Decatur Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Duane went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with my vehicle. I had a clear bra that they had to take to another shop to get done and Duane noticed the pattern wasn't the same as the other side (mirror) he didn't hesitate to call and schedule to get it done correctly as well as quickly. I will be a lifetime customer and highly recommend if you need auto body repair go see Decatur Auto Body... Duane was who helped me but all the guys there were very friendly and professional!!! 5 stars doesn't say enough or give enough credit to Decatur Auto Body!!

I had a woman side swipe me, my car was tore all down the passenger side. My husband and I took it here and they were amazing! Not only did they handle the repairs they even ate some of the cost to replace a piece of our clear bra! Dwayne was who we were initially working through there but the whole shop was just great! Also, the price was more than acceptable! 5 stars for sure!!

Duane and the crew did a fantastic job on our Honda Civic, repairing a bumper and driver door damage after a collision, They gave us an estimate that was actually a little over the final cost, told us how long it would be for parts to come, and once everything was in stock, completed all the work in 5 business days. Incredible work and the car looks so much better than before!When I need body work again, I'm coming back to Duane and the team at Decatur Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service was given to me. Took my vehicle to them and they actually gave me a ride home while they worked on my car and once it was ready, they actually came and got me from home. Will be going back to them in the future.

I called this place asking for my fender flares to be painted the same color as my truck and they said the could do it but I couldn't get the flares to them with work and me living around an hour away. So one of the workers there, Duane, told me to bring him to his house and he would just let me know when they were done so I could just get them done after work. He was very nice and did an excellent job for a great price on short notice!

Excellent service! Took my jeep to them after an auto accident and it was filthy because I refused to clean it until after it was repaired, not only did they repair what was damaged but they also cleaned and washed my jeep. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like new money, I must say I am more than pleased with the service I received and would/will be definitely recommending them to family and friends. If I was Siskel and Ebert they would most definitely get 2 (thumbs up) because they did a magnificent job on repairing my jeep hassle free, and in a timely manner.Service: Body & Trim

This could have been 5 stars. The job looked good. However, I had to call them to see if my parts were in. Then I was scheduled 5 days later for service and was told that my car would be kept overnight to replace a small grill. Car was completed the same day. I do appreciate them cleaning my car. Thanks

Definitely a place I highly recommend. Very smart and professional team that helped me out the quickest way without coming out of 1000$ bucks!!!!One of the guys ( cant remember his name) basically suggest me a plan B for my situation with my car. Really tells me this company isn't just after the money but also making sure customers leave with some kind of solution with whatever problem is presented to them. Another great experience with Decatur Autobody! I ve been bringing my vehicles to them for the last ten years. Everything from deer hits to minor touch ups. Thanks Decatur Auto Body for the excellent repairs to my car. Duane, Jasper and staff went above and beyond to ensure I was totally satisfied with no inconvenience. They handled all the insurance paperwork, and the car looks great! I will return if I ever need body work again. Thanks!

The people here are extremely friendly and personable. My car always looks brand new after it is repaired and they are very good with fixing it at the minimal cost. Many auto repair shops will break the bank after a repair but Decatur Auto Body will work their hardest to repair it at the lowest price they possibly can. I can not say enough great things about this place.

Friendly group of guys and Duane did a fantastic job on my front bumper repair. What I thought would take at least a day only took 6 hours and able to pick up the same day I took it in! Would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and a few weeks later the glove box started popping open and wouldn't stay closed. I went by Decatur Audo Body yesterday and the man inside fixed it without charging me. He was so nice! If I have any major auto body needs I will certainly be going there!
