So far so good, but we ve only been tenants for a month. The gentleman who helped me was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rates are very reasonable, and the security gate has a code-in, code-out system so they always know when people come and go.

Bill was super helpful, thorough, and made the process very smooth. He showed me my unit and gave me helpful tips. He was really kind and sweet with my little ones too. I like that the facility has good security features as well!

I've been renting a unit from Northwest for about 5 or 6 months now and right from the start the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed something that would be easy for me to access every couple of days, so the 24 hour access is definitely a plus. The units are clean, dry, easy to access, and it's conveniently located right off the highway.

They are great people that helped me every step of the way. They didn't take advantage of any lack of knowledge, very professional and friendly, and even called me when they noticed I cleared my unit out before I could let them know. Also had fair prices for the level of security they offer. 6 out of 5 if I could.

Would highly recommend! Very friendly service they are extremely helpful and answer all the questions. Clean, safe place to store your stuff. Love the gated community aspect of it.

I'm a difficult person to impress, but these guys do a great job with their customer service. The only drawback I ever have is that during business hours, sometimes I call for information on something to do with my account, or something else, and get someone in another facility or an answering service, that knows nothing about the facility operations there. I never expect them to be on duty all the time by the phonrs, but During their operation business hours, the phones should be in their office, not somewhere else. Even if that does mean that I leave a message on an answering machine or voicemail for them Directly instead of answering service, while they're out on the property doing something. Never did really like talking to and answering service during business hours. They make it seem like they're part of the local area business office when they actually are not. Otherwise, I would recommend this storage facility to anybody and everybody.

We had a storage unit here before and really enjoyed the staff and the security. We came back to rent another unit and had the same pleasant experience. Very clean facility and in a good area. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I've had a unit here for a couple of years as additional storage for my business. The secured 24/7 gate is awesome. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Recommended.

This place is fairly nice. The only issue we have had is its hard to get them on the phone and the pruce keeps going up. We will be closing out our unit if they go up again.
