We like coming here to get our oil changed but they need a bigger staff to be effective at the Take 5 oil change logo. The poor girl and young man that was there last night were working their butts off. All 3 bays had someone in them that's just not right to treat the employees that way. The company needs to re-think this policy.

I m not quite sure why they needed all of my personal information for an oil change, but they ve collected my email, my home address, and phone number. I ve received two text messages so far today from them, hopefully I won t get stuck on a spam list indefinitely.The so fast you don t need to get out of your car gimmick didn t really make sense to me.The technicians are very personable and care about getting the job done correctly.

I would give the friendliness of the workers a 5/5. However, I waited for 15 minutes before anyone came out to greet me. It took another 5 minutes for them to get all of the information needed to even start my oil change. Then, they had absolutely no clue how to reset the oil light in a 2022 Jeep Compass, although they literally said they just had the exact same vehicle before mine. The technician looked it up on Google, but still couldn't figure it out. I pulled up a YouTube video and did it myself. The amount y'all charge is also outrageous.

They were very friendly and quick. However, they dumped a bunch of oil on the under side of the vehicle and didn t clean it up. This lead to a burning smell and a nice puddle of oil and a stain in our garage.

Friendly staff who did the job & didn t mess around. They didn t just tell me that the air filter needed to be changed, they took it out (as I watched) and showed it to me. Before I left they removed the dip stick (as I watched) and showed me that the oil was full. They also checked the tire pressure and filled a couple that were low. I m quite satisfied with the service.Service: Oil change

Very nice experience. First time visiting this business, they have a different process than other oil change shops. They greet you outside with a bottle of water for starters. Nice way to say hello.You stay in your car during the entire process. I ll be back!!

Fast service and the man who serviced my car were very kind and checked my tires when I told him I had been sliding. He put air in my tires and fixed that issue. I told him I wasn t able to check my tires anymore because I have had 4 spinal fusions in my back. He said I could stop anytime to get my tires or anything else checked. Very helpful and kind person. I will be back

Colton was my assistant during my oil change. He brought me a bottle of water and had a great sense of humor and got me back to my day in no time! All staff gets along and works great together!

Mike and his crew took good care of my truck they was extremely friendly and fast it was about like NASCAR when I pulled into the bay they was on it! They definitely know what they are doing and what they are talking about if I had a question they had an answer I will definitely be going back!

Take 5 Oil Change went above and beyond while I was in for their services. They were fast, descriptive, knowledgeable, and kind! Stanley and the man whom I forgot his name (Working with Stanley around 8:30am Tuesday morning) were awesome. I will totally be back.

She was quick and thourough on getting my oil changed and back on my way even had a extra person check things over before i pulled out the door. Liberty was respectful and helpful on which package i should go with for my vehicle will be back again for all mu vehicles

Workers were very friendly... I am basing my review off the false advertisement on their website. It says you can use the online coupons at your location, but when you get there they tell you only paper coupons are accepted. I will not be back due to this deceiving practice.

5 star customer service! They did an amazing job & were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did they meet us with a bottle of water, did the requested service (oil change) but they also checked/adjusted my tire pressure, filled my washer fluid, assessed my radiator fluid, recommended a flush (which I will return for), and walked me through the entire process all without leaving the comfort of my car! They were so friendly with top notch service that I have decided to make the permanent move to use Take 5 for any service I may need in the future because of this first visit! The mechanic was very friendly, but I did not receive any of the "extra" services that were supposed to be included tires, windows, filters, nothing but an oil change. For the price I paid for the oil change and the extra I could have just driven the 30 plus minutes to my dealership in Clinton instead. To be able to sit in my car and have it all done and checked.

Cade was my tech, did a great job, kept me posted on the service. I even saw the air filter as he removed it and verified I needed a new one. Other places show you "an air filter" which you assume was yours but thus way I was sure.

Well first off they need to know how to reset lights when done! Then instead of asking the same question, scan the vin first if it s a repeat customer and you d have all their information instead of a million questions! 3rd you all charge way to much. I ve been there twice and will not be returning

We went to East Decatur one in the Rural King parking lot. The guys here were great. This was the first time there and we will definitely be going back. Everything was top notch. One of the technicians even noticed a loose connection on the mas air flow sensor and plugged it in and my truck runs much better. Thanks Take 5.

Easy, convenient and wonderful service. I didn't intend to get my oil changed, so I had my doggo with me. When I saw that I could stay in my truck, I drove in.
