I m thrilled with the services provided by Dan and his team at Firestone Deerfield. I needed new tires, an alignment, transmission fluids and differential fluids for my vehicle. After receiving a very high quote from a dealership I called area businesses and Deerfield Firestone was the most competitive. Dan scheduled me for an appointment and gave me his word that the vehicle would be ready by the end of day, and at 2pm I received notice that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had a terrific experience working with Dan and his team. I would recommend anyone in the area to bring their vehicles here for service for fair prices and excellent customer service.

Mathew Cruz, the guy that I was talking on the phone with all day, was really helpful and patient when assisting me with my problem. I don t know anything about cars so I felt kind of annoying, but he was really nice about it. Really happy with the service by the whole team. I brought my beloved truck here a few times and they take good care of it. Give all these guys raises! :)

Every service visit I have had has been a superior experience!! On my service call today, Dan at the Deerfield location in Deerfield, Illinois was exceptional!! He pointed out safety concerns (most importantly a very loose tierod and the need to get that fixed immediately!! It demonstrated to me that he cares about the customers whose cars they service!! He also was very upfront the costs. I left feeling very confident that the work would be done in the highest quality manner, and that the pricing would be fair!! Thanks to Dan and the entire service!!

Unresponsible shop. I ordered 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for replacement. They sent me a confirmation email and remind me to be there 10min before. I showed up on time and they told me to wait. After 2 hours waiting for the service they told me that my tire didn't arrive and come back after 2 days. I was disappointed and told me myself be calm. And when I came back after 2 days, the guy who is in front desk told me that they are not sure who told me come back after 2 days? They told me again come back on monday, that was the weirdest thing i never had.

All around great service. Needed four new tires and was taken care of immediately and shown my options. The price is upfront with no hidden fees. Fabulous service...I was visiting family in Chicago & my breaks started grinding. At 9 am they started putting breaks on all around & had me on the road by noon. They even gave me rides to & from my motel so I could wait in comfort.

Horrible. Two guys working Sunday morning, wouldn t help me with a couple bolts that was loose and dragging my undercarriage. I showed up 20 minutes early while they showed up to work past opening hours. Couldn t take the 5 minutes to help me and basically told me that his technician had a huge project to do. It would ve taken them 5 minutes to jack up one side of the car to tighten a 10mm bolt, but instead told me to basically make an appointment. Horrible customer service.

I got a flat tire this morning and was really in a jam, and I called Firestone and Matthew answered the phone and he was more the happy to help me and guided me through all the different options he had for my needs. He was very understanding, and super polite, and helped me lower my anxiety. I went to the store and met Matthew in person, what an amazing individual. His customer service was on point, and he made me feel real comfortable and trustworthy. I have been in customer service business for 15 years and Matthew exceeded all my expectations. I just picked up my car and my tire is fixed and my car is ready to go. Quick, easy and reliable service. Matthew deserves an acknowledgement for his customer service and his dedication to his job. made an online appointment. The store called and canceled that day to reschedule 3 days later. Showed up 10 min early to a 9am second appointment only to be told they could not look at it then. They recommended leaving the car and MAYBE it cold be looked at later in the evening. I left an called back at noon for a better timeframe for my oil leak to be looked at. Matthew still had no answer. Thanks for the waste of time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

If you want honesty please stay away from this place. My appointment was at 1pm. I was told my car would be ready by 3 and they would call me. 3:30 I called since I hadn't gotten a call. I was told my truck was up in the machine and it would take 40 more minutes. 5pm comes a d I areive to pick up my truck only to find out NOTHING was done to it "cause it was too big for their machine" while i entirely understood this. Why lie and not tell me they are busy? I had taken my same truck there 2 years ago and I paid for the same service. So was I robbed?

I am mixed on this place. Prices ok, kind of high for synthetic oil changes. They don't try to upsell u on services u don't need. But they are chronically understaffed. Takes forever to do some simple things. Id not try to wait for service, just drop off.

I m a little late at putting out my review; however a couple of weeks ago I had a flat tire and was in the Deerfield area. The manager upfront was terrific and the mechanics were great. I was 50 miles away from home and of course during this pandemic and hot weather I was feeling frustrated about what I would do. The manager found a tire in Arlington Heights and told me it would be a while before my vehicle would be done. I know that some time went by before the tire arrived and was installed; however, because the manager was friendly and kept me informed about what was going on, the wait time flew by. He kept others informed about their issues also. It was great customer service and I will go there again when I m in that area. Great job!

So, made appointment for 8 am and get car at 11 am . I changed engine belt, that doesn't need 3 hr, right? Plus I was getting better quality belt at price 235, then got call ,that it was not in stock and they put another kind of belt with lower price. I'm fine but I guess I had to know that before labor done and not after.

We would give these people 0 stars if we could. After promising they would redo the alternator repair (they screwed up the first time) first thing in the morning, two hours later they hadn't started. but the kicker is that Hector hung up on my husband, the kindest person you'll meet. Hung up on him. And then in person Hector was rude and disrespectful again. Didn t even apologize for his non-existent communication and told me i was yelling at him just like my husband had done.Don't give these people your business.

It's always nice to have a go to mechanic, but when I recommend this place, friends call me a HERO!! This store is top notch! Not just the lowest prices on huge selection of tires, they offer full auto repair. The staff is helpful and courteous and the manager Scott is a top notch professional.When I first went there, it was due to a faulty alignment from an out-of-state Firestone. Without hesitation, Scott took full responsibility and went above and beyond expectation to fix the the damage ENTIRELY. Because of his follow-through with corporate, everything was free and I imagine part of that came out of his store budget too. He literally saved me thousands.Over time their labor and recommendations have proved to be spot-on. I never feel pressured sales techniques or add-ons. Sales or service, they are always the lowest price and I trust them implicitly with my 2015 Lexus RX 350.Simply the best. I honestly can't say enough about this store.

I am so happy and grateful with their service, I had an incident and I was sunday two of my back tires got damaged I called and they were kind and so helpful, they fit me in their tight schedule and service was excellent.

This place is AMAZING!! Been using the Firestone chain for a while now and pretty much ONLY when absolutely necessary as the shop location we usually go to isn t very friendly and the joint is kinda a dive - but hey, when your car is broke down I guess beggars can t be choosers, right? The other morning on my way to work, one of my alarms starts going off indicating a tire pressure issue. Since I was nearly 45 minutes from my house, I Googled the closest Firestone to my work and drove to this location. I knew I made the right choice when I was immediately greeted with the biggest and warmest smile from behind the counter. I explained my situation and they asked if I just wanted it filled or if I wanted them to check it out. I figured since I was already going to be late, may as well have them look and maybe we can just solve the problem instead of patching it, you know? The dude behind the counter was the manager Tony and holy moly he was BEYOND helpful!! He kept giving me updates on my vehicle and just kinda checking in everyone in the lobby (it was pretty busy that morning). After about 90 minutes, they come and get me to let me know the verdict: turned out the problem was a little more extensive than just my tire being shot, however they walked me through everything and showed the problems so I understood what was happening. After going over all the options and the information at length, Tony gave me a GREAT deal and I felt incredibly comfortable knowing my car was in their hands. *They even informed me about a recall on my transmission that I wasn t aware of (explains a bunch of issues) and instead of charging me extra, told me to contact the dealer since it would probably be covered there, looking to save me some serious coin. WOW!* Fast forward a week and 3 trips to the shop (waiting on parts, etc) and my car is now fixed and running better than it has in years!! I can t say enough amazing things about this place or the manager!!! Seriously, I won t go anywhere else now.

came in for a wheel alignment, dropped off my car at my appointment time which was 11, asked for the car to be done before 3:00. called at 1:30 to check when it would be done, they said AT 3:00. i didn t know it took 4 hours to do an alignment.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

The shop closed because the old owner didn t pay his bills. The employees at shop were always honest and fast. The new crew is even better. I work locally and went back there today. Matt ( new manger ) was nicer than I could even ask after a part was delivered late ( not their fault). They are old school nice neighborhood shop. Another customer came in with mid 2000 BMW that needed very expensive part. They took time to explain why dealer vs after market parts are so different. Never pushed hard sell. I d give 10 stars if I could.

My understanding is that Firestone corporate took over the Deerfield Tire Co/Firestone independent that went out of business at this location. So glad they did. I brought my Ford Raptor there for a tire rotation and complete inspection. The two gentlemen that I worked with were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy in any way. I was not rushed at all. The waiting area was very comfortable. The inspection was so detailed; I am truly impressed. They even let me go out and chat with the Tech about my concerns. No surprises or added charges to the bill. I know where I'll be purchasing my next set of tires.

Had a 7AM appointment for oil change. Store manager strolls in around 7:30AM, doesn't apologize. When I ask him about the situation, he tells me traffic happens. Hector Ceballos is the store manager. I guess the bar is low to be a store manager? I will be calling this in to corporate. Fiver years I've been bringing in my cars to this shop. I have just found a new shop now. No more Deerfield Firestone. There are too many quality options nearby for customers to put up with such unprofessional service.
