an additional $4.50 when I came to pick it up. Other Meineke stores are much better priced and mannered; I would not recommend Golf Rd. Meineke.Service: Steering & suspension replacementService: Steering & suspension replacement

I had an exhaust problem with my car. I took it to Meineke on Golf Rd. in Des Plaines. They looked at my car, explained what had to be done, and told me what it would cost. They did the work and now my car runs great. They were fast and efficient. The mechanics were polite and very informative. In the future, when I need my car to be serviced I will return to Meineke.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

Decent car care.. I went for changing all my tires. It took me some time and it costed me a bit higher(40 dollar per tire change) than i expected. The owner informed me that my brakes are running low and it would be best to change them soon . He gave me a quote as well but he did not push me on that. Overall it was a decent experience..

I showed up three hours prior to close because my ramps broke and I couldn t change the oil myself.They were able to fit me in their schedule. I was in and out under 50 minutes. The owner is very nice and has much experience. I would recommend this place for oil change. Even when I asked the for the guys name of who changed my oil he handed me a business card without his name. It showed respect to the owner in my opinion. This showed me it s like a family business where everyone is taken care of and is happy.While a military discount wasn t honored, he still allowed me to bring my own oil and filter which is a MAJOR PLUS!!! The service was good, the guy said it would take an hour, however they took 5hrs for oil/filter change and nail extraction from tire. Also they haven t informed me that it was completed, I had to call them multiple times to get confirmed. Overall he was friendly, I hope they improve the service.

After many past trips to other autoshops to have my AC repaired only have it not work within days I brought my vehicle to Meinecke on Golf Road in Desplaines and they fixed it properly. It now blows very cold air as if new, how it should. Employees are kind, helpful & honest. I always leave happy when taking my vehicle here for repairs. This is my go to spot for repairs as they always have been able fit me in quickly, they're honest & have fair rates for the area.Thank you again Service: Air conditioning

The service was fine However I was quoted one price by the employee and when I took my car to get it fix, they asked me to pay $50 more than initial quote. That was very unprofessional

0 stars Took my car here to get it diagnosed finally got it towed there for them to turn my vehicle away. They called me the owner was very rude. He didn t listen to a word I was saying, and was basically yelling at me over the phone telling me he understands, but not listening to my problem about my fkin vehicle .. Do not bring your vehicles here. Clearly, no one knows what they re talking about this guy tried to tell me my keys broken and there s nothing wrong with my key is clearly something wrong with my key ignition but I don t know because I m not a mechanic that s why I had my car towed here he didn t even try to attempt to diagnose my vehicle straight turned it away and was like sorry don t know what to tell you waste your money.

Love this place. I had my brakes here few months ago after they suggested it and I m so glad I did. They will go above and beyond with their service. I came for oil change. Fast, honest, friendly and reliable. That's how I'd describe my experience with Meineke Car Care Center. They helped me with something rather minor, but was open to helping and resolving it in a fast and reasonable way. Will be definitely coming to them with any of my auto repair needs.thanks Bhart Bai. I had a left front wheel baring replaced. They usually do a good job as far as the repair concerned.This time someone smoked inside the car and when I complained they sprayed air-freshener which made things even worse. By the time I got home I had nausea and headache. I don t know how to get rid of bad smell in the car. Also found out the car was driven 25 miles while it was in the repair for a wheel baring replacement. Even for a test drive 25 Miles seems over kill. It looks like someone from the shop used car for personal businesses and smoked while driving. I may not take any of my vehicles back there again. But, as far the repairs , I have no complaints, even though it expensive.

My tire was flat and they were nice enough to squeeze me in to see if they were able to fix it and showed me there was a good size nail in it and unable to fix but the young gentleman had a good tire there and he put that on there. The business and the people are very professional and pleasant to work with. The quality of work is first class. Prices are reasonable and try to cover everything so their are no surprises. The only drawback is the place is small so the waiting area if you need to stay and wait for your vehicle is cramped if they are very busy at the time. I would definitely use them again.Service: Brakes

Worst workshop. They took money and didn t take responsibility for the work.I did the wheel alignment, in the end nothing was fixed. Until now, when driving, my rubber is quickly erased. Stay away !!

Bandage fixes car I went into this shop to get my A/C system fix and they failed twice. My A/C system stopped working in two days after seeing them twice in a row. I was 500 dollars down the drain and they were just putting seals on to fix it temporarily and take my money. It was so wrong. I went to a different place now and it is all fixed. The car place told me they just had to replace the A/C condenser .. It s sad that this business just wanted my money and didn t help their customers.Service: A/C installation & repair

Asked for a basic oil change and they filled me with synthetic, the most expensive oil change, without asking me. I don t go to places to be up-charged without my approval, unprofessional in my opinion.

Stay away from that place. They did an alignment, but now after a few month I have to replace rear both tires because it s no ALIGNMENT , and there are completely eaten tiresThey said we are not responsible for the alignment!Worth shop ever!!!
