Had 2 cars go through here. First one was after I hit a deer and they did a great job fixing it up, it got a new hood, bumper, and fender. paint match was great, nice clear paint, no orange peel. Was very happy with this. 2nd car they looked at ended up being totaled out by my insurance.

Adam was professional, friendly, and quick in addressing my insurance claim and getting his assessment/estimate over to state farm expeditiously. I would definitely recommend you send your vehicle here if given the option to!

I can't believe how great of a job Matt did and plus they washed and cleaned the inside of my car which I never expected. I will refer cde to everyone I know and I'm also going to put this on my Facebook account! And the nicest people there.

Certified Nissan but uses aftermarket parts that don t fit right and they don t bother to fit the parts before they paint them - leaving you stuck with them. The color match was horrific, and they forgot to buff out the paint (paint nubs like crazy) before telling me the car was done. Overall beyond sloppy work. If you care about how your car looks avoid this shop.

Easy to work with and pretty accommodating considering I had prior damage. They did have a couple delays but other than that they did a good job.

Friendly, speedy and professional! Dawn got me in immediately for an estimate, notified me of the insurance process (as my car was hit and the other party's insurance was liable for repairs), and even coordinated my rental! As painless as possible. I chose CDE based on their good reviews. I always trust an independent auto repair shop over a big franchise name and I wasn't disappointed. They did their work efficiently and communicated well every step of the way. I was recently visiting them because my car needed connection, the staff treated me in a friendly manner and once they checked my car they frequently informed me what the status was and once they finished they told me that I could pick it up, Thank you, my car turned out very well.

They said "we don't leave hard lines like other shops" yet they left a hard line across my pillar paint worse than another shop would've. do not recommend

Quality 4Time-1If you value your time and need a car for work, like me (Uber Lyft), ask for a check and do the repair yourself because it took too long time here. Dropped the car in for repair on 08/30/23 and picked it up on 09/13/23. Geico insurance company did not reimburse me for lost business.

I brought my van here to be repaired after a fender bender. I can t say enough good things about my experience here. CDE kept me up to date about the repair work, explained everything after the repair was completed and returned my car in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend CDE.

Such an awesome group of people. Polite and professional. Very knowledgeable and explained the process very thoroughly. They gave me a heads up that it may take longer than usual for the repairs due to current supply chain issues, but they kept me up-to-date with the repairs. Great staff and location. They were very helpful in helping with my insurance claim after my wife was in an accident. The car was totalled, so I didn't get the chance to see their handiwork, but collecting my personal items from the car was easy and hassle free. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable when answering my concerns.Will be considering them as a go to for any repairs needed in the future. I'll update any reviews to reflect that.

CDE has been great. Delivered the car 10 days earlier than expected which was awesome. This isn't the first time I've used them to repair a car after an accident and their work is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend. And brownie points for being local because I constantly find myself going to the further west suburbs or the city for quality work. A slightly hidden gem on Busse Hwy. Shout out to David - he's the one I worked with! Consistent updates on the car were appreciated and again, quality delivery.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Auto detailing

I was nervous to use this place, but it was one the Geico list for repairs from my accident.This location gave an original estimate was a few thousand dollars lower than another body shop from the area.CDE Collision Center fixed ALL the damage and made the entire process very smooth. I would highly recommend CDE Collision to my family and friends. My recent experience was painless. The customer service was excellent and the repair work on my vehicle was better than expected. Besides repairing my vehicle CDE also made sure my vehicle was cleaned inside and out when it was time to pick it up. I was provided status on my repairs regularly which made for a great experience. I d also like to thank Caesar for the time he took with me both to review the damage and then the repairs. I very much appreciated his time and professionalism.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at CDE. The other customers in the shop were satisfied and happy, with some being repeat customers. My car had some major side and rear damage and the repairs took some time. Frank kept me informed all along the way. I picked up my car today, it looks beautiful and drives like a dream. You can trust your car is in good hands.
