Absolutely awful. Had my truck for months and had a part I paid for. Never completed the service, lost my keys, AND my part. Found the keys days later buy ai still have not been given the part or reimbursed. Awful customer service and highly unorganized. Would NEVER recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend you to bring your vehicle to South End Autoplex. I called this man and had my truck towed here. Not only was it a swift repair, he explained everything that was wrong, and also saved me a lot of money on the repair. Thank you so much!! I speak Prosperity over your business!!! Great fast and friendly service! I had a cable break in my window from the cold and it prevented my window from working but also wouldn t go up and it was freezing temperatures so I couldn t drive it, I called several places and no one had time or wanted to worry about it but SouthEnd got me in the same day and it was quickly diagnosed and fixed for a great price. They even showed me what the problem was so I was informed every step of the way. I d definitely recommend! 10/10Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

My car was in a collision so there were a list of things that needed done including body work, this shop is fairly new and has earned so much respect off of the work and commitment this company has .
