My experience at Maaco was absolutely fantastic. Everyone who worked there was very kind to me, and I appreciated how they thoroughly explained my options to me and helped me choose one that best fit my financial situation. I will definitely be coming back here for any and all car needs.

I came here needing some front cosmetic work only. The original quote had a warranty, but when 8 come back the new quote didn't have a warranty on the paint job. They kept calling me adding on to the original quote and recommended that I get both fender liners replaced. The ones that were on there before wasn't bad but I wanted my car to look complete, so I said yes. The one that they put on fell off less than two weeks after getting the car back. It either wasn't the right ones or a combination of both. I called them and scheduled an appointment to take it back to get it fixed by them since they did the work. I get there to show him and he says that they can't help. STAY AWAY!! I HAVE MY RECEIPT IN HAND.

I highly recommend this location. Jose the manager was very professional and extremely great at what he does. He's very reasonable and will make sure the job is done right and to the highest standards. AMAZING service and great people. I had my mirror painted and installed for a great price. They were even so kind to clean up some of the scratches near the mirror from my hit and run. They were super quick and the paint job looks great and matches perfectly. I could not recommend this business enough especially this location. Will be coming back!!Service: Painting

Great customer service thanks to Nick G. and his team. They did a great job on my black 2009 Civic roof in less than 2 days time. Highly recommended if you want an efficient paint job for a good price.

I thought they did a really nice job. I was worried about painting my car; I didn't feel like I was ready to get it painted (needed a little body work, etc..). Decided to pull the trigger and had them do the body work (rust/patch panel) and paint it. Picked up my car about 6 days later and I was very happy with the finish. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a real nice job.

I came in with a car that has severe clear coat fail, a dent, and some rust spots. I got a very good quote on a 4 year warranty paint job on the entire vehicle. Jose and the crew finished it on time, and the car looks GREAT.

Great experience with Maaco to paint some motorcycle parts. Had some primered vintage BMW airhead side covers that needed a metallic color match to rest of the bike.. They asked for 1/2 the price of competitors. Finish is great and holds up well. It was a little strange to pay in advance, but the work shows.

These guys are miracle workers. I came in with a scratch that was just past the paint clear and base coat but not past the prime coat and the people at Maaco made it disappear completely. If you want the paint job done right, this is the place. They offer competitive pricing and a 5 year warranty.

I have used this location twice now for repairs on my CR-V, they are always friendly and stick to what is promised. Great work on my Subaru Outback replacing the bumper. They were very friendly and relatively quick fixing everything. When something wasn't perfect, they were quick to invite me back in to make it perfect. Would definitely recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My 2008 Toyota Corolla was serviced twice and both times I had a great experience with Andrew. I was very satisfied with the work on my car as well. The first time (Oct 2019)someone hit my front driver side bumper and I needed a new bumper. Second time (May 2020) I got some cosmetic work done (rust, paint transfer, and a couple of "dings"). Andrew said it would take 3-5 days and he delivered. You know a place is good even when the mechanics/body work people are nice.

I took my 2008 Ford Escape and I was going to get only my bumper painted. I actually needed a new fender as well. When I arrived to get a quote I was greeted by the owner and he convinced me to have both repaired at the same time. I couldn't afford to do both since another shop had given me a quote of $1500.00. He worked with me on the price and the work was excellent. So happy the way my car looks now. I will recommend this shop to EVERYONE I know!

I wanted to get my car painted, and a lot of rust needed to be fixed. All other body shops asked for outrageous prices. Maaco has some bad reviews, but I decided to give them a try. I cannot be more pleased with the final product. They did a great job and at a reasonable price! My 8 used to be brilliant black, now she's pearl white thanks to Maaco!

I was very pleased with the service and work done on my 2019Honda Odyssey. Andrew and his associates were all very professionaland helpful. My car was completed on time and the paint job wasexcellent. I would highly recommend using Maaco in Des Plaines.

I had went to 3 other places for a quote and all of them were well over what Maaco in Des Plaines Illinois quoted.I just had some rust cut out and new metal welded in and the transition looks very nice.They painted the complete car and it looks beautiful .After I got my car back my wife and I decided they should do some work on her car.I would like to thank any staff that worked on my car. THANK YOU great job.I'm sure if I need more work done in the future I will go back to them.Marty

I came in yesterday with my 09 police interceptor that had a torn up front bumper from a previous accident. I called a few places to have my new bumper installed and everyone quoted me between $200-500 just to put the new bumper on. My mechanic recommended this Maaco to me so I gave them a call. Jose the shop manager answered and explained over the phone that they could remove the broken front bumper and install my new bumper for $100.80 which was by far the best price I had received. An hour later I was there and just as Jose had said they had me in and out within an hour and I paid $100.80 just as Jose quoted me over the phone. Jose was friendly and provided great service I will be back to potentially have both my cars painted.

Great Customer Service.I got into a car accident where the front bumper of my car was heavily damaged, I thought it would cost a lot more than it did. I went to another body shop in the area and they said almost double of what Maaco did.When I first went in they inspected the damage that was done to the front of the car. After we went inside and sat down with one of the people that works there and he showed me what parts that he is going to order. After the parts came and they painted the bumper they installed everything in a very short period. My car had never looked as it did, looked like they also washed the car because there was no snow on it.In the end I was very pleased about the work they did and the money that I saved by going to Maaco. Highly recommend if you are looking to save some money and get great service.

Jose was great. He has great customer service skills. And has a very good way to explain step by step the process of getting my car painted. Gave me options and as well worked with me and my budget I will definitely recommend and come back again

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Worst painting job on my bumper the paint started chipping from places after vinyl was applied literally not even a month after it was done. Went in and they completely denied re-doing the bumper and started blaming vinyl( not to mention heat wasnt even applied to it) even tho vinyl doesnt damage the paint there were some spots on the bumper that were completely fine after vinyl was removed so i know it wasnt the vinyl it was a bad painting job i definitely don t recommend maaco and the guy was super rude when i called him before taking in my bumperService: Painting

Jose the manager helped us out as we needed a bumper replacement. He was able to give a good price. Service was great. They were able to accommodate all of our requests. The bumper turned out perfect. Color was properly matched and installed quick.After shopping around we went with Maacos. They are the best in the area. I hope I don't have to go back for repairs again anytime soon but Maacos is on my list for great service and great prices.

My Toyota Corolla is in good mechanical condition, but it had so many scrapes and parking lot dents that I thought it would cost a lot to do body repairs and a new paint job. I got a great estimate from Andrew, and he said there was no need to repaint the whole car. I didn't have to make an appointment to bring it in. He said I could leave it with him, and it would take just a few days. I felt there was no need to get more estimates, and I didn't have to wait for a few days to bring it in, which was very convenient. It was ready when Andrew said it would be. When I picked it up, my first comment was that it looked right out of the showroom. The scrapes and dents were gone, and the car looked as good as new. For what it cost to repair, the value of the car has gone way up.

Maaco purchased a defective bumper. Supposedly returning the car back for defective repairs. Paid $300.00 deposits and $400.00 cash.
