I had an undercarriage cover to my Honda fit fall off. I called them up and asked about it and they were more than willing to help. I brought it over and they got it back on and it was all good! The women behind the counter was very nice and made the experience wonderful! Thanks so much guys!

They do good work with reasonable, straightforward pricing and realistic turnaround times. They allowed me to purchase and bring my own parts for a brake job which some larger shops were unwilling to accommodate.

Wonderful place and fantastic staff. I brought my car in after running over a traffic cone and they were able to quickly and professionally service my car and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. I will be back again.

I took my truck in to get an alignment and they informed me that some parts needed to be replaced before it could be done. I replaced the parts and took it back to them and they got it done the same afternoon. Service was great and at a good price too. I recently purchased a 2013 Camaro V6 and I noticed a little pulling on my steering wheel when I was exceed speeds of over 45mph. I brought it to Derek s Auto Repair (without an appointment) and they helped me out without hesitation! They were awesome and they were super honest. I typically do all my maintenance and repairs but got my self in a tricky situation with my exhaust systemThey were very patient with me and the situationThey took care of me and were straight up and offered all solutions to my problems and did it in crazy speedNot once was I pressured into anything and I felt I got the service and quality.I typically don t ever recommend much, especially car shops but hands down, the best shop I knowThank you guys so much!

i often park close to Derek's when i stop at Paradise pup next door. The decision to try Derek's is just observing everyday customers coming and going. I had to have a Starter replaced on a 2011 Buick Lacrosse and the service went very smooth and professional from start to finish. My 2005 Honda Pilot was pulling to the right and after finding out that an alignment would not fix the issue and being quoted between $890-$1800 for the repairs, I stopped in at Derek's for a quote. They explained what I needed just like the other shops and dealers and quoted me a little bit less.They went above and beyond what I needed, they used OEM parts and still kept their word on their quote.I will be coming to them for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

My BMW just hit a maintenance interval so I brought it in for new brakes, spark plugs, ignition coils, and an oil change. To my surprise, the car was ready to be picked up the next day and running like brand new. Had alternator issues on the way to the airport and right before traveling out of town for the next week. They answered after hours and were able to fix our car while we were away.
