All together today was a long day. I made an order online and saw that they offered an option to use affirm a few weeks ago. I was excited to see this especially with Christmas around the corner. I made maybe 3-4 orders that all got canceled online and finally just showed up at the store today to resolve whatever the issue was. The issue was not the Wal-Mart store teams fault and actually they were all very patient with me and as helpful as they could be. I was the one determined to use Affirm. I was back and forth with the customer service online, on the phone and at the store all day.Finally... we figured it all out and I'm so thankful for it. Everyone working in the auto center was fun and really wanted to help. Most people there did not have too much experience with Affirm and that honestly wasn't their fault or even the issue, there is just so much disconnect between online and instore. The way we all handled it was probably the best it could have happened. I love my new tires and so happy we figured it out today. We were all able to figure it out and I got to use Affirm. :)

Customer service manager there sucks he always telling us to wait when there isn t anyone there and telling me that they don t do certain services anymore and that I have to call ahead but I called twice and no one ever answers the phone. It s always something new not mention can be rude at times. I guess that s Walmart for you. The techs do a good job tho

Had my mother take one of our vehicles here for new tires. Haven't checked it thoroughly yet but so far they snapped 2 studs off the wheel hubs, damaged the lug nuts and over torqued every single nut, I'm guessing zero training, just a few guys with air guns. My mother doesn't speak English, she said the guy at the counter was really rude. Not sure if it's worth pursuing legal action but glad I know how to check all this, these guys are a liability, going to get someone killed in an accident someday.

Made an appointment online and got in and out in under an hour for my oil change. Will definitely be visiting here again.

Stopped there this morning for air in tire The low tire light came on.I was told you can wait.Nope sorry if your the mgr you could have put the air in yourself.

Had my two back tires replaced here on two different occasions. The associates were great and very accommodating. My tires were replaced on both occasions very quickly and I was able to get out as quickly as possible especially on the one occasion that I needed to be out soon. I appreciate the fast service and the great customer service I received.

The auto center at Walmart is managed by Jarrod and he does an excellent job. I worked with him on my last set tires and he was terrific. He was able to order the tires I wanted and get them in a timely manner. That's a rarity in this age. Once my tires arrived I was able to make an appointment for 9am. I showed up at about 8:50 and as I waited on my wife to pick me up, they had my truck in the door and were rolling tires over to my vehicle. This was before 9am too. A few minutes before 10am, they called and said my truck was ready for pick up. I was told it should take two hours for install. I will not buy my tires anywhere else. I purchased my last set from this Walmart in 2017 and my wife bought her tires here in 2021. Jarrod and his team due a top notch job!!!!!! Thank You!Service: Tires

I brought Two vehicles to them for oil changes. They do not take appointments so you have to allow enough time in your schedule. We arrived about 3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and left at 4:15! This was after being told it could take up to two hours because they had tire changes in front of us. The technicians were upbeat, accommodating and addressed or concerns even after being overworked and low on help.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a nail in my tire and the lady on the phone went above and beyond d to try to help me. Sadly they didn't have my tires but she tried her best to help me. Keep up the great work.

Came into the AutoCare Center needing an oil change and four new tires, can t complain at all. I came in with low expectations being a Walmart, but can t complain with the pretty reasonable quality tires with decent mileage for the prices offered. They got the tires I wanted on pretty quick and the oil service came with a ton of complimentary things too like topping off my windshield washer fluid. They did a great job and I don t have to worry about my car for a little while.

Just went here after working a 17 hour shift to find my tire almost flat and it would not fill up for me. I arrived right when they opened and they had me out the door with a repaired tire for $10. They could have easily told me they could not fix it and I would have had to buy another one. Stand up job all around thank you for great/honest service!

Terrible customer service. They close at 8. Got there at 7:10 the other day hoping I could get an oil change. It took them 15 minutes to serve me at the desk and told me they stop taking cars at 7:15. I told them I'd been there but they were just rude and unhelpful.Edit: upgrading my review to a 4-star because the last 2 experiences I had there were very pleasant. Marshall was the guy who helped me both times and he was super friendly and helpful!

This review is for the Pharmacy. I found expert advice, that let me compare my options financially and as beneficial to my health. The pharmacist and their technicians gave me the best possible advice for my health plan and budget. I called 5 days ago and spoke to a girl on the phone. She told my that they don't change break pads there. If all they do is change oil and tires, they shouldn't be called an Auto Care Center.

You have to wait so long for them to even get to you. They always have one person working and one person at the register. No one has a sense of urgency so a long line always forms. They have 2 registers and dont use them. They need more people working to get their customers in and out. Its pathetic.

Great team, honest about pricing, and fast service. I'm a repeat customer, and when the auto dept is overwhelmed with customers, they'll always let you know and try to fit you in where they can.

I remember why I stopped coming here... I stopped by earlier this week to see if they had tires for my truck, and they said that they did. So I came back with my just to be told that they don t even carry the tires and that they needed to be ordered. With 3 guys walking around doing nothing and they are telling me it s going to be an hour in a half just to change the oil.....

They informed me the wait would be one hour, so i waited. Had they told me it was actually going to take 3 hours and 10 minuted, i would have managed my time differently.3 hours for a flat repair...

Pretty bad service for a car place, but this is Walmart so what do you expect? Was recently turned away when I went there for an oil change because there was only one person working in Auto and they're not allowed to work on cars when they're alone. I only go there because they're cheaper than other places for simple things like oil changes.

Too busy, we had to wait for a simple battery because there was only 1 guy working. Another customer was yelling at the sales employee about it

Says they're open till 7: 00pm but I went at 4: 55om trying to get an oil change and was turned away

I highly doubt if they do the things which they mention. They checked mark on floor Vacuum but did not Vacuum it. They checked mark on tyre pressure checked but did not check it at all. Very bad experience.

Shop is open from 8 am to 6 pm has been like that since Covid google will not change it so stop paying attention to google and look at the sign on the building of the shop it says 8 am to 6 pm

I ve been here for a tire change which took over 4 hours and an oil change which took over 2 hours. If needing car serviced, go elsewhere.
