Tldr- I shopped around a bunch and they offered the best price for my situation. The car looks like new again.We had a swipe accident on our new factory matte finish car. It was hard to find a place that would even try to repair it. The ones that offered, gave me ludicrous quotes. Dentway gave me a super reasonable quote for a dent removal with paint finish. Gave em a try and was throughly impressed. They even covered another unrelated scratch on a door handle as part of our agreement.The resolutes speak for themselves, thank you!

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, A MASTER.... The BEST work I have seen on a car, hands down. If you want the best Paintless auto repair no need to look anywhere else. The owner operator is the BEST out there, period!!! You will be very happy. I had a huge amount of Hail damage, car now looks perfect!!!

I went to Dent Way because of all the great reviews and I'm happy that I did! My Ferrari F430 had two dings on the passenger side and three on the drives side. I'm attaching before and after pics for you see that both door panels, after repairs they are smooth as new. The dings were hardly noticeable but if you know they are there you cant stop looking at them. Raffael the owner took over six hours working on my car and even waited until 8pm for me to come and pick up the vehicle at the end of the day. The reviews tell the truth...this is the real deal when it comes to PDR work! Highly recommend!

I would give 100 stars if I can...simply put Rafal is the man you need if you have dents, period. My heart sunk over the weekend when I saw out of the blue 2 nasty dents on my new BMW. Never had dents before that bad that I had to fix. After a quick search, Rafal came to be the person I wanted to work on my car and no one else. And boy, did he deliver. Called him, set appointment next day and car was done in less than 3 hours. When I was leaving I told him " why did I come here today...I don't see absolutely nothing wrong with the car...I don't see any dents"..it's like it never happened and I was dreaming....Just fantastic....i will definitely recommend to anyone. Rafel is GREAT. And I got some unexpected same day service. Dropped off my Lincoln and let him know he could have it till the next week. That was at 11am. Got a call at 430 your car is ready for pick up. Mind you I had a fairly large dent and two smaller ones and several creases on the rear quarter panel. I came back to a perfect repair. Would highly recommend he does outstanding work. Thank You

Very professional had to drive 44mins but was definitely worth it close attention to detail made sure the job was doable before he even touched it gave me an estimate and got started right away had it done very quickly but got rid of any trace of the dent nothing is there no scuff like it never happened. I would recommend making the drive and checking this place out no one will out do him

I wound up with a couple of dents on my F150's aluminum tailgate. The main dent was a vertical crease about 1 1/2" to 2" long. I contacted Dent Way PDR via email and attached a few pictures of the damage.Rafal called me back right away to schedule a day and time for me to bring it in.He had other customers he was doing work for, but we kept in touch over the weekend and he was able to get me in.Long story short, I waited while he worked on the dents and after a couple hours, you can't even tell where the dents were or how bad it was actually dented. Aluminum does not work like steel and adds a level of difficulty to the restoration.I got a chance to talk with Rafal about alot of things during the repair and I can say based on our limited conversation, Rafal is a great person and a true craftsman with his work.I'm thoroughly happy with the way it turned out and the cost of the work. Problem solved. I'm glad I took a chance on Dent Way and I would fully recommend Rafal as I trust his talent, knowledge and ability in paintless dent removal. He is definitely worth waiting for if that's the case. Thanks again for getting me in so quickly. Hopefully I don't have another need for this service in the near future, but if I do, I will definitely call Rafal at Dent Way PDR!

I m delighted I found Rafal who exceeded my expectations. I found his company off of Google and called him to inquire about taking care of a few dents on my car. He spent about fifteen minutes with me on the phone, to listen to what I needed and I knew right away I can trust him with my car. We scheduled an appointment and within an hour, the next day, my car was taken care of. Very efficient, trustworthy and great energy person. Rafal is exceptional at what he does!!! Someone put a disgusting dent on the right front fender of my Bimmer (M2). The fender has XPEL sheet all over it. Thankfully, there wasn't any paint damage. Took it to Rafal after a body-shop quoted $1,200 (plus the expense of reapplying XPEL (another ~ $600) ). There was more damage to the fender than what was visible. Thanks to the detailed inspection Rafal performed on the car. Rafal took 2-3 hours to work on the car and everything was flawless. Just as I wanted it except for a few marks on the XPEL (from the initial impact).

Took my car in for a quote today at noon and the owner Rafael gave me an estimate on the spot and asked me if I wanted to get it fixed right then. Incredible! He said that he would try his best to fix the dent but it was in a terrible spot on the door (which I knew). Said if I wasn t happy, I would owe him nothing. Quite frankly I was thrilled to pay the bill. I can not tell there was a dent or any scratches in the spot he worked on and it was at least 50% less than traditional body repair which I had quoted out before I stopped in here. I can t thank you enough for a great job today! I will be back for sure

It has been a while since I met someone that takes pride in his/her work. I brought my new Honda Odyssey van to Rafal's shop with an ugly dent in the left sliding door. Rafal took care of it in 2 hours and it is like new again.

Professional great service! I highly recommend and would not think twice of going back for his services. My 2019 had a bad door ding with a scrape on a 6 month old car with less than 5,000 miles. It looks brand new again. Thank you!

Fantastic job!!! Raphael fixed a dent in my 2020 Rav 4 that was really hard to get to. He took the time and fixed it back to perfect. He is a magic man. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. It s nice to know that quality workmanship still exist. Fair price, quality work and Raphael is a really cool guy!!!

Having Rafael work on my car was nothing short of a great experience.I had a rear quarter panel dent caused by my drunk friend's fist on my '99 Toyota Avalon. I took it to Rafael after getting 2 local estimates, one of which was absurdly expensive (even if my friend was paying for it). Rafael was straightforward and pretty much told me that he could have the dent fixed today and for half the price the other shops quoted me.Rafael got started right away and we took a couple before pictures, and he got the car under better lighting, so I could see all the mini dings caused by my failed attempt to put the dent back in place on my own.He worked diligently and let me stick around and chat with him. Even though we were chatting, he was able to get the job done perfectly in 2 hours. The other shops told me that I had to bring my car on a specific day and that I would be able to pick it up on a subsequent day.The best part about his work and his approach to service is that he treated my '99 Avalon as if it was a nice, brand new luxury car.Don't waste your time fixing dents with anyone else. Just go to Rafael.

Took my Chevy Tahoe for a dent on the back fender. Rafael did a great job. It's like it never ever happened!! He had no access to the dent and still managed to fix it. I'm really happy with his service. Very very professional and professional work. I would go to him again. Very very happy with his work.

I had the misfortune of someone dinging my new RAM 1500. The ding was over 3 inches long and a real eye sore right on the back of the tailgate.I called Dent Way Paintless Dent Repair and explained my situation, Rafal told me to send him a picture and asked all of the information he needed. I told him I don't live far and I can't just drive there so he can take a look.I arrived, dropped my truck off, receive a quote and 6 hours later I picked it up and it was good to go looking brand new.I CANNOT say enough good things about Rafal. He does great work and truly cares for your vehicle and takes pride in his work. Look no further, this is the place you should visit if you need PDR.

I had a small dent in a brand new car and Rafal was able to get it out and the car looks fantastic. The cost was less than a body shop had quoted earlier that morning and he was able to fix it in one afternoon. This man is truly and artist and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

I took my truck here after another place was unable to fix it. Rafal was very professional and was able to fix the two dents quickly. You cannot tell any work was done whatsoever. I am pretty picky about my vehicles and Rafal took great care of my truck. I will not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others.

Great job, prompt response and reassurance that it will get done perfectly. What else would you need from such a confident guy? Gave him 3 dents caused by careless people on my Mercedes Benz. He got the dents removed fast at a reasonable cost. Very happy with Rafael's work and feel so relieved that my car regained its value.Highly recommended!!!

Highly recomended!!! I dont usually write reviews but Rafal did a great job on both my cars. I was bit concern cuz i have audi q7 and wanted it to be done nice. I waited 1 month for him to take my cars but i dont regret it.My insurance company wanted me to fix my cars in their body shops so they can replace parts and paint them and get it done for cheap but Rafal backed me up and the final result was outstanding. I had to keep all my original parts and no paint at all. I dont remember my car being ever so shiny and nice.You have a customer for life ! Thank you!

Rafal did awesome work on my vehicle. I had a fiberglass sign hit the side of my hood which he was able to repair it. He treated my vehicle as if it was his own vehicle. He is truly dedicated and passionate with his work. I would recommend any one who truly cares about their car to come check him out if you want profesional paintless repair done.

Contacted Rafael at Dent Way after something fell in the garage and left 3 small dings on the hood of my Audi S5. So glad I did. He did an amazing job! Can't even tell anything was ever there! Work was done in 30 minutes while I waited, no painting so no mismatched colors, no paint damage, and no insurance claim to do. It was a fraction of what body work costs, easy to pay out of pocket. You can tell this guy takes pride in his work, even showing me the tools he used and explaining everything. Great work and I would recommend this to everyone.

Totally amazing. After only expecting an estimate, Raphael asked if he could have 15 minutes to see what he could do since the dent was in such a bad spot. After seeing his artistry after only 15 minutes, I was in awe. I picked my car after several hours and saw unbelievable perfection. He takes the time to make perfect. So happy I found Dent Way!
