I recently purchased a car from Shihab and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Worst experience that I ever had with a shop!! I left my car starting 01.15 until 01.22 (1 week) and I got the car the EXACTLY the same as I left it. This is unbelievable, I left it for fixing a hole in the chair and when I came to pick it up I wasn t even told that the car wasn t ready. Considering the fact I was speaking with Breanna a few days before(Thursday 01.18) that they needed 2 more days meaning Monday (01.22) will be ready. When I arrived to pick up the car the guy who gave my car back to me, said that they needed 2-3 days, well it was there for more than 1 week and no repairs were done whatsoever. Very bad communication as I was going there thinking the whole time the car war fixed and ready to go. If for this minor issue they can t handle I wonder how can you even trust this shop for any bigger damage you might have to the car. Also I payed beforehand for this platinum package $2000!!!! Very disappointing and poor! Not recommended!!!

The worst possible business to ever encounter. You bring the car in and they make it worse and they scam by using your warranty that you paid for to get money for their pockets and they never fix your vehicle!!!! Adam the owner, which is not his real name thinks he can continue doing this. they just keep changing their names, every few years after six figure lawsuits.Don t ever Buy a car or get Maintenance through these disgusting human beings.

First time at Jidd Motors Mitsubishi Service Center for Annual Maintenance visit. 3 hour wait in the customer waiting area complete with charging stations, WiFi, coffee or espresso. Porsche oil filter, fluids and tires checked and rotated. Nothing else found so that's a good thing. Service is included in Jidd's 3 year Import agreement. Only notable things lacking from comparable dealerships; snacks, water and a carwash after vehicle is complete. Get those down and it would be 5 stars all the way.

Kayley and team were amazing! They went above and beyond what I've ever experienced with a dealership before! They delivered what they promised in the amount of time they expected. No hidden fees or surprises! 10 stars for Kayley who did more than necessary to make my experience amazing!

We were referred here for our EV (Chevy Bolt). Brianna who runs the service desk was amazing! She is knowledgeable and friendly and she explained what was happening with the car very clearly. She also helped figure out the warranty situation. In the end we had to return to Chevy bc our repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty, and I really appreciated her honesty in helping us figure that out. Luis the tech who looked at our car is an EV expert who also explained things to me well. I would recommend Jidd for your EV service.

I ve bought multiple cars from Jidd motors and I ve been using their service center as well for quite some time. Breanna has been my contact person for the last year and I m amazed by the work she does. She always keeps me up to date with my repairs and always makes sure I m well taken care off . Kudos to the group for hiring her and placing her in that position because I m sure other customers have nothing but good things to say about her.
