Tom is amazing! I had the dreaded steering column lock happen on my 2006 Audi A6. I did my research and discovered that the dealerships charge anywhere from $2500-$3000 to fix this problem. I was to the point of letting the car go until I seen his info on an Audi forum. I contacted Tom and discovered that he was near by and was okay with me dropping off the steering column. Tom even gave me instructions how to remove the steering column. Turn around time was not bad, within the 2 week frame as described online. Tom also gave me my old parts and showed me what caused the issue. I installed my steering column and my Audi is back on the road again! Thanks Tom!!!!

Tom is an amazing tech! He repaired my Mercedes cluster within a few days. A true enthusiast, he sent me pictures of the process, cleaned all of the boards and kept me updated during every step of the process. The cluster works as it should and Tom even followed up with me a day later to make sure I was satisfied and that there were no problems with his repair.

I just gave Tom a call about a bad immobilizer. He asked what the symptoms were and pretty quickly told me that it wasn't the problem. The then proceeded to educate me on how to walk through the process of diagnosing the real issue. This guy is the real deal!!! He cared enough to not just take my money but he actually wants to resolve the issue! He's 100 in my book!

Tom is a life saver! I had a steering fault come up on my Porsche Cayenne. The dealership wanted to replace the entire steering column. Tom and his team rebuilt the faulty board and had my car operational within a week. Communication, knowledge and integrity are top notch!

Our transaction was handled at the highest level of professionalism. Coming from Asia, this was an overseas job and it was based on trust. We sent all the components they needed to complete the programming & rebuilding of steering lock & kessy module to the USA from south east Asia.Tom is very knowledgeable about his work and we followed his advice and recommendations all throughout the communication. We had an issue with our C250 that required a recoding of the ESL. The only place that can rebuild steering locks, instrument cluster and has access to factory car tools such as ODIS online for VW/Audi and other car makes. Tom has 20+ years experience in this line of business and is only one in the country that is able to do most of the work he does. Plenty of car dealers send him work for repair as he can fix things at fraction of the coat of new ones or even discontinued parts no longer available.

Speedometer Solutions was a life saver for my Cayenne! The dealership quoted me over $3500 to fix an immobilizer issue. Tom was able to reprogram and fix the issue for $200. The Porsche is back on the road and I couldnt be happier.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Professional. Prompt. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Reasonable. Goes Above and Beyond! After years and years of using a workaround (trip meter) to guess when my TT's gas tank would run out of fuel, I got caught with an empty tank. :-( Not wanting to spend the $1,800+ on a new cluster which I thought was my only option, I was thrilled to learn that Speedometer Solutions (Cartronics Solutions) was in fact a fabulous "economical solution." Beyond that, Tom is clearly an Audi TT aficionado and was full of knowledge and information about this inherent issue in TT's. He took the time to explain and also troubleshoot a couple other gauge questions that I had. The gauge cluster came back promptly, clean and better than new. Could not recommend this company more highly. They are a godsend to a very irritating Audi design issue. If only I had known about them 8 years ago ... it would have also saved a lot of angst when my temperature gauge red lined on hot!

Great Service. I had an Audi cluster that was deemed as not repairable. I sent it to Speedometer Solutions and they took the time to find the problem and repair the cluster at the fraction of the cost of new.
