I was driving from Florida to North Dakota. On the way, my tires got out of hand shaking between 65 and 70 miles an hour. On very short notice, they were willing to help me and fix my balancing issue. The rest of the trip was super smooth (besides the all day downpour of rain in Wisconsin and Minnesota on 10/13/23). Thank you, Neal Tires for your hospitality and for fixing my issue. I strongly recommend them.Service: Tires

I called a half hour before closing time on a Saturday. To see if I could get a tire changed before I traveled to move my child into college the next day. They were the o my place in town that had my tire size in stock, but refused to assist as they closed in a half hour.

Very pleased with the alignment the guys at Neal did on my car. Great service from drop off to pick up.My car drives like it did new 100k miles ago! Thanks again Neal Tire!!!

My car AC had an issue less than a month ago. When I went in the office they asked me to leave my car there to figure out what the problem is. After 3 hours they called me and told that the coolant fan has to be replaced and that would cost me $480 ( this includes changing the fan , refill freon and check the system for any other issue). Now the same issue had occurred and when I went back one of the employee's on the reception tells me that the mechanic who fixed the car is no more working here so I should go to some other shop and get this issue fixed. I literally was not helped in any way. Really dissatisfied with this kind of service even after spending almost $500 and having the same issue within less than a month.

They were fabulous on getting me tires an they even went clear to springfield to get my tires! They aligned my tires too ! An I was just a walk in ! Great service ! So kind , friendly, helpful !!!

Very friendly workers. I went for tires and was done in a reasonable time. They tested my alignment for me, and gave me a free diagnosis of my heating problem.Dave was helpful and honest. I definitely would recommend this place. Had them swap some rims recently. Ok service except that they gouged one of the old rims and failed to mention it had happened. Also threw away a center cap from the old rims after I specifically stated wanting the old rims back. Probably won't go back.

I've always had good experiences with Neal Tire, and this most recent time was no exception. They work kinda slow, but are thorough. I'm fine with the trade off honestly! Has a decent waiting area if you're going to wait, has vending machines, a well maintained, clean bathroom, a good selection of tires, they'll price match with lower advertised prices (if you can find them), and they've always been friendly to me. If you need a tire shop, this place is a good place to go to.

I was recommended to go to Neal Tire for a wheel alignment after getting new tires, best decision I made. There were quick, professional, and informed. The mechanic Neal is top rated plus their price was the most cost competitive out of the 6 places I called. They also have free popcorn and water and the place is very clean.

My daughters vehicle needed new tires, they gaveUs a reasonable price and were able to get it done that same day. The staff were all nice. I would go back to them again in the future for service.

Had to have the front end aligned. Toke car in got it done. No problem. These guys work with you no matter what the issue. The gave a small are to sit and wait with coffee, water, and hit chocolate! There is a TV also. I've waited in there before with my 3 year old granddaughter. Very clean place. You will be happy you go there.

I purchased 4 new tires at $941. When I picked up my car, I discovered a problem. The staff did not handle the problem in a professional manor and it wasn't resolved. I am not confrontational, so I left very dissatisfied.Service: TiresService: Tires

I can t decide on which Neal tire is horrible the one in town or the one out in MtZion. I have received horrible services from each business I have been taking my car to them every other month for the last year almost two years now. Every other month it is the same problem that they allegedly fixed last time. Now my car is completely not working because they kept given me the run around and playing games not fixing what s supposed to be fixed. It makes no since I ve spent almost 4000 just on repairs from them and my car can t even run now as we speak. I wouldn t recommend either of them to anybody.

Ryan and his entire staff at store 1078 E. Eldorado in Decatur, Illinois are awesome. My engine went out in my vehicle and they got my vehicle in right away and took excellent care of us. They put in a remanufactured engine and were very honest and trustworthy and got me the best deal. They went the extra mile and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Professional staff that is knowledgeable, courteous, and not condescending or pushy trying to sell something not needed.On one visit, I discovered an error on my bill when I arrived home. When I called to pay for the service provided that was absent from my bill......they refused to accept payment because they said it was their oversight. I've been nothing but impressed by their business practices and will always look to them to help me keep our vehicles safe and in top condition.

TOMMY and the guy's were great. It was freezing cold we had a flat and they were closing up. These guy's really stepped it up. We called and they said bring it on in. We were late but still they waited. Great bunch of guy's. Much thanks and we made it home because of them. Neal Tire all the way people the only place to go Decatur Illinois...... Service: Tires

Wasted 3 days total on tubing a tire. Poor communication. Said would get it done never did. Last day he said they'd start it in 30 minutes and I headed thst way. Never did the tire just wasted my time. Said f it not paying for the tube even taking my buisness elsewhereService: TiresService: Tires

My husband and I went to visit our daughter in weldon. When we were getting ready to leave my husband noticed that we had a flat tire. Mind you not it was snowing and about 1 degree out. My husband put the spare tire on. I called neal tire to see if they would stay open so we could get new tires. Tommy the gentleman that I talked to said yes. They put all new tires on and they stayed open for 45 minutes later then they had too. If you have an emergency these guys are here for you. Thanks Guy's

They checked our 2000 Mercury for front end damage. We wanted a list of what was wrong, and to get four new tires and an alignment. They gave us a list of what was wrong and quoted a price for tires and how much to fix everything. We fixed the lower ball joint ourselves, and as promised, we returned for them to fix a couple other things and put new tires on. They waived our diagnostic fee. Cheap, good work, friendly staff. Had us bring it back a few days later to check lug nuts.

I dont believe they deserve any stars! The guy Dave at the front desk straight lied to me! I young man Cody in the shop was very nice! I just dont understand why people think it is better tips lie then just tell the truth!

Made appointment to get one new tire and rotate the rest, appointment for 10 am on Monday, dropped off vehicle at 7:30 am, called and talked to Tom, who said they would get it done and call me, 2:30 pm I called to check, the person on the other end knew nothing about it, I showed up in person, nothing had been done. Not a happy camper.

If I can give a zero star I would. If you value your time, money, vehicle safety DO NOT go to this store. My experience is to much to type. But if you don t take my word for it it s a high percentage that you would have a bad experience as well.
