Great service, didn't have an appointment, but they got me right in for an oil change. Thank you very much . Another great visit.. no appt. Got our Caddy serviced and tires rotated and new factory A/C Delco wiper blades.. very happy

I ordered a part for my truck the morning of February 6. Called February 9 and they hadn't received it yet. In fact, I don't even think they had ordered it yet. Ended up having to go somewhere else cause my truck was getting dangerous to drive. I have never had this bad service from there before.

~I took my SUV here after hearing a grinding noise and needing it diagnosed ASAP before leaving for vacation. Mel took good care of me and got the car looked at right away. Within a half hour they figured out exactly what the issues were and showed a print out of the exact cost to fix it. There was no pressure or up selling additional work needing to be done. Just straightforward information and I appreciated the honesty. They were very professional and kind. Mel arranged for the shop transport to give me a ride home so I didn't have to drive my car and damage it further. They overnighted the part needed and had my car fixed correctly before noon the next day. They even picked me up and gave me a ride back to the shop to get my car. Mel even saved me a few dollars off the final bill. I highly recommend them and will be using the Miles Service Center again if any issues arise with my car~

Nick as well as the others are very professional and friendly. They recommen work that should or needs to be done. They do not do anything without your approval. Best one I've ever been to and will never do business elsewhere.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour and the truck was finished in 35-40 minutes.
