By far the best experience I've had getting my oil changed! The guys were super nice had great attitudes and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They changed my oil, checked multiple other things and even cleaned my windows and offered a vacuum. They explained everything to me so I could choose the best filter/oil type. Would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone

This is the only place I come to get get oil change. The people remember you, which make me feel welcomed. Nd I don t care what anybody says Joe knows everything.

Highly recommend. The people here are so nice and knowledgeable. I've never had a problem and they take great care of me and my car. This is the only place I go to for oil changes and minor car repairs (lights, tire rotation, etc). Keep up the GREAT WORK and a huge THANK YOU for always being so good to me!

I needed an oil change before leaving the state for the weekend. My usual garage/mechanic was unable to fit me until next week. My boyfriend recommended going to this specific Speed Lube (where he takes his truck). I barely waited 5 minutes before they put my car in the station and started working. I assumed it would take up to an hour, but they were very quick and efficient. The staff were polite and professional, despite the extreme heat (90�+). This was my first experience with a Speed Lube and it was very positive.Service: Oil change

Love these guys! Always polite, helpful, and fast. Lobby and restrooms have always been clean. There's nothing like having a fresh cup of coffee and enjoying the morning paper while professionals service your vehicle. Keep up the great work guys.

The manager (Joe) went above and beyond to help me with a classic car that had a drain plug that had not been installed properly by the previous owner.After numerous trips to Speed Lube, Joe personally handled the problem with it leaking after I had the oil changed there (because of the previous owner cross-threading the drain plug). Joe went above and beyond to help me, and I'm happy to report that GREAT customer service still exists! I hope the owner reads this and recognizes Joe for his exemplementary customer service. We live 45 minutes away from Speed Lube on Eldorado, but is the ONLY place I take my 3 vehicles to be serviced! Service: Oil change

The staff at this Speed Lube, specifically management, is always SO helpful. Today, I went in with several vehicle issues, and Breanne took extra time and effort to help me. She was friendly and reassuring and went above and beyond what I was expecting for customer service. I recommend this Speed Lube for sure!

Just went in for an oil change. Quick and friendly service. How ever I called because after the oil change my oil light came on and never had it happen. So I called and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot. "You probably have an oil leak" Well if I had one I would be able to tell and it's your policy not to change oil of there is an oil leak right?

Oil change, oil filter, fluid top off, check tire for correct pressure... full service with antifreeze top off and new air filter all of this in 15-20 minutes and under $90. I can't do it myself faster or cheaper.

Didn't have oil filter for common vehicle(vw jetta). Was told they would order it and call when it came in never called waited over a week was told a couple days. Most auto stores in town checked 3 different stores has the filter in stock so it's not hard to come by.

I was in on 08-01 to have the oil changed on my mom's car because the change oil light had come on. She only had 1700 miles on the car as she doesn't drive much. The technician (Gary?) thought that maybe it wasn't needed yet because of the low milage (it's synthetic I learned). They checked the oil to make sure, reset the oil change light in the car and sent me on my way, assuring me that it was fine. My mom and I are both thrilled with the honesty shown by the staff!!! Thank you so much for the great customer service!! I have been using E. Eldorado Speed Lube for years and have always had wonderful service!! This just makes you even more special in my book! Great job!!! Now you have a new customer ...my mom! Thanks again!

I had been having a lot of trouble finding a place that had a filter for my car and no where was willing to order one even if I paid in advance. When I called here they told me they didn't have one but could get one while they started my oil change. I went there that day to get my oil change and they did a quick job. Will be going here for all my future car troubles.

Good service if don't mind them trying sell you filters that you don't need to replace and don't grease the ball joints like they claimed. I checked when I got home. None of filters were dirty and dirt on top of grease zerts. Better than Walmart thou for time but maybe they don't change the oil either.

These people shouldn't be working on cars at all. They charge $60 just to change the oil and filter on a BMW and their training is because there's more liability working on them. What "extra liability" is there when changing the oil and filter only on a BMW? Never going to speed lube with any car.

Hadn't ever been to this location but loved that a female works here!!! Replaced wiper blades but they didn't carry the back wiper so they sent me elsewhere. In and out very quick!

So this was the third and final stop of the three speedlubes we visited. These guys found the leak determined it wasnt that seriouse and changed the oil. FINALLY lol. The only reason they get three stars is 1. We had to ask if they saw the leak and if they knew what it was and 2. They didnt look close enough to really care either way. Heres the funny part about this company, speedlube, not once did any of these lube shops stop and look at it a different way. If we didnt know about the leak, which they assumed because i didnt say anything, why didnt they try to figure out a little better what it might have been instead of jumping to conclusions with out knowledge as well as try to refer us to their very own complete auto care store that does this type of work. It makes sence to me because they would be genuinly helping a customer out and retaining the sale within their own companies profits. This is what customer service is all about. So if you followed each of the reviews heres what it boils down to folks. DONT let people who are not knowledgable work on your car and true customer service seems to be dead in these particular stores. Hope you enjoyed the journey as much as we did now take a few extra minutes and go find a real tech to change your oil for you instead of one of these guys who seem to not really give a hoot and may end up hurting that vehicle you rely on everyday in your life.
