These guy's really know their stuff when it comes to vehicles. Very young, and knowledgeable. They serviced my Hummer in a timely manner, very polite, and the facility was extremely clean! I Definitely will be using this Speedy Lube as my home Oilchange.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Please be weary of this speedlube! I have a 15 cadillac ats and a 15 dodge charger rt. I've been going here a few years but recently I have been having problems with both cars. I took my cars in on separate occasions and months apart for some reason both my cars have been leaking fluids. I mostly drive my charger so one day I noticed a leak on my garage floor I called speedlube the guy did come to my house to start fixing on the problem than after we took it up to the store and they "fixed it" my charger is still leaking it never EVER has leaked until the last oil change in August. My cadillac which I've had for years now and I keep up my maintenance on that car as well. It was leaking oil from an oil change they did. I took it to the local cadillac dealership and they fixed the problem and I found out speedlube was charging me $106 for my oil change and the cadillac dealership is $69 plus tire rotation and more. I am completely upset with this place now I have to take my charger to a dodge dealership to get looked at also I forgot to mention someone cut my windshield line on my charger at speedlube when I got an oil change and how I know this is because no one had been under the hood of my car when I bought it but a speelube employee. I highly recommend if you have a car you want to last please don't go to this speedlube. I hoping nothing happens to my charger because I will not be happy since I know the issue started with them.

Will never go here again. Someone caused my transmission lines to leak and they refused to take the blame. Which explains why they pulled my car outside of the bay area when they got done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I needed an oil change before going on Christmas vacation, Walmart had a 2 hour wait and when I called this place they said we can get you in and out in 20 min. And they DID! excellent customer service and they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't need!

Crew here is very nice and quick to get your car in and out. Their prices are very competitive as well. All around a good shop to go for oil changes, AC recharges and tire rotations.

Like every oil change place I've been too, these guys will try to sell you air filters or windshield wipers you don't really need at higher prices than you should pay. Go to the part store and swap your own air /cabin filters. But they are quick, and they are convenient.

Rip off. They will try to push and sell new shoes to a footless person. I asked for basic oil change, they did full and charged me. Taking the gamble the customer wouldn't complain and just pay it.

I posted last review on my jeep, about the dif fluid and transfer case. Just wanted to add that I checked oil just to make sure they put enough in, well they did and sure is clean, pretty oil. As a matter of fact I guess they were doing me a favor and gave me an extra 2 quarts. Damn glad I caught it before driving 150 miles a day this week. I've always went to speed lube, guess for now on I'm doing my own maintenance. Seems this place has piss poor management. It it were my business I would be firing somebody

Went 2 days ago for a full service e on my jeep. Was told front and rear diff fluid and transfer case fluid was very dirty and told they probably had never been changed. They quoted me 200.00 dollars to change. I went to O'Reilly and bought all fluids got home pumped out all fluids and what do you know, I was lied to. It was so clean, since I had the new fluids I put it In anyways. I have receipts from speed lube to prove what I was told. I will never go back. Also, oil filter was leaking. It wasn't even tight enough.

I love Speed Lube on Fairview. Very honest. I went in before I was due and the technician reminded me that I didn't need an oil change yet. Kudos for honesty. Rare in today's world.

Service rep tried to tell me that I would need to change oil at 5000 miles. My Pilot has an algorithm that tells me when the oil needs to be changed, not mileage. He was so intent on the mileage figure that he was very reluctant to reset the algorithm. If I go there again, I hope I don't get him.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I take both my vehicles to Speed Lube outstanding customer service and are trust worthy. I highly recommend the store on Pershing and on Oakland on the west end of town.

When I left after getting a full service oil change, I noticed a little while later that I had a flat tire. When inspecting it I noticed the valve stem core was loose. I took it back to the Speed Lube on Pershing, after they "fixed" it I inspected it I found that they lied and it was not fixed. My advice is to go anywhere else to get a oil change.

I told them I wanted to Valvaline oil and asked if they had Valvaline and they said YES but I do not believe the put in Valvaline oil. I am upset about that.

I needed to know if they service BMW cars with high performance synthetic oil, and they do. Call them 1st to see if they have oil filter in stock.

Love this Speed Lube!! I choose this one over all the others because the staff is amazing, always polite, cheerful and helpful. Not to mention extremely fast and very good at what they do! Thank you! I appreciate you all. =)

True to the name, it was a speed lube indeed, and well done by the technical crewI felt it prudent to pay the extra money to receive the full service as the weather was quite inclement and a deficiency in coolant was detectedby the staff as well as the need for a new air filter neither of which I had noticed due to the days of Sub-Zero temperature which I had not used to do any car maintenance.In a word, I would come here over a Walmart or any of the other local places, as speed and value won the day!

I like the convenience of the oil change but I do not like the over sale on filters and windshield wipers and all the up sell charges! Really annoying.
