I had a flat tire I brought it in and they got it fixed right away. They even put the tire back on for me and checked the air in all the other tires. Me being a woman you don t know how much that helped me out by you going the extra mile and putting the tire back on.I ve also bought several sets of tires from them and had other tires fixed. I had a car with aluminum rims that would rust and flatten out the tire. They would always clean those rims for me. Everyone if met is friendly and ready to help you out any time they can and there prices are very reasonable. Thank you

Hutch is awesome. Took my van to other muffler shops with a check engine light on and was told the catalytic converter has to be replaced. Hutch had the van in for inspection and found that the bolts securing the converter were rusted away and was leaking. Scheduled an appointment and was fixed in a couple of hours. Saved me over a grand and the check engine light has not returned. Thanks for being honest Hutch! If I have any exhaust issues, there is only one place I ll be going.

Best in the area. Everything you want from a locally owned service shop. Fast work and honest estimates; they put every option on the table. No upselling. They provide valuable information and advice for any work they don t do in house. If they don t do it they ll refer you to another shop you can trust.

Have done business with Lovell s Discount Tire for several years and have never been disappointed. Quite frankly I would not take my business anywhere else. They have consistently exceeded my expectations and most importantly they have a high level of integrity and honesty. In a era where service quality is difficult to find anywhere Lovell s really stands out as exceptional.

Excellent customer service! Had a tire issue and did have to return, however the manner in which the responded was OUTSTANDING! Customer service is almost extinct! They model Excellence in Customer service! RARE!

I called for a quote for all new tires. They will match any price but was actually cheaper than the other places I had checked. I was able to get in later that afternoon. My vehicle drives better now that I have all new tires! We definitely needed them! Everyone there was so nice. Give them a call if you re in the market for new tires!

I just want to write a review on how amazing my experience was with going here. I am a student in college and was stressing to find a place to take my car and I seriously picked the best one. All the workers are super nice and very understanding when it comes to your knowledge on cars. They have very fair prices and got me in so quickly multiple times now. I have even recommended them to my friends because they are very good place to go!

Super efficient, my tire sensor came on as I was making a 2.5 drive away from home. Stopped here they rectified my tire issue & pointed out I would need new tires.Decided to gave them order the tires & got them installed on the way back home. Great service.

I want to share that this was an amazing experience in EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE as that seems to be a thing of the past. NOT HERE! Called early, told them tire size, THEY GOT ME IN SAME DAY - 12/26. Explained why you put new tires on the back now, not the front and had alignment done in RECORD TIME! Price was OUTSTANDING! Where can you get that anymore? Excellent Customer Service & Excellent Price? They take care of the customer!!!!!

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Asked about pricing to mount and balance 5 tires and at first the only thing I could get was the pricing with them buying the tires because it's part of the "package price" I finally got an answer and was told like $300 for mounting and balancing five tires if I buy them myself...... In the end I was looking at about $2,300 for it all and when I told him I can buy the tires myself for cheaper he insisted on trying to get me to believe that the shipping was going to be high even though it's free shipping and when I told him I found a place just as good as them that will mount and balance them along with install them on the vehicle for about 150 so in the end my total is almost $200 cheaper. This isn't the first time I've called and gotten a ridiculous price for something. Stay away from this place they'll just try to upcharge you.

I recently had a new set of tires put on here, I was very satisfied with the service and the work was done very quickly. The difference with my car after the new set was incredible! Ill be coming here again for my next set.

Was able to get in same day and have my tires replaced ahead of the original ETA I was given. This is the second time I have had tire work done here and both times it was as easy as someone could hope this process would be.

They accomodated to me ASAP. Ryan Hutchinson helped explain everything to me in a way that I understand. He gave me honest answers and I could not have asked for more with my experience w/ them. I was recommended this way through mutual friends we have, and I appreciate the time and energy he put forward to making me feel comfortable with the issues at hand. Definitely recommended. Best used tire prices in the area. If they have your size, their used tires are always in AWESOME shape. Great prices on new tires too. Kevin and the crew at Lovell's have bailed me out of several tire emergencies over the years and always provided great, fast, reasonably priced service, no matter what I threw at them. Great local small business in the heart of downtown DeKalb.

Went in for a flat tire, the sidewalk was really rough, wouldn t you know it, they had the same exact tire in stock and I was out of there within 15 minutes with a brand new tire for less than big box stores. A big thank you to Ryan Hutchison and Logan Breese for their awesome service.

I've been going to Lovell's for decades. They are exceptionally competent, extremely user friendly, prompt service, and are a wonderful local service!!!
