Always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They take care of all aspects of your vehicle and explain what needs to be done. I loved the inspection report they email to you so you can see exactly what is wrong now and what needs to be serviced in the future!! My favorites are Matt and Emil .. terrific work ethic and very caring!!!

I have been coming to accurate auto before they were bought out. I have noticed a change in service. I still trust them taking care of my vehicles and have always been happy with how prompt they are with the quick completion of our vehicles. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got an appointment quickly, and the work was completed within a few hours. They called and explained what needed to be done, with a price quote, after checking my car. Someone even drove me home after I brought the car in!

A Firestone store said they couldn't do a wheel alignment on my car because an inner tie rod had a seized lock nut and needed to be replaced. The tech at Accurate was able to free the lock nut by heating it, saving me a couple of hundred dollars or more. That's a really good reason for me to take my car there again.

Accurate auto has been my auto repair shop for many years. Their service is excellent, their costs for repairs are reasonable and their people are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody!

I have taken my two Honda vehicles to Accurate Auto over the last few years, and I couldn t be more satisfied with their service. The team here is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed my car s issue promptly, and their prices were fair.What stood out most was their transparency; they explained the repairs in a way I could understand and provided an accurate estimate upfront. I had brakes repaired and clutch replacement (on two different days) on my 2005 Toyota. Which is a lot of work. It was done quickly and efficiently both times. They happily gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was repaired. My car now drives like when I drove it off the showroom. My dog was very happy also because she got to go for the ride.Service: Auto brake repair

Expertise and friendly service. They have a variety of loaner cars and that's a big plus. This mechanic accurately diagnose the problem with my car and fix it with no problem at what I thought were reasonable prices. I will definitely bring my vehicle's back when they need maintenance.

Great service! Reasonable prices for parts and labor. Staff is very friendly. Their explanations of the work needed on my car were very clear and thorough. I didn t feel pressured to have repairs done that I didn t want. Much better experience than going to the dealership!

Had both my vehicles worked on. The 85 Mercury needed fluids changed . And new belts . Oil leaking in air filter was fixed. And gave me update on other repairs I need. The 2011 Elantra need all fluids checked as well. And they also replaced radiator hose that was under warranty. Everything they did was excellent.

We had some work done in March. When the brakes started squeaking they got us in right away and remedied the situation so quickly. Their customer service is fantastic and they do excellent work. We have sued them a few times and will recommend them highly to others!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This shop serviced my 2002 Suzuki XL7 for a steering issue. I can't say anything but great things about the shop! They were fair price , great customer service , and the car runs perfect no issues for 2 months now.Go here these guys are great. And you get a link with a wonderful report of all the things they checked on your car :) very nice

Serviced my cargo van there. Service was timely and friendly. My problem was AC not working and rattling noise from under the hood. AC was recharged but turns out compressor was bad. Then parts were replaced but noise still there (because of the bad compressor). Probably I should have asked more questions upfront, not guessing what may be wrong, and try to make sure what to expect. $800 later I am pretty much at the same spot.

We were recommended by a friend after the owner of our regular shop passed away and everyone we knew there left. Absolutely fabulous service here! Times quoted were accurate and we were kept informed during the service process. We were given a detailed account of the work that still needs to be done. I am not sure how come this store has almost 5 star review on Google. I basically took my Volvo there for a sound in the front suspension, and I told them I am new in the neighbor and looking for a place convenient as like everyone for my car. I wanted to get rid of the sound. I was told it was front driver side strut bearing broken or so and was recommended to replace entire coil and strut assembly for the sake of time, money and piece of mind which makes sense, $1800!!!! Then, I asked several shops, none of them told me it is more than $600. Because it is an assembly, 1.5 hours top labor, Matt in Accurate Auto says 3 hours, part is less than 450 in Volvo service, I am not sure how much Accurate auto charges. Just flew in from vacation and the car made a loud noise. We called them and they got us in right away!! Super friendly and clean place, they took a look at our car and we were back on the road again in minutes free of charge. Highly recommend!

I had a loud exhaust noise on my old Toyota. I didn't know the extent of the damage causing the noise, but I suspected it was rust. I called up Accurate and spoke to someone. They said that I could bring it in and they would have a look to determine the cost of the repair since I was looking for an estimate. They identified the problem quickly and said the fix would be a simple replacement of a bracket to join two exhaust pipes together. I didn't have a plan for leaving my car since I was there for an estimate. I asked how long it would take and they said it would only be 20 minutes and I could grab a complimentary cup of coffee and they would do it right then and there. Was a very reasonable price and super quick. Very happy with the service and I will go back with my other auto needs.Thanks!Service: Auto maintenance

I m so glad to have switched to accurate auto. They took care of my car in a reasonable amount of time and were even able to provide me a loaner car. I also appreciate Matt for being a great point of contact. Accurate Auto was very accommodating when I asked to get an oil change later in the day. It was completed in a timely manner and the staff also advised on other issues to look out for. I have brought all my vehicles here for service and never had issues. It's hard to find great service but I trust their employees to perform great work.Service: Oil change

If you want an auto repair service that is truly honest, knowledgeable, fair and always priced reasonably, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Seriously, don't even bother going anywhere else, especially the dealer. I've been a car nut all my life, and have always wanted a place I could work with where the people knew what they're talking about, actually cared about doing high-quality work and will truly (No BS) do the job right the first time. It's a shame people these days think they have to go to the dealer for repairs on their car because cars have become so complicated that only the dealer knows how to fix them. THAT IS COMPLETE GARBAGE! I needed new rear shocks. I went to the dealer: "Oh, that will be $2,400. It's too bad you didn't come in last month because the shocks went up $150/each since last month." What??!! That's good Lincoln dealer, just set prices as you go. A 30% increase in 1 month - nice try! I got another estimate from Firestone - same garbage. Accurate was recommended to me (nothing better than word-of-mouth), so I thought I'd give them a try. They took my car and inspected EVERTHING, not just the shocks (which btw, the dealer charged me $180 to do). These guys then texted me a list of everything good or in need of repair - with pictures - and indicated what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Their response was perfect: "No, you can wait a little longer on that one. Why spend the money now if you don't have to, right?" In all, they looked at my car Wednesday. I took it in Friday and the work was done to perfection. Oh, and the price you may ask: Dealer = $2,400, Accurate = $1,750. Again, nice try Lincoln, btw, they pointed out a couple of recalls Lincoln needs to fix. One last thing: the dealer said even if I had work done somewhere else, I would still need to go to them to have them re-scale (or whatever) the shocks. Accurate said, "Ya, that's called pushing a button, and we don't even charge for that." The dealer would have pushed the same button and charged me $180 to do it. Want to keep you car longer and in great shape, take it to these guys. You can thank me later.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

This establishment is incredible! Noticed I had a flat tire. Saw Accurate Auto Clinic and went in . Could not of been more accommodating..checked out the tire fixed on the spot and also suggested one more thing they noticed that They wanted me be aware of. No pressure whatsoever . I will definitely come back . Very reasonable pricing as well. 5 star customer service and maintenance
