Today was my first time going to a car dealership. I was scared but in need of a good reliable car. Jeremy White helped me out. He made me feel welcomed and not anxious. He made jokes and helped me with the questions I had. I am so glad. I have a new car and it didn t cause a panic attack. Yay me !!

I went to a lot of dealerships that told me they couldn t do anything for me. I figured I d try Ideal as a sort of last attempt to get a reliable vehicle. Jeremy was great! He worked with me and communicated a lot with me - sometimes on a personal level. There were no surprises and I picked the vehicle I wanted and Jeremy made sure I got it. Thanks to his professionalism and great effort I now have a reliable and pretty cool vehicle to drive at payments I can afford. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone to go to Ideal and if you can get to work with Jeremy you will be well pleased!

Whenever buy a car from ideal auto in again, first time I bought car there I kept on shutting off, took it back up there they said there was nothing wrong with it. It was a lie. My alternator went out, and then my started went out, and it had a major oral leak, there is so a car that did not work never buy a car from them again

It was an awesome experience Cooper was very patient and listen to what my questions and concerns were. He got me in a car that I m very happy with in a timely manner I highly recommend visiting if your in need of a nice vehicle. It was affordable and everyone there was nice and professional thanks again

Ideal Auto Sales was fast, friendly and easy credit application. Great selection of vehicles and they have an excellent service warranty that covers the vehicle. Jeremy White was our exceptional sales representative and I highly recommended asking for him at the Decatur location for the best customer service experience. Overall an excellent car buying experience.

We have just paid off a vehicle through Ideal Auto and we got a second vehicle today!! We have had outstanding service and Jeremy did an excellent job showing us around and helping us to pick out the vehicle that I wanted!! 2010 Nissan Rogue, loaded!! I m loving it!! Ideal Auto has always been very friendly and helpful to us whenever we have been there!! Thank you so much Jeremy and the other staff working as well!!! Keep up the excellent service!!

We knew that we were going to a place where we would pay more for the vehicle, we knew that this was the place to go if you need help with credit (we were even referred by a friend at a dealership which speaks volumes to us and about Ideal as a company!). I know I am paying more than I would at a dealership with traditional financing, but Jeremy White was great. And we realized that we went to grade school together during the sale, and it was great catching up. So I could not be happier with the experience so far. My daughter will love the car and my wife and I will love that!

Kelli and Jermey both helped me get into a car with low mileage, nice interior and overall a really nice car! I even had my 2 year old with me and she was not the best behaved and he still assisted me and got everything taken care of for me!

Well, I bought a car from you guys over a year ago. I ve spent almost $3000 out of my own pocket making repairs and fixes to the car and every time I called to ask you guys can you guys do it in the shop it takes me anywhere between 3 to 7 weeks to even get my car in there then on top of that you guys refuse to do the work the right way and make me come back several times over so now I have to take my car to a license license certified dealer to have my car fixed. This company is nothing but a joke do not buy do not offer do not even go there. They are a bunch of jokes they laugh in your face on the phone and tell you that there s nothing they can do when your car breaks, they re a joke, plain and simple this company ideal auto sales is a Joke all around

Shadenfreude!A term from the German words "shaden" and "freude", meaning "damage" and "joy" in English.It means to take spiteful, malicious joy in the misfortune of others. This best describes the business practices of this dealership. Predatory interest rates on the vehicles they sell. They demonstrate failure to follow the service agreements that is in the sales contracts. You will only get one key for your vehicleso they can repossess at their will. Your vehicle will have a GPS device installed to track your every movement.Don't bother making any calls to the dealer. They are extremely rude, and will hang up on you. They "record" their calls to insure "proper customer service." I would love to hear those recordings. Wait a second, I record on my end too after the first problem with them.And don't bother getting a new job to improve your life. If you move out of Illinois, they will hold your car hostage unable to be registered in another State without "immediate payment in full" despite having a spotless on-time payment history with them.Do yourself a favor, and embrace the advice of their former spokesperson, Jerry Springer. "Take care of each other" and avoid this business in true Illinois Government fashion. I been struggling to find a vehicle for awhile and I decided to give ideal a try and it was a great experience. Kelli at the Decatur branch was very helpful extremely informative and did a great job explaining everything give that woman a raise overall it was great and it didn t take long at all thank you ideal

Was looking to be responsible and not put myself in a position where I'm financially hurting. I couldn't unfortunately do it with this company due to starting cost. P.s. I'm definitely not a fake person. Also I don't take well to feeling threatened so please allow me to speak my peace. I hardly ever leave reviews on any company cuz I normally don't care that much. However I'm trying to rebuild my life and follow advice of people and its flat not working cuz of the way businesses conduct business.

I did not think I would be able to get a car today but I emailed my application in the early morning and was signing paperwork by the afternoon! Jermey White was very friendly,efficient and to the point. He came off his lunch break to help me into a new ride!! Great experience! Thanks so much!

This was my first time at this car lot and the process was easy and clear. I had tons of questions and they were very polite and welcoming. Great service good cars and very affordable. Cooper was a great person to deal with he listened to what I needed and made it happen. The whole process was quick and easy and completely friendly. If you need a car or are looking for options go out to the store ask for Cooper he really knows how to make the customer know they are important 5 stars.

went to this lot to try and get a car and i seen a few that i liked then i was told i could not test drive the car without the money they had no idea what i had im not getting a car without driving it they was texting back and forth of options wasnt professional to me in my opinion i did not feel like i wanted to be there at all will not recommend this place to anyone
