I just purchased the nicest vehicle I have ever owned from Premier Auto. With that being said, this vehicle is not magic. It is a used vehicle with 180,000 miles. Two days after I bought it I had to put $300 into it due to a tie rod end breaking. I panicked and contacted Brock and Blake. They took extra time to reassure me that I purchased a quality vehicle that was safe for my children to ride in. I purchased the vehicle as is and was told from the get go that used vehicles can have issues. Brock went over all of my warranty options that they sell at cost. He was upfront about the downsides of this business and by the end of our interaction went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. It wasn't the smoothest process due to my work schedule but both Brock and Blake were extremely patient with me. Brock isn't the type to sugar coat things but I appreciate everything he did to help me purchase a vehicle that I love and am proud to pull up in. If you're considering purchasing and are hesitant just do your due diligence and have the vehicle inspected by a reputable mechanic. A used vehicle may have issues so just be aware of possible maintenance costs that any vehicle owner has to be prepared for.

The best dealership I had ever bought a car from. Very up front with the car facts. Plus I got an amazing warranty from them. I had a minor problem with a belt and they paid me back for it when they totally didn t have too. The owner even helped my boyfriend look up a car he was thinking about buying and we found out it was a bad deal. Super friendly and awesome people. I would definitely recommend checking them out when shopping for a car.

I spent about 4 hours on the hottest heat of the year for Decatur looking for a car for my mom. And Brock and Blake kept every single second amusing and so comforting. The salesmanship, personalities, charm and honesty not only gives you the best experience at Premier but the best price. I'm extremely pleased (which I don't say often) with the way Brock&Blake treated me and listened to my concerns about the 2008 ford f150 lariat supercrew that I purchased from (Premier Auto Sales) Brock went above my expectations to make this deal happen. I'm proud to say I that I love the truck and have put 1500 miles on it since purchased and it runs and drives amazing just like a new one. Thanks guys for all your help. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a good clean vehicle to stopby (Premier Auto) when looking for your next vehicle to see if they have something on their lot or if they can find you, your next vehicle.

Brock was very, very helpful in selling me a 2011 Infiniti G37 journey. He explained everything I would need to know for the future of the car. He also was very honest about anything that needed fixed or would need fixed soon. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice, good priced, used vehicle. It was my first time dealing with a dealership for a car ever, and he made it amazingly smooth. He is a very educated and knowledgeable car seller! Thanks Brock!

So glad I came to Premier and found this beauty! My Buick rides so smooth and gets great gas mileage. Not only that, I was treated very nicely and able to get a warranty through a third party. We drove from WI to look at (and ended up buying) an Armada from Brock. The whole experience with him was easy and we felt very comfortable buying from him. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. His communication was top notch and we didn t feel there was anything to worry about. Very honest guy in our experience.

My son just bought a 94 Chevy Dually from Premier Auto and the truck is awesome. We buy a lot of cars and trucks and Brock is by far one of the best dealers we have dealt with. The price was great and this is by far the cleanest used vehicle we have ever purchased. There are no dings or scratches, and best of all not a speck or rust and it is 28 years old. Everyone who has seen the truck has been amazed at both the truck and the unbeatable price. We would definitely buy from Brock and Premier Auto again, and we have already recommended them to everyone who has seen this amazing truck.

Brock isn't your stereotypical used car salesman. He doesn't use manipulation tactics, hype or pressure to sell his vehicles. He tells you about the vehicle and leaves the decision up to you. Great guy to talk to, great guy to buy from.

These guys are not professionals. They buy high-priced leftover auction cars and / or dealership rejects then proceed to mark them up even more. There is no willingness to negotiate or attempt to actually talk with customers. Owner is very aggressive with his sales tactics and seems quite arrogant. The hand on the lot attempts to negotiate/make sales but has no authority to actually sell the vehicles on the lot.

Bought a 2013 GMC Terrain from Brock today. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The transfer plates and title procedures went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend Premier Auto Sales. Very happy with our purchase and were able to get a 3rd party warranty as well! (Lia Cook)Update seven months later: The vehicle ran fine since we purchased it in April this year. We paid 10,000. for this vehicle. It now needs a new engine that would cost 8500. Had to trade it in because it wouldn't have been worth it for a 10 year old car. I guess I would say to make sure to have the vehicle checked out by a mechanic before buying here. Also, we felt it would be best to purchase the warranty which covered nothing we had done along the way, including the engine itself. It is our fault for purchasing the warranty and not having an outside mechanic look at it. Be careful buying from Premier.

Premier sold the wife and I a great truck at a great price! Showed us a few flaws (it s a 2011) Very personable and glad we listened to a friend that had bought a few vehicles there. Brock Cochran is doing it the right way! Thank you for the travel prayer.

I bought a 94 chevy 3500 off off Brock and he described it really good in the ad, he was extremely friendly when I was looking at it, he was never trying to push me to buy the truck. He really takes pride in what he does. Overall it was an extremely good experience. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Purchased a GMC truck on 12/18/23 it was a great and quick process. All staff we talked with were helpful and kind. They were up front with items on the truck that were fixed and others that we asked about.

Was rather nervous when I found the vehicle I wanted at such a low price and it was nearly 5 hrs away. But I must say Brock was awesome to deal with and was honest about every thing he knew about on this truck. Well worth the drive, hard to find good honest used car salesmen but Brock has earned my business.

I hear about Premier auto through a co worker and decided to check them out. Brock and Blake were literally the nicest people I ve ever met. They were no nonsense and told me exactly what needed to be done to get into the vehicle I wanted. I followed their steps and drove away in a very nice, very clean, and modern SUV. 10/10 highly recommend. Please don t let one bad customer deter you from the experience. Judge for yourself and watch how happy you ll be!

Purchased a Mazda MPV from Brock and everything was seemingly good out of the gate. Went to get my first oil change and my mechanic, who I have been using for several years, notified me that the underside of the vehicle was extremely rusted and damaged. They quoted me roughly $2,200 but couldn't in good conscience recommend that I do the work.Now I understand that this is partially my fault for not having a 3rd party mechanic check the vehicle out and I take ownership of the lesson learned. I signed a document stating that I was forgoing any warranty and was buying the vehicle as is and I wont argue that. Brock seemed like a good guy and I took his word for it when he said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Whether he knew about the extreme rust damage before the sale or not, I'll never know. I do know that I trusted Brock with my money and, more importantly, my safety and was let down.All that I can recommend is that you have any vehicle inspected by a 3rd party. It's sad that you can't trust people to put you in a vehicle that is safe to drive. Please don't make the same mistake I did, get a 2nd opinion.

Brock n his team were wonderful. I am a widow with a limited income and savings. They saw to it that I got a truck I could afford and would be happy with. They even stayed past closing to help as I live n work 30 miles away.
