They couldn t do my oil change because they didn t carry oil for a Mercedes if you have a luxury car this is not the place to go

I would like to commend your employee Cam. Every time I go to this location he is always helpful and knowledgeable. He has helped me on several occasions and every time he is great. He really cares about customer satisfaction and this is very refreshing this day and age. I went into this facility on 1/28/2023 to get an oil change and a chassis lube. I specifically told the attendant to make sure they hit all the grease fittings because every time I get my oil change they charge me for it, but don't do it. As I was paying for my bill, the attendant said the grease fitting on one of the lower tie rods was broken off. I pulled out of the bay and went across the street to the Autozone parking lot to see if they actually had greased it. They only hit the top left and right ball joints and nothing else. They broke off the grease fitting trying to get the grease gun on. None of the grease fittings was cleaned off before they attempted to attach the grease gun. As a aircraft mechanic and an quality engineer, I think the next time I need to make a decision of how to handle other peoples aircraft, I will call these people and ask them how they would proceed with the issue at hand because they are professionals. I will never take my vehicle back to this place for service. You get what you pay for, and a $5-8 per hour grease monkey isn't worth it.Service: Oil change

I like their staff. They are very respectful and will attend to your needs without any problem. Since 2015, I have chosen this place as an ideal shop for oil change. They are also trustworthy. One day I took my car there thinking that it was time to do oil change, not knowing that I still have almost like 1000 miles left. They checked my car and said "It's not time yet." You're awesome. I will highly recommend this place.

I was expecting lots of pressured upselling since that is what I had at a similar service. I can say honestly I am comfortable coming back. They also vacuumed my car for free!Service personnel were also dignified and trustworthy.

The white male Cashier CFM3 and MGR Check CFM3 did not give me his full name Cam Myers. His work clothes had CAM on them on 12/13/22. Previous manager and cashier 11/23/21 was a black male.

Great Group of guys they know what there doing and know my vehicle. Saved my bacon a couple months back with a leaking oil hose. I could've blowed my engine. Highly recommend Speed Lube on Oakland.

The only speed lube within a 60 mile radius will use. The employees are top notch and I can only assume management is to as I have never been in when they work. But hats off to this location they do ya right!

I just had my oil changed at the 48 and Grand Ave location. I received some of the best customer service I had ever had there from a young man named Trent. You have a customer for life!

So this is the first of three speedlubes we have stopped by. This particular one found the leak under our van. The leak is coming from the pressure hose on the power steering and is leaking above the engine where the hose runs over the top. The "techs", and i use that term loosly here came to the conclusion that is was a severe coolant leak and told us they cant do the oil change because the engine will soon be damaged or blow up. Lol for an entirely different explination of whats leaking go check out the next review of the forsyth il store, its a real hoot.

Went there a few weeks ago bunch of young guys with attitude who seem to not want to do their job who was actually quite rudeI heard him a few times while I was sitting in there telling the other person how he really didn't want to do this and do that and seemed to be playing around a lot I will give them no stars if I could
