I had the low pressure light come on in my 2024 CRV-Hybrid. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to make me an appointment at 2:00 PM that afternoon. They fixed the tire which had a bolt in it and reset my TPMS very quickly!! I was amazed at the cost as it was very reasonable! I will always take my car back to them as the people were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best experience I ve ever had at an auto repair shop. They went out of their way to make sure I had a ride to and from my place while my car was being repaired, and prices were reasonable

Excellent staff that truly care about you. Breaking down is never fun and stress free but the amazingly friendly and understanding staff made it all the better. I wish there was shops like this everywhere in the U.S for piece of mind. Stop reading reviews and comparing shops, go here I promise you will not regret it

I have now had two very-positive experiences with this place! Both times were immediate emergencies and they came through for me. I also could not believe the minimal charge for both emergencies. Greg and Vicky, as well as other staff, were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I have used Brockman s Auto on multiple occasions and they have always been more than fair and extremely helpful each time. Even when another mechanic broke something in my car, Brockman s fixed it for me in under 30 minutes and free of charge. They are great people and I will never take my car anywhere else!

Best shop around!! Always willing to help out with our tight schedule and needing to get our truck back out on the road. Great work and very reasonable pricing. We have all our maintenance done here. If it were not for KathyWe would not have made it through our first year with a new business.We owe everyone at this shop a huge thank you!!Quick UpdateThis last review was about three years ago since then I ve been back to the shop a number of times had a new differential installed Jim the mechanic in charge was awesome in every way and did everything he could to get this truck finished so we could get back out on the road.Thank you for everything you guys do Kathy Vicky and Jim without you guys we would be in a world of hurt.Our most recent fix was a issue with our exhaustJim had this fixed in no time and back out on the road. Any of you over the road truckers running down 88 through Illinois. Don t hesitate to stop here at Bockmans there fast and very reasonably priced.Thanks Kathy hope to see you guys soon

Just recently completed an annual service checkup of the Ford F-53 that powers my Winnebago RV. Even though there was no rush they were able to take me in the next day for oil/filter/rotate front tires and checkup. Picked up the day after. No problems, service done fine, the price is great and they re local to where I live. Very pleased, and will be back for future service needs!

I called Bockman's to have them look at my RV that was recently purchased. They changed the oil and tightened the parking brake. They said everything else looked really good and no additional work was needed. Their honesty and professionalism is second to none. Had a few issues with car called Bockmans and they gave me a quote and fixed all problems in 1 day. Very friendly and efficient. I spoke with Kathy great personality. If I ever need a mechanic again I now know where to go. Thank you to the whole team and have a great weekend

I was able to get my truck in that day and it was ready to go the next day. They were great, fixed the problem, explained the problem and didn t sell me on unnecessary work. The cost for repairs was very reasonable. Now that my truck is out of warranty they will be my new service center, unless that dude calls me again about trying to reach me about my cars extended warranty Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I was visiting from out of state and found out I needed front end work done on my 2012 Dodge dually. The dealership in town quoted me a very high number. I was told by a couple people Bockman s was the place to take my diesel (there are not many places in the Dekalb area that can work on both diesel and dually trucks). Bockman s quoted me $2500 Less than the dealer. They took my truck for a test drive (which the dealer didn t do) and even took me over to the truck to show me what was needing done. They went the extra mile to ease my mind and assure me this is what needed to be done. It took them a day longer to finish but Kathy was very professional in keeping me updated with what was going on. Now I can head back to the west coast and not have to worry about my front end and brakes. Thank you to everyone at Bockman s!

I usually service all my own vehicles, but I had a new to me large desiel rv that had to be ready to head south for the winter soon. The lady let me watch the mechanic, he did exactly everything that needed to be done.5 years later they are still taking care of anything I can't handle. Clean efficient and fair price.

Great work by a great company. Old school business model of actually putting the customer first. Hard to find quality work on HD trucks and these people are straight shooters that go out of their way to make sure you re happy. Extremely professional and good prices. Great communication on issues regarding my vehicle and had it done when they said it would be.Took another vehicle in and was given a ridiculous quote. I was shocked. I m not going to go into detail, but it was disappointing to say the least.

Had a breakdown on my F250 diesel and needed it ASAP for snow removal, Got me in right away and had the repair done in less than a day for a great price!Kathy and the team are great to deal with!

I just think you guys should have allowed me to use the $$$ off coupon that you mailed me.
