This is a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle. They went the full nine yards to make sure I was happy with the deal that was presented to me. Also, the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as well. Incredible people and Incredible customer service. In a word, outstanding.

I've been taking my company issued vehicles here for about six years to be serviced. I put about 30k miles a year on my work vehicles. To date I have had no issues. They handle issues and haven't tried to take advantage. When I've had to leave the car they've been able to send someone to drive me home and then pick me up.Recent example, I went in with tire leaks, and thinking it was the nail I saw in the tire, asked for a replacement tire per my company policy. They found it was actually a valve steam and the nail hadn't penetrated the tire. Could have been easy money for them, but they chose to do what's right. I definitely appreciate that sort of service, and I'm not even paying the bill.I have not dealt with anyone outside of the service department, but they've been good to me.

Terrible. Having a charging issue with 2018 F150 that gets driven at least 50 miles when driven but battery needs constant attention. Manning fix? Leave it idle in driveway for 20min every time you drive it? Told 2 factory service techs their assessment? They nearly fell down laughing. Idling any vehicle can barely power truck necessities, not 1 amp sent to charge battery. You be the judge. More interested in arguing his rediculous position of idling the truck as a fix? Then trying to suggest a long term test

Eric Kilmer at Brad Manning Ford was great to work with for the remote purchase of my vehicle. It was a bit scary to purchase a vehicle long distance, however, Eric and the team at Brad Manning Ford made the process simple and straight forward. I was able to trust that all would go well with the purchase and financing and they answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. I was thrilled when I arrived with the quality of the vehicle and it was exactly as described and pictured on the website. I would definietly recommend them for a remote purchase of a hard to find vehicle and woudl certianly recommend them for local purchases as their staff was professional efficient and truly cared that I was happy with the purchase. No pressure at all. A pleasant experience for sure!

Eric in sales has been phenomenal. I bought a used truck online and over the phone and he has gone above and beyond in every aspect. Rich and George in finance have also gone above and beyond. We recently did business with and loved this dealership. The staff was super nice and we felt like we were treated very fairly. We got a good deal on our trade in and felt like we got a good deal on the vehicle we purchased. We would highly recommend this dealership and will do business with them again in a heart beat.

Well if you want to buy a product and NOT have a dealer stand behind it, this is the place for you.I have a used Powerstroke in the shop more days than I have owned it, Bought it last Monday, been at a shop since Wednesday evening. Not even willing to help out in ANY way. Weren t willing to replace the control Module on the steering wheel either, also found out I need an oil change once I changed that the next day.The whole reason I go to Ford dealerships and not pop up dealerships for my vehicles is to not deal with stuff like this. But alas, the day in age where people stand behind what they sell is gone.Per the response to Brad Manning, I wasn t any not looking for a Full warranty but SOMETHING would be appreciated instead for completely washing your hands of it.

One of the BEST new (to us) car buying adventures we have ever had. We'd been "shopping" for an LS 460 for a little while online and stumbled onto a gem hidden at Brad Manning Ford. I've always been a big believer in the "if it's meant to be, it will happen", so we contacted sales to make sure the car was still available, Adam let us know it was indeed there and to come on in! We hopped in our trusty SUV & made the hour-fifteen trip out to corn country. Adam met us at the door and got just a little bit of info(not the usual "fill this form out in triplicate, leave your license, your first born & your dog with us in order to drive one of our cars....and oh...do you have insurance, financing, a trade in & a big down payment?). Away we went on a nice test drive on the country roads. He gave us some background to the best of his knowledge on that particular vehicle, and respected our knowledge of the model & the brand. That machine was all we had expected & more! When we got back to the dealership, we briefly talked "numbers", and when it looked like everything would line up, it was a short 20 minute wait for the finance guy to work his magic. A few signatures & we were walking out the door with the keys to our beautiful Lexus LS460. We never felt pressured, never felt like there were "hidden" items, and ultimately felt like we were all working for the same goal, to get our backsides in that car! Thanks for the awesome experience & keep doing what you're doing!!

UPDATE: While I'm going to leave my original review in place since it outlines my buying experience, I'm willing to include an update and change from 1 to 3 stars.I spoke at length with Ben Manning about my experience. He was very kind and understanding, and I could tell their reputation means a lot to him. I spoke honestly and candidly about my concerns for future customers; especially single female customers. He offered to do what he could and sent me a check for the $500. Even though it's the principle that truly matters, I know he heard me and acted immediately to help right a wrong.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very disappointing buying experience! First, they flipped my plates onto the vehicle I was looking at BEFORE I even said yes to a deal. THAT should have been my first clue to walk away. Then the sales manager says they will give me $7500 for my trade, but he would be willing to stretch it to $8000 to get the deal done. Of course, he leaves the $7500 written on the paper and only verbally say a higher amount so he can conveniently "not recall" saying that during a follow-up conversation. So when the final paperwork is done, they only gave me the $7500 for my trade instead of the verbally promised $8000. Obviously he's been perfecting this trick for years.

Updated Review:I posted a review with a two star rating about 6-7 months ago on here. I just got an email from Ford asking to review my current service. I will update the old review for transparency. For my issue 6-7 months ago. They were not able to initially diagnose the problem and I was very frustrated. Since then and posting a review they did reach out to me and try to help resolve my issues. Overall I was very happy with the end results. Not happy about how we got there but I really do appreciate their effort to correct things. Angelo and Justin helped make sure things were repaired ad they should. I actually have since purchased another Ford vehicle and have had good experiences since then. I am updating my rating to a 4 star review.Original Review:I went to the service department for some simple diagnosis that would hopefully follow up with the necessary service. They were unable to diagnose the issues I requested. This dealer did charge a diagnosis fee, I understand that, but one would hope that with that fee comes a reasonable level troubleshooting. In the end my issues were not resolved with this dealership. I discussed with another dealer and they felt that they would be able to better service the issues being discussed.

I normally have a great experience with the service department. I bought my car from Bead Manning in spring of 21 and have always taken it there for service, with the exception of a few occasions they did not have available appointments during my availability. I have always gone with the works package. I feel it s a good deal and I don t have to worry about needed maintenance repairs going too long without notice from their technicians. This last time, however, I was told that my tires are practically bald in the front and aren t safe to drive on until fixed. I ve checked over my last service checklist and there was no mention of needing new tires soon. The service writer also agreed that there were no notes on the tires needing to be replaced anytime soon on the previous service done in March. To be fair, I have put a considerable amount of miles on the car since it was purchased, so new tires where coming sooner or later, but I don t know how I feel about them only letting me know that they were needed when it was unsafe to be driving on them. It makes me wonder if the tires were being checked at all. Overall, this will teach me to not always trust the professionals and pay better attention to the condition of my vehicle at all times.

Ordered a Ford Maverick June, 2021. Order was changed by the dealership. I only found out about the changes after I had the vehicle home. Correct order was placed October 2021. Was not told about status of vehicle until February 2023. Manning Ford did not correctly transfer the order from the 2022 model to the 2023 model, selecting a color I did not want, and removing several MUST HAVE features. This could have been resolved before the vehicle was built if the dealership had simply communicated the status of the order. It was easy to simply blame corporate Ford.Response from the owner 2 weeks agoCarl, we're sorry for some poor communication along the way. We tried to right our wrong by letting you drive the incorrectly ordered vehicle the first time for a year while we waited for the correct order to come in. Ford has had a lot of issues with not building trucks with certain options on them. Had we left the order the way you wanted it, we wouldn't have got the truck for another whole year. I regret that we have not done a good enough job explaining what happened to make you a happy customerMY REPLY to the OWNERManning Ford made a decision to make an attempt to cover up their incompetence, going back on their word, while profiting on their mistakes at my expense. The dealer did NOTHING to make sure I received the vehicle I desired. It was easy to simply blame CORPORATE FORD for their problems, however the excuses should be based on FACTS, NOT LIES. Manning Ford was in a situation where they had nothing to lose, except their own reputation and future customers. This entire transaction cost me several thousand additional dollars. I was being reasonable, allowing Manning Ford to make SOME profit on the transaction, I just did not want to end up paying for Manning Ford s incompetence, lies and mistakes. Simply having the privilege of being a Ford Maverick owner for 17 months, did not make up the difference of the REAL lost money. With NO HELP from Manning Ford, I was able to reach out to an ethical Ford dealer, who was able to sell me my desired Maverick at a fair price.

This was my first experience purchasing a car from Brad Manning Ford, and it was great. They worked with me to get the best car I could with the resources I had. My salesman, Eric, gave me plenty of time to make my decision and made sure I knew all my options. I came back to the dealership a day after picking the car up to replace the antenna on the car and the batteries replaced in my key fobs, and the sales manager, Tim, made sure I was well taken care of. I plan on going back to Brad Manning for my vehicle maintenance and future car purchases as long as I am living in this area.

Matthew and Chris in the service department are both excellent and deserve the highest praise. I needed their assistance near the close of the business day. Matthew met me out front to assist me as I pulled up. Chris and the service team took care of the problem I was having very efficiently, solving my problem so I could get back on the road. They literally saved me from having to call off work. They also pointed out some damage to my radiator that I was unaware of that occurred due to a recent minor accident. I only thought the damage was cosmetic but it turns out I could have incurred a lot of added repair expense had I kept driving my car in the shape it was in. I really appreciate Brad Manning Ford's service department's helpfulness, honesty and expertise. They went above and beyond for me in a big way and I cannot thank them enough. I would give TEN STARS if I could.

After taking my 1998 Cobra to another dealer and also a different auto shop as well and neither one could figure out what was wrong with my car, finally ANGELO and DOUG were able to fix my vehicle. Angelo was the best service advisor I have ever ever dealt with. He took such good care of me and my car during the time it was at the dealer as if it was his own. Angelo went above and beyond any expectations I could ever ask for. He is so so nice to talk to and is very professional and very helpful. He also has a lot of patience to deal with a customer like myself. Doug took the time to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and got it working. I will never take my Cobra to anyone except ANGELO and DOUG. You two are the best! I can not thank both of them enough for there help and patience. They both deserve a raise. I will def be back there in the future for service. Thanks again ANGELO and DOUG.

Walked in with cash in hand for a used van. No service records ever for almost 187,000 needed tired and brakes. Was asking 18,500 we had 16k and was willing to pay tax and title extra. Told them if they can t make that work don t waste our time we won t test drive . An hour later after they said yes we can make something work and a test drive they came back same advertised price plus tax and title and we walked out they came running out asking us why what happened . Well you wasted out time we said we had this amount the sales guy said it s workable and you didn t come down a penny for a used vehicle that needed workIn response to your comment we did negotiate with you the salesman came back twice with the same numbers on paper. We left after the same numbers were presented to us. Also it was said that high mileage vehicles are sold as is so please just stop with the hasn t been through inspection. Shouldn t be out on lot if that s the case for sale. There are many other vehicles with far less miles requiring less work and verifiable service records for a bit more. We weren t asking for a lot off, $2500 on a 18500 that was a parts truck for the dealership and got a tax write off every year.

This is the second car we have bought from Brad Manning Ford. Each experience has been so easy. Everyone there is so friendly, and helpful. I really felt they listened to us and helped us get the perfect truck! It made us so happy to buy local, and we are grateful for 2 great experiences! Buying a car can be so stressful, but they make it easy.
