I frequent O'Reilly's on Stanford quite often for my partner's automotive needs. The crew there is like the A-team of auto parts - they swoop in, find what you need faster than a pit stop, and if by some miracle they don't have it, they'll work their magic to get it in no time. Prices? Well, let's just say a little friendly haggling never hurts!

A friend of mine had a 3rd headlight out on her car. We went in to get a bulb and the employee, Jason, looked it up on the computer. We purchase the bulb he told us and we try to install it before we leave only to see that the bulb won t go in. We asked for some assistance from Jason, as the bulb would not go into the socket. He proceeds to try and tells us that he also cannot get the bulb in. We ask if maybe it isn t the right bulb to which he says that s just how it s made he then says well you don t really need the 3rd brake light anyways, just cover it with a piece of tape we thought it was a joke but he was dead serious, after we just purchased the bulb he told us. He never offered for a refund, to help find the right bulb, just simply went inside.

Today my daughter had car trouble. She stopped here and Jason and the rest of the staff was super helpful. She was there alone with her young baby until I arrived (from 30 minutes away). There was even another customer that helped change out the part. Everyone went above and beyond.

Staff were great! One employee toke a call and was very calm. Person on other end was getting upset and the employee got them calmed down and answered their questions. Very helpful to me even when I had to return the part I got. I don't go anywhere else for auto parts.

Hoping the girl with the scowl feels better today. But all in all it would be a good place to start a business. Looked like the blind leading the blind in there. I was waiting for Moe to smack Curly upside the head

Went in with a spark plug out of Honda generator, young man who waited on me went the extra mile to cross reference and look threw alot of plugs to match it to mine. Got home put plug in and my generator it was the rite one and it started rite up. Great customer service and friendliness. That is why I always go here when I need something. Keep up the good work. And thanks again.

Stopped in a couple days prior for brake pads and got totally wrong ones but came back in and Tonya totally made good! Not only did she get me the correct pads but she saved me some cash and got me better quality. Me and my Puddin thanks her

There was a gentleman that worked there named JOE he asked me if he could help .and he did a fantastic job he was fast and courteous. Got me the right part the first time checking it twice before we left the store. I'm great full that he did so we didn't half to drive back to return it because buy are own mistake or wrong information that we gave thank you JOE . O'Rileys needs to give you a raise for the out standing service you gave today. And each and every time I come in there .THANK YOU JOE . I wish I new you last name because I I would make it known . I will be in touch with your manager to make sure you know that you are appreciated.

Called to purchase a brake pedal cover, told him the dorman part number 20722-bj. He said thank you, (had trouble finding the part on his own) told me it would be in tomorrow, made special trip and of course he ordered the pad without the letters at the end, because that s what was in their system , which will not fit.Very simple employee, because of his mistake added another $7 in fuel cost to my purchase, when I buy it elsewhere. I m kind of getting sick of these box store employees, seem to be worse than temps now-a-days.

Very helpful, I had a headlight out on my 2016 ford taurus, the sales associate assisted me in finding the correct part, assisted me in replacing the bulb and to top it off I was speaking with a fellow veteran.

Dont always have my parts but thats because my parts cross over to mazda parts nd those are extremely hard to get but the ppl are great always willing to give me advice when i need some nd always have great prices ima O'reillys customer for life wont go anywhere else!!

I generally have good results from this O rilley auto parts. The staff has always been friendly and is usually pretty helpful. Access generally is pretty good from the street. It can sometimes de a bit difficult to turn east however.

I no longer buy Auto parts because on several occasions I received the wrong parts. I gave specific details of what the parts went on. I only buy paint and other items off the shelves.
