Open communication, friendly staff, very up front when they see an issue that prevents them from being able to do the job right. Will to show you personally,instead of just trying to "explain it" to someone who may not understand. Definitely going to keep doing business with them.

Great service in and out fast.. The guys at the shop are awesome and very helpful at me looking for the proper size tire. Would recommend for other to check them out. If they don't have the tires they will order and have the next day. Very affordable with there payment plan and can go by house you get paid. Good for someone who can't buy a brand new set of 900$ tires.

Wow these guys are absolutely amazing. Have had two tires plugged by them. Before this place I have had nails in the same places and always told "it's in the side wall." Before you fall for that come here and let them look. It's the best $25 i have spent. Saved me a lot of money the past couple of weeks. Simple easy and really fast. Walking in the door every customer is greeted with a friendly hello. Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone.

My tire had a slow leakThey were able to repair my tire and have me going in a short time. Very polite,clean,efficient business. WILL DO MORE BUSINESS THERE. Very reasonable price also!

The whole team were helpful honest and friendly. Great Customer Service and they will work with you! I came in for a plug and was able to leave with a set of new tires and rims at an affordable price. I came in upset and left out laughing with a smile on my face. Thank you Team for making this experience a smooth and easy for me.

Absolutly love the place the customer service is beyond expectations. The entire crew working together. Its the only tire store i will ever shop at again. Great plans great people great products and again the customer service fuggin love it. If you have had bad service its either because you didnt pay your bill or you was mad about something. They work with you. Awsome staff than you guys

This place deserves all of the five star reviews. We were in from out of town and got a flat tire. They went above and beyond to make sure we that we made it back home safely. The employees were so empathetic and wonderful!

RNR Decatur was great to me! From the original reason of me coming in - tire repair; to getting tires ordered since they do payments, and getting them installed the day my tires came in. Such fast, friendly, and professional service! HIGHLY recommend!! The managers special is a great service!

During initial install of my rims and tires they noticed a defect with one of the rims. They addressed the issue and ordered me a replacement rim right away. Great customer service. Professional staff. Not to mention the great deals being offered! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

With the old crew, it was a wonderful experience, but this now crew, it's horrible!!! First their inside the building, supposed to open up at 9am, but they seem stubborn, one guy looks as he's high, no type of welcoming except one guy who actually does the tire work, the others are grumpy!!!I've been doing business with rnr for almost 12 month, like I said, with the first crew, it was great, this second crew is horrible.....maybe it's time for me to take my money elsewhere

I called and came in store. Both times I talked to Todd, he was very helpful and made sure to explain everything and more. I havent been more sure about making a purchase, informed me that i had no sensors on any of my tires and that my car Martha May will be like brand new. Thank you guys :)

Something funny about R n R...they're always doing a firing spree clearing out the old employees then replacing them....I had the same experience in Jackson TN...in Decatur IL they got rid of Lacey and she ran that office because I never dealt with anyone else. Financing is cool long as you pay it off in the 120 days....still unsure about the quality of the tires as I've had to replace a pair of front tires after two years.

The staff RNR went above and beyond the way to help me get my tires on my car. Eventhough I didn't purchase my tires from there. They still were helpful, friendly and courteous. And really would like to thank everyone for helping a lady in distress today. Thank you again.

Duane did an excellent job in walking me through the process, giving me all the information I needed to make the best decision. I came in for an alignment but walked out with the alignment and a new set of tires! Had a great overall experience!! GO SEE DUANE ASAP!!

Top shelf staff, they all went above and beyond to get me the best package and price. The guy s in the back are A1in there job. I will be going back and I recommend that you go check them out before you pay anywhere else.

They were fantastic about getting a tire patched for me in a last minute emergency. Other shops told me it would be several days, and I drive my vehicle for work, so simply airing it up wouldn't do. They did a great job, and charged a very fair price. I also appreciate that they provide complimentary bottled water as an extra touch. Very friendly employees...great location.

Great customer service the entire staff was very informative and helpful In finding the perfect tires and rims for my wife's truck after we were stuck in the rain with a flat tire and 3 leaking ones we didn't even know about which was a big safety issue help us get great tires saved US A few dollars and got us back on the road safe
