recently had my car serviced at (lifestyle automotive)and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff at the shop was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They accurately diagnosed the issue with my car and fixed it promptly.The prices were fair and transparent, and I appreciated the detailed explanation of the repairs needed. This place is amazing. I went in there on an urgent matter with my engine, and Mike got to my car immediately and diagnosed it! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Very fair prices for what you get. Mike got my cylinder fixed same day and I was on my way back home within 2 hours! Great shop! Mike the mechanic is friendly and fair. This shop is my go-to for any body work or serious problems. Totaled my car and they fixed it to look brand new. My tail pipe broke another time and he fixed it in less than an hour. Go here if you need any help.

Great and very friendly service! I have been bringing my cars along with family and friends cars in to Mike at lifestyle for the last 3 years. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable, trustworthy and kind. I have see him first hand figure out things that some other mechanics could not (even the dealership mechanics). Always great service - friendly, fast and efficient! Been a loyal customer for years. Mike's very knowledgeable about any issues I've ever had. The mechanical staff is extremely dependable with the work they do. The shop manager Rowan greets you with a smile as well as being able to articulate what the exact issues with your vehicle are. Like many of the other reviews, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Mike (the owner). I've now been taking my car(s) here for years and I tell just about everyone I know to go to Lifestyle. Mike and his team do great work and are super trustworthy. It's exactly what you what from a mechanic. Lifestyle is one of my favorite things about Des Plaines and will remind you of that small town feeling. A friendly face, you know you can trust.I can't recommend Lifestyle any more. My family and I have been coming here for years. I drive all the way from the city because you can't beat the service, price, and honesty of a good mechanic, which in my opinion is priceless. At Lifestyle Automotive you will find all three! I cannot recommend this place enough.

After I was hit by someone (who wasn't paying attention) and my new car was totaled, Mike found me a good, cheap, used car within a week, with under 100,000mi on it and very little work needing to be done. On top of it, the moment any problems came up, Mike fixed them without even asking for money for his time or labor. After the first time I drove the car, I knew that he will be my go-to-guy for anything car related. He gives fair deals, even if someone doesn't know much about cars. He's honest, hardworking, and very friendly. Even if I think there is something strange about the car, I bring it right over, park it and Mike is usually walking around and will see me, come over and start talking, asking what's going on with the car. He cares enough about each customer that he still knows the make and model of both cars I drive, even though I hadn't been there in almost 4 months! Those little things go a long way when dealing with auto mechanics. I usually feel overwhelmed and confused at any mechanic shop, but all the guys working here take the time to make sure each customer feels 100% comfortable with the work being done, and will work with you to make sure you're happy. Stop reading reviews and take your car to him.

Best shop in the area. Mike (owner) is very honest and won t try to sell you things your car doesn t need. I ve brought two of my cars here and have always had a pleasant experience.

Worst case scenario, car broke down on a busy street while on vacation with my girlfriend. We get towed to Lifestyle and let me tell you, these guys are the greatest. Very professional and they were able to get me on the road again in a reasonable time! Also such a kind group of people, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Not really a review but a more of a great big thanks from us both! Bless you guys and thanks for saving our trip. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

My car was making a terrible noise. Went straight to Mike. It was nearing closing but Mike was so kind to check the problem and diagnosed it and fixed it asap. He is the best. Thank you very much.

Alright, I want to start off by saying IF YOU HAVE ANY CAR PROBLEMS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE AND COME HERE. I did that mistake by taking my car to two other mechanics and they were just playing the figure out game and kept putting ransoms things to my car. I have a 2000 Honda Accord that did not want to start at all and then I call lifestyle automotive and this respect guy name mike answer and help me out. Once I got the call that my car got fix I couldn t help but to him lol this guys are like mechanic gods! And the price are very reasonable. You won t be giving out a leg and a arm. Don t hesitate to let them work on your car they know what they are doing.

Best economical place to go to get all of your vehicle repairs done from the smallest of repairs to complete engine replacement. It's hard to find the honest vehicle mechanic. Lifestyle Automotive I have finally found a place in which I could trust all of my vehicles with.
